Ruhana is immensely angry at Anamika. The sisters who once could not bear the silence of each other are not talking. It's been a week since the incident. Ruhana is angry at the fact that her sister stole money. She could have asked for the same. Neither Ruhana nor vineet have denied her anytime. Then, why did she steal? Couldn't she ask them?

Ruhana moves to Anamika's room and finds the girl asleep. Her cheeks are wet. Ruhana is hurt with Anamika's deed and more than that she's hurt that her sister has cried. She can't bear the tears in the eyes of her sister, but they are there. She has been harsh on her and it's the situation's demand.

Ruhana's trance is broken with Vineet's voice. She moves out of Anamika's room and closes the door. Vineet is shouting at someone over the phone.

"Oh yeah! Ek ilzam ne saalon ke Rishtey bhula diye! Great! Yahi umeed thi mujhe tumse! Main hi tumpe bharosa kar baitha!!" he shouts over the phone.

Ruhana shivers with his loud voice. It's phenomenal, Ruhana always gets goosebumps when he's angry, even though, it's never at her, but she feels fearful. She watches as he dials another number.

"ACP Mishra!!! What are you and your force doing?? Please find out the real culprit?? Why am I being framed??" he shouts angrily on the inspector.

"Aapko jaldi hi kuch karna hoga. I need to know who is doing all this!! Aur kya aapne college mein enquiry ki?? I'm sure nahi ki hogi!! Please do as soon as possible." He says and disconnects the call.

Ruhana sighs and keeps her hand on Vineet's shoulder. He turns back at her but he is still angry. Ruhana feels guilty that all of it is happening because of her sister. Vineet's goodwill is on stake because of her and her sister. She looks at Vineet and apologises.

"I am sorry, Vineet. Ye sab meri wajah se ho raha hai. Na Maine anamika ko itni dheel di hoti aur na ye sab hota." she says.

Okay! It might be a mistake - - maybe, Anamika did it unknowingly, but she's the one to do it. Maybe, she didn't want to do it, but she did it. Also, Ruhana feels that by not checking upon her sister, she's mistaken.

Vineet turns to her and holds her by her shoulders. He knows what his wife is going through. Afterall, she can't imagine her life without him or her sister. Both are dear to her and he knows it.

"Dekho Ruu! Jo hona tha, ho gaya na. Usey toh hum badal nahi sakte. Par sudhaar sakte hain. And I am sure, Anamika samajh gayi hai. Please ussey baat karlo." Vineet says.

Ruhana doesn't say anything, she is not able to  convince herself yet. Vineet makes her sit on the couch.

"Dekho Ruhana, aise toh main bhi guilty hoon. Hamari shadi se pehle maine bhi toh tumse promise kia tha ki hum dono mil kar Ana ka khayal rakhenge. Uski responsibility bantne ka vaada kiya tha maine tumse. Toh sirf tumhe hi kyun, mujhe bhi toh dhyan rakhni chahiye tha. Afterall, vo bhi toh hamari family hai. Jaise main maa papa pe nazar rakhta hoon, mujhe anamika pe bhi rakhna chahiye tha. Tum please khud ko dosh mat do. " Vineet tries to convince her.

"Lekin koi tumhe kuch kyun kahega? Maa ko pata chalega toh vo bhi mujhe galat samjhengi. Wo toh ye sab expect nahi karengi na!!" Ruhana asks, her voice is croaky.

"expect toh humne bhi nahi kiya tha na!! Par Gussa karne se kya hoga?? Baat aur badh sakti hai, Ruu!!" Vineet says.

Ruhana looks at him. She is thoughtful. He's right. Anamika can take her otherwise, and not understand her point. Vineet's voice breaks her trail of thoughts again.

"Jab hum Ruhaani ko bhi pyaar se samjhate hain, toh Anamika ko kyun nahi?? Tum hi kehti ho na ki she's still a kid to you. Toh kyun nahi usse baat kar leti! Na tum shant ho na wo! And you know main tum dono ko hi yun pareshan nahi dekh sakta. " He says.

Ruhana knows her husband is being genuine. He has helped her a lot since their wedding. Anamika also listens more to Vineet than to her own sister. She looks at Vineet again and he assures her, maybe he has already read her thoughts.

Ruhana finally decides to talk to Anamika. She turns around and finds Anamika standing behind her. Her gaze is down.

"I am sorry, Di!" It's all she says.

Ruhana holds her hand and takes her inside the room. They sit on the bed and Anamika looks at Ruhana. She holds her hand.

"Sorry Di! Mujhe aisa nahi karna chahiye tha, par maine kiya. Par ab nahi karungi. Promise! Please gussa mat raho!" anamika says tearily.

"Do you really promise me what all you said??" ruhana asks.

Anamika nods her head multiple times. She tightens her grip on her hands.

"Promise! I know I have hurt you and jeeju a lot. But, it just happened. Aapne pucha tha par maine aapko bataya nahi - - aur fir.." Anamika pauses and says something that shocks Ruhana.
