Anamika tells the truth to Ruhana and the latter scolds the former. Anamika hugs her sister and asks her to talk to her, for, she(Anamika) can't bear her(Ruhana) silence. With all the bad the drugs could do to her, Anamika begins to breathe heavily since she has been used to taking drugs for six months. Ruhana immediately rubs her palms and pulls Anamika in her embrace. The girl falls asleep because of the close proximity with her sister.

Making her sleep, Ruhana covers her with the quilt and leaves the room. She is teary eyed and she sits on the couch. Vineet consoles her that things will be fine. She should only worry about Anamika as she needs more care to overcome the effect of drugs. Ruhana agrees and hugs him, keeping her head on his chest. He embraces her and says something that leaves her surprised. She looks at him in awe.

"Are you sure?" Ruhana asks him as he tells her that his friend in the police got some leads about the drugs racket.

"Yes! Mere ek dost ko kuch leads mili hai. Hopefully, we will reach the real culprits soon." Vineet says.

"I hope it happens soon." Ruhana says.

"It will,Ruu! Tumhe bharosa hai na mujhpe?" he asks her.

"Bharosa hai isliye toh yahan hoon. Tumhare vishwas par mujhe bharosa hai. Agar tum na hote toh meri zindagi mein jo khushiyan aayi wo toh kabhi na aati." She says,while looking at him.

"Lekib pichle kuch waqt mein jo hua, main usey andekha nahi kar sakti. You've done a lot for me, for Ana. Aur uske baad ye sab kuch! You don't deserve it at all." she sighs sadly.

Vineet cups her face and bore his eyes in hers. He knows she is feeling guilty of what all happened in their life. Though they are family, yet, Ruhana feels responsible for all the bad that is done.

"Ruhana, jis din maine tumhe propose kiya tha, maine ek vaada khud se bhi kiya tha. Tumhari responsibility mein haath batane ka. Mujhe bhi dhyan rakhna chahiye tha. Tum bhi toh Maa aur Papa ka khayal rakhti ho, toh mujhe bhi vahi karna chahiye tha. We are Family, haina. Anamika bhi ab mere parivar ka hissa hai.. Galti hogayi usse. Par ab nahi hogi. Hum dono dhyan rakhenge na. Anamika ka bhi aur Ruhaani ka bhi."Vineet says, trying to convince Ruhana.

"Galti toh hai na. You did so much for us, and you're suffering the most." Ruhana says.

"Aisa kuch nahi hai, Ruhana. Everything will be fine. Hum jaise rehte they, waise hi rahenge. Aur apni galtiyan bhi sudhaarenge." he says.

Ruhana nods affirmatively and again places her head     on Vineet's chest while he smears her back. He's just so calm. She knows Anamika will be fine and won't repeat this mistake. He assures her to make everything alright.

A small memory strikes her mind and a smile makes way on her face. It's a past memory when the two sisters visited Singapore, their first trip.

*Flashback Begins*

It's the first day of the exhibition, Ruhana gets dressed for the day and the sisters head down to the hall of the hotel where the exhibition is to be held. The sisters hurry down, and take their place in the hall. They showcase their designs and soon the hall is flooded with guests and visitors.

A young lady comes to the sisters' stall and takes a close look at the crafts and the painting. She chooses an abstract painting, and then looks at Ruhana.

"Are you from India?" The lady asks.

"Yes!" Ruhana replies with a smile and shows her more abstract paintings.

"These are beautiful." The lady exclaims looking at her art work.

The lady seems fascinated with the paintings and she purchases two paintings, and even asked the other guests to look for the same. Ruhana is happy for the fact that her hard-work is paying off, the exhibition is letting her earn money, and she can't be more happy.

The day passes in a blur, it's evening, the time to close the stalls. Ruhana is happy with the development, most of her abstract paintings are purchased and some of the people ordered themed paintings from her. As Ruhana is putting her artwork in the bag, she hears Anamika's chuckles. She looks around and finds Vineet talking to Anamika.

"Today was a lucky day. You know, Di got some offers." Anamika tells him.

"Really! I told you it will help her, lekin tumhari behen, ek baar mein kahan sunti hai." Vineet exclaims, making Anamika chuckle.

"That's so true. Lekin aapko pata hai, wo bhale hi koi baat na maane, lekin unko pata chal jaata hai what is going on my mind. Huh!! She always knows it. " Anamika makes a face.

"Mujhe nahi pata hoga toh kise pata hoga! Aur jo main nahi sunti, wo tu baad mein samjhegi. Kyunki abhi toh tujhe shaitaniyon se fursat kahan!!" Ruhana slaps Anamika's cheek.

"Obviously DI!! Aap kaam karti rehti ho, mujhe toh shaitani karni padegi hi. Varna life will be so boring. Aur waise bhi mujhe aapki baat na samajhni. Aap toh na jaane kya kya sochti rehti ho!!" Anamika chuckles while Vineet laughs along with her.

"Lijiye!! Aap bhi mil jaiye iske sath. Ye kuch bhi bolegi aur aap maan jayenge!! " Ruhana makes a face.

" Aap toh maanogi nahi, unko hi maanne do." Anamika says.

"She's right actually. But , how was your day??" he asks.

"It was nice. Actually, I didn't think that it will turn out so good. But , it did. I owe it to you. Thanks!!" Ruhana says, looking at Vineet.

"It's all your hard work. I just paved a way for you. "Vineet says softly.

Ruhana smiles at his generosity while Anamika announces that she's hungry. Ruhana suggests to freshen up in their rooms and order something there itself. Vineet agrees and the three of them move to their respective rooms. Ruhana asks Vineet to join in their(sisters) room once he freshens up. He agrees happily.

Later, Vineet joins Anamika and Ruhana in their room and they order food - a mix of indian and Italian cuisines. Anamika shows him some art pieces on which Ruhana is working. Vineet is in awe, she is a pro in her work. They talk for some time until their food arrives.

They have their food with light chit chats. Mostly, it's Anamika who's talking while the other two are silently humming. They finish their dinner and Ruhana sits discussing something with Vineet. And  Anamika falls asleep in no time while watching tv. Vineet's eyes fall on Anamika and he smiles. The girl looks so innocent while sleeping. Ruhana follows his gaze and smiles at her little one. The girl is smiling, she is happy.

"Thankyou!" Ruhana turns towards Vineet.

"For what? I told you, I just showed you the way." he says.

"That's the biggest thing you did for me. You trust me." Ruhana says.

Vineet smiles at her and says something that leaves her touched for another time.
