Brody's POV

We went back to Traverse Town so Cid could install the new navi gummies we've collected and now we were waiting for him to come back after installing them "Sora!" Donald said as Sora has been quite sadden after what happened with Riku and Kairi "Now, just remember what Donald said to ya: no frowning, no sad faces" Goofy said "How can you be so cheerful? There's still no sign of your king. Or your friends Brody" Sora said "Aren't you worried?" He asks "Aw, phooey" Donald said "The king told us to go out amd find the key bearer, and we found Brody and you" Goofy said "So as long as we stick together, it'll all work out okay" He said "I agree" I said "Ya just gotta believe in yourself, that's all" Goofy said "Just believe...." Sora said "I believe in you two" I heard Kairi's voice and suddenly I was having a vision with Sora as we see a young Kairi running up to an old woman.

"Where are we?" Sora asked "I don't know" I said "Long ago, people lived in peace, bathed in the warmth of light" The old woman said to Kairi "Everyone loved the light" She said "Then people began to fight over it. They wanted to keep it for themselves" She said "And darkness was born in their hearts" She said "The darkness spread, swallowing the light and many people's hearts" She said "It covered everything, and the world disappeared" She said "But small fragments of light survived...in the hearts of children" She said "With these fragments of light, children rebuilt the lost world" She said "It's the world we live in now" She said "But the true light sleeps, deep within the darkness" She said "That's why the worlds are still scattered. Divided from each other" She said "But someday, a door to the innermost darkness will open" She said "And the true light will return" She said "So, listen, child. Even in the deepest darkness, there will always be a light to guide you" She said "Believe in the light, and the darkness will never defeat you" She said "Your heart will shine with its power and push the darkness away" She said "Do you understand, Kairi?" She asks "Kairi?!" Sora asks and suddenly we snap out of that vision.

"Huh?" Sora and I ask "What's the matter?" Goofy asks and Sora and I look at each other "Um, nothing" I said and Sora nodded as Cid came back "I installed that navigation gummi" Cid said "But, ya know? That place is crawling with Heartless" He said "Don't say I didn't warn you" He said and we said goodbye and went to the gummi ship to a world named Hollow Bastion.

When we arrived we landed in a spot where water is descending and water was walkable as well as we can see platforms leading up to broken stairs and a strange Castle at the far distance  "Gawrsh, look at that!" Goofy said "I know this place...." Sora said "Me too..." I said "Hmm, that's strange" Goofy said "I wonder why..." Sora said "I feel this warmth inside, right here" I said "I feel it too" Sora said and we heard a roar in the distance "Let's go!" Sora said and we started moving till we reached the platform with broken stairs and we spotted a beast and Riku "No vessel, no help from the heartless..." Riku said "So tell me, how'd you get here?" He asks "I simply believed. Nothing more to it" The beast said "When our world fell into the darkness, Belle was taken from me" He said "I vowed I would find her again no matter what the cost" He said "I believed I would find her" He said "So here I am. She must be here" He said "I will have her back!" He said "Taker if you can" Riku said and the beast roars and leaps towards Riku for a swipe but Riku leaps backwards and swings at the beast defeating him "Stop!" Sora said as we got to the platform "So, you two finally made it. About time. I've been waiting for Sora" Riku said "We've always been rivals, haven't we?" He asks "You've always pushed me as I've always pushed you" He said "Riku..." Sora "But it all ends here. There can't be another keyblade wielder besides Brody" He said "What are you talking about?" Sora asks "Let the keyblade choose...its true master" Riku said extending his hand out and Sora's keyblade was being pulled towards Riku till it vanished from Sora's hands "What?!" The four of us asked suprised and the keyblade appeared on Riku's hand "Maleficent was right" Riku said "You don't have what it takes to save Kairi" He said "It's up to me. Only a keyblade wielder can open the secret door...and change the world" He said "But that's impossible. How did this happen?" Sora asked "I'm the one who fought my way here with the keyblade!" He said "You were just the delivery boy" Riku said "Sorry, your part's over now Sora" He said "Here, go play hero with this" He said dropping the wooden sword at Sora's feet and Sora fell to his knees in shock  and Riku started to walk away "Goofy. Let's go" Donald said "We have to remember our mission" He said "Oh! Well, I know the king told us to follow the key and all..." Goofy said "But..." He said as he and Donald started to walk away "Sora, Brody, sorry" Donald said as the two left and I look at Sora "What are you waiting for? Get up" I said "But....I don't have the keyblade...." Sora said "And?" I asked "Huh?" Sora asks looking at me confused "Sora, the keyblade it's just a weapon, but your strenght and heart is what make it strong. Like you said you made your way up to this point not just cause you have the keyblade but because of your strong heart" I said "Normally, having the keyblade just means you get taught and trained to use it but you've been teaching yourself, you are a special keyblade wielder and if Riku took it. It just means he was stronger than you but you can be stronger. So stop moping, that's not you at all" I said and Sora quickly hugged me catching me off guard "Thank you" Sora said "Huh?" I ask confused and Sora tighten the hug "For staying with me and cheering me up. You're the best!" Sora said and kisses my cheek making me smile a bit "Your welcome" I said hugging back and we noticed the beast trying to walk "Hey, don't move. You're hurt" Sora said walking up to him "Why... why did you come here?" The Beast asks "We came to save a friend" I said and Sora nodded "I came to fight for Belle" The beast said "And though on my own, I will fight" He said "I won't leave without her" He said "We'll go with you" Sora said and I nodded and Beast agreed and we started to head to the castle.

*Meanwhile*

Third Person's POV

Maleficent walks in a room where she had the princesses in cases uncouncious in the room "O purest of hearts! Reveal to me they Keyhole!" Maleficent said as the princesses' hearts except Kairi's reacted and beams shooted out connecting with each other revealing where the keyhole is.

*Back with Sora and Brody*

Brody's POV

Sora, Beast and I managed to reach the entrance of the castle and we walked inside "Be on your guard" Beast said "They're close, I can feel it. Are you two ready for them?" He asks and Sora and I started to walk "Belle?" Beast asks looking the way we came from but suddenly he roars and jumps at a shadow heartless and the door closed "Quit while you can" Riku said with Donald and Goofy behind him "No. Not without Kairi" Sora said "The darkness will destroy you two" Riku said and his outfit suddenly turned into one similar to Vanitas suprising me "You're wrong, Riku" Sora said "Brody made me realise something. The darkness may destroy my body, but it can't touch my heart" He said "My heart will stay with my friends. It'll never die!" He said "Really... Well, we'll just see about that!" Riku said shooting a dark firaga at Sora and Goofy jumped infront of us blocking the attack with his shield "Sora and Brody ain't gonna go anywhere!" Goofy said "You'd betray your king?" Riku asks "Not on your life!" Goofy said "But I'm not gonna betray Sora and Brody, either, 'cause they've become two of my best buddies after all we've been through together!" He said "See ya later, Donald" He said "Could ya tell the king I'm really sorry?" He asks "Hold on, Goofy! We'll tell him together" Donald said running over to us "Well, you know.... All for one and one for all" He said "I guess you two are stuck with us, Sora and Brody" He said "Thanks a lot. Donald, Goofy" Sora and I said "how will you fght without a weapon?" Riku asks "I know now I don't need the keyblade" Sora said "I've got a better weapon" He said "My heart" He said and Riku chuckles dissmisively "Your heart?" Riku asks unamused "What good will that weak little thing do for you?" He asks "Although my heart may be weak, it's not alone" Sora said "It's grown with each new experience and it's found a home with Brody and all the friends I've made" He said "I've become a part of their heart just as they've become a part of mine" He said "And if they think of me now and then....if they don't forget me....then our hearts will be one" He said "I don't need a weapon. My friends are my power!" Sora said taking out his wooden sword and suddenly the keyblade disappeared from Riku's hand suprising us all and it appeared back on Sora's hands and we got ready to fight Riku.

We were able to beat him easily and Riku's outfit turned back to normal and Riku run off and the door behind us opened and Beast walked back in "So, your heart won this battle" Beast said to Sora who nodded and we all decided to move on.

We had to gather emblem pieces in order to open a door to progress forward and we managed to get them and went inside.

*Meanwhile at the Chapel*

Third Person's POV

"Why? It was mine" Riku said running inside "Know this" Someone said making Riku stop and looked behind to see someone in a brown coat "The heart that is strong and true shall win the keyblade" the man said "What? You're saying my heart's weaker than his?" Riku asks "For that instant, it was" The man said "However, you can become stronger" He said "You showed no fear in stepping through the door to darkness" He said "It held no terror for you" He said "Plunge deeper into the darkness, and your heart will grow even stronger" He said "What should I do?" Riku asks "It's really quite simple" The man said "Open yourself to the darkness" He said "That is all. Let your heart, your being, become darkness itself" He said  walking closer to Riku.

*Later*

'Riku' arrived at the room Maleficent was but he was back in his dark suit "So, I see the path has emerged at last" 'Riku' said but his voice was different "Yes. The keyhole to darkness" Maleficent said "Unlock it and the Heartless will overrun this world" 'Riku' said "What do I care? The darkness holds no power over me" Maleficent said "Rather, I will use its power to rule all worlds" She said "Such confidence" 'Riku' said summoning a different keyblade catching Maleficent's eye "Oh!" Maleficent said suprised "Impossible! The princesses of heart are all here!" She said "It must be her" She said looking at the uncouncious Kairi behind them "Without her heart, she will never be able to release her power" 'Riku' said and they hear a noise in the distance "The king's fools and Brody are here" Maleficent said "I'll deal with them myself. Now's the time to enact revenge" She said "You stay here and guard the princesses" She said walking away.

*Back with Brody and Sora*

Brody's POV

It took us a while but we reached the chapel and Maleficent was there waiting for us "Maleficent!" I said "I'm afraid you're too late" Maleficent said "Any moment now, the final keyhole will be unsealed" She said "This world will be plunged into darkness" She said "It is unstoppable" She said "We'll stop it!" Sora said as he and I summon our keyblades "After coming this far, there's no way we're gonna let that happen!" I said "You poor, simple fools. You think you can beat me again Brody?" Maleficent asks "Me, the mistress of all evil?" She asks "You shall pay! It's time to face my revenge!" She said using her magic to lift a platform she was on and we got ready to fight.

We were able to beat her and she disappeared into a portal and we followed after her quickly.

We enter a different room through the portal and we see Maleficent holding her chest panting and Riku behind her back in the dark suit "Riku!" Sora said and we noticed had a differrnt keyblade "Is that--" Donald said "Yes. A keyblade" Riku said but his voice sounded different "But unlike yours, this keyblade holds the power to unlock people's hearts" 'Riku' said "Allow me to demonstrate....behold!" He said suddenly stabbing Maleficent "Wha--" Maleficent said in shook "Now, open your heart, surrender it to the darkness!" 'Riku' said "Become darkness itself!" He said pulling the keyblade out and vanishes "This is it! This power!" Maleficent said glowin green "Darkness... The true darkness!" She said laughing being engulf in green fire as she transforms into a giant dragon and we get ready to fght her.

It was a challenging fight but we managed to defeat her and she burned in green fire, her coat being the only thing left from her "How ironic" 'Riku' said appearing again "She was just another puppet after all" He said "What?" Donald asks "The heartless were using Maleficent from the beginning" 'Riku' said She failed to notice the darkness in her heart eating away at her" He said "A fitting end for such a fool" He said and disappeared so we headed back and went after him.

Eventually we reached a room where the princesses where trapped and uncouncious, even Aurora, Snow White and Cinderella are here. We went up the stairs to find Kairi on the ground uncouncious the Keyhole in this room "Kairi" Sora said as he, Donald and I go to her "Kairi! Kairi! Open your eyes!" Sora said shaking her to no avail "It's no use" 'Riku' said infront of the keyhole "That girl has lost her heart. She cannot wake up" He said "What? You... You're not Riku" Sora said "The keyhole cannot be completed" 'Riku' said "So long as the last princess of heart still sleeps" He said "The princess...? Kairi's a princess?" Sora asks "Yes, and without her power, the keyhole will remain incomplete" 'Riku' said "It is time she awakened" He said "Whoever you are, let Riku go!" I said "Give him back his heart!" Sora said "But first, you two must give the princess back her heart" 'Riku' said and Sora and I grunt feeling something on our chests making us drop to one knee "Sora! Brody!" Donald said "What's going on?" Sora asks confused "Don't you see yet?" 'Riku' asks "The princess' heart is responding. It has been there all aling" He said "Kairi's heart rests within you two!" He said "Kairi.... Kairi's inside us?" Sora asks "I know all that there is to know" 'Riku' said "Who are you?" I asked "It is I, Ansem, the seeker of darkness" Ansem said walking over to us, Donald tried to attack him but Ansem knocked him away and down the stairs "So, I shall release you now, Princess" Ansem said "Complete the keyhole with your power" He said "Open the door, lead me into everlasting darkness!" He said about to strike us "Enough!" I said blocking with my keyblade pushing him back "Forget it!" Sora said summoning his keyblade as we get up"There's no way you're taking Kairi's heart!" I said and we got ready to fight him.

It was challenging but we managed to defeat him on our own "Riku!" Sora said as Ansem vanishes dropping his keyblade "Sora! Brody! Look" Donald said "The...The Keyhole!" Goofy said so Sora and I walked to it and summon our keyblades trying to lock it but nothing happens "It won't work! The Keyhole's not finished yet!" Goofy said "What can we do?" Sora asks "...Release Kairi's heart" I said "I think you're right. If we can free her heart" Sora said "But...But how?" He asks and I look at the keyblade Ansem dropped and walked to it grabbing it and Sora followed me "A keyblade that unlocks people's hearts... I wonder" I said "Sora? Brody?" Goofy asks "Brody" Sora said looking at me "You sure you want to do this? I can't promise there's a way back" I said but Sora smiled and puts his hand on my hand that was holding the keyblade "We'll be together till the end and do everything together" Sora said smiling making me chuckle and smile a bit "Of course" I said "Sora, Brody, hold on!" Goofy said "No wait!" Donald said and Sora and I just smile at Goofy and Donald as I aim the keyblade at our hearts and it extract our hearts.

Third Person's POV

The keyblade vanished releasing the hearts it had in it belonging to the princesses returning to them and both half of Kairi's heart from Brody and Sora reformed and went back to Kairi and Sora and Brody smile holding hands as they glow closing their eyes "Sora! Brody!" Donald said as Sora and Brody started to fall backwards as Kairi started to wake up "Sora! Brody!" Kairi said running towards Sora and Brody but just as she tryes to touch them they vanish in sparkles of light that disappear soon enough "Sora! Brody!" Donald said "Come back, Sora and Brody!" He said.

Brody's POV

What's....What's happening to us? Falling....falling...into darkness.

Third Person's POV

"Sora, Brody, are you two really--" Kairi said in shock "No. They can't be! I won't let them go!" Kairi said "So, you have awakened at last, princess" Ansem said showing up but in his true form. He has silver hair and wears silver-white gloves, a coat, black pants and black silver-lined, knee-high boots "The keyhole is now complete. You have served your purpose" Ansem said "But now it's over" He said taking a step forward "Don't make another move!" Donald said "Do you think we can stop him all by ourselves?" Goofy asks "I don't know!" Donald said and suddenly Ansem stopped unable to move "Impossible..." Ansem said and a faint vision of Riku appeared infront of Riku "No. You won't use me for this!" Riku said "Riku!" Kairi said "You've got to run! The heartless are coming!" Riku said as Shadow heartless starting to show up so Kairi, Donald and Goofy run away "What about the keyhole?" Goofy asks as they run "Let's just get out of here!" Donald said, unaware to them only a lonely Shadow heartless and a Soldier heartless watch them. These two heartless being Sora(shadow) and Brody(Soldier)! The Shadow heartless holds the Soldier's hand scared and the soldier looks and grabs his hand dragging the shadow after Kairi, Donald and Goofy.

"Kairi, hurry!" Goofy said as they reached the entrance hall "I can't leave them behind!" Kairi said "We can't stay here!" Donald said "Two heartless are after us!" Goofy said seeing Sora and Brody "I'll take care of them!" Donald said and the two heartless get closer "Coundfounded heartless! Get lost, will ya?" Donald asks bonking Brody with his staff as he stood infront of Sora "Brody? Sora?" Kairi asks "Is that you two?" She asks and more heartless show up "Uh-oh!" Goofy said and he and Donald go to fight them and Brody hugs Sora close protectively "This time, I'll protect you two" Kairi said and some heartless jumped at her and she hugs Sora and Brody protecting them and a light shines through as Brody and Sora are back to normal hugging each other "Kairi. Thank you" Sora and Brody said "Sora...Brody..." Kairi said "Sora! Brody!" Donald and Goofy said and more heartless showed up and Beast roared showing up "Go! Now!" Beast said "Come with us!" Sora said "I told you before, I'm not leaving without Belle" Beast said "Now, go! The heartless are coming!" He said "All right. Let's get out of here" Brody said and he, Sora, Donald, Goofy and Kairi run away getting to the gummi ship and decide to head back to Traverse Town.
