Hey guys! Here is the update as promised it's up on Sunday.

Exam is knocking on the door so will be busy with it. So might be late in updating stories.

Avoid mistakes if any.

Everything was awkward between in the hall. They didn't know how to handle the situation. After dadi's burst out Manik went upstairs and Nandini followed him leaving the family in tension and awkwardness.

Mr. Murthy looked at his daughter's guesturing them to leave they bobbed their head. Mukti & Naira glanced at Abhimanyu & Kartik respectively and left from there.

"Tum sab bhi jai room mein. Nandini hai Manik se sath." Mr. Murtht said to which without saying anything trio went upstairs to their rooms.

Here in Manan's room, when Nandini arrived into the room she noticed Manik crying silently sitting on the bed holding a frame. Nandini moved towards him and she got the glimpse of his mother on the frame.

She was feeling really sad about him, sitting beside him she placed her hand in his shoulder making his lips go wobbly.

"Manik..." She whispered making him cry bitterly. She immediately hugged him letting her tears flow down which she was holding from long time.

"Shh... Manik chup. Aap aise na kare na, tabiyat kharab ho jayegi." She rubbed his back saying this.

"I... I so hate her. She, her sons all are selfish. Why? Why did she come? She wasn't there when my mom passed away but she was there when he son died. Seriously? Agar woh unka beta tha toh maa bhi bhi kisi ki beti thi...har baccha apne maa-baap ko keemti hota hai." He started getting hiccups due to crying and speaking. Nandini immediately rubbed his back and gave him water to drink.

Making him drink the water she held his hand giving a emotional support. He stared at nowhere and continued.

"She wasn't even there when I was struggling. Koi nahi tha hume dekhne ke liye, mere teeno bhaiyon ko sambhalne ke liye koi nahi tha, whenever they wanted something they wiuld suppress their needs seeing me struggling. I don't know what would have happened if...if I had left them there with her. She did come to take away Kartik...but we didn't allow I didn't him to become one more Raj Malhotra or Vikram Malhotra. They are really precious to me. They are."

Nandini hugged him more tightly, Abhimanyu, Kartik and Dhruv who were standing their on the door listening him they couldn't control themselves. They left from there to their rooms.

"Manik, look at me. * He looked at her with tears still rolling down in cheeks* You know they trio are very proud of you. Infact I'm really proud of you. I know this pain I can't experience but still being your better half I will always be there to lend my shoulder at any time. Hmm?"  He bobbed his head and digged his head near her neck. Nandini kept ruffling  his hair.

After few seconds Nandini lied down on the bed with his still snuggling into her neck.

Here Naira who was passing by the corridor saw Kartik looking out of the window crying bitterly. She immediately went inside his room.

"Kartik!" She shouted his name making him look at her...he cried all the more. She wrapped her hands around his shoulder.

"Shh...kya hua? Itna kyun ro rahe ho?" She asked although she knew the reason.

"Bhai..he...he is so so vulnerable. I... I never knew he is so hurt inside. He..always smiled for us and never showed his pain....aaj jab unko aise dekhta hun toh lagta hai I shouldn't have been born.. I... I so hate this feeling... I can't do anything for him... I..."  Naira got tears seeing him like this. The guy who always knew to tease, laugh is now crying like hell.

"You know...when I was small...he used to carry me everywhere...he is the best person anyone would want...jab hum chote the......."

Flashback

Manik was holding 3 year old Kartik's hand firmly and was going towards the school to pick up his brothers.

"Bai (bhai) tire.." Kartik whined listening him Manik picked him up immediately. Seeing this Kartik smiled brightly and wrapped his hands around his neck.

They all were sitting and having food when Kartik accidentally threw water in his food. Abhimanyu and Dhruv had already finished and were sitting and doing their homework. Manik saw this and started feeding from his plate.

End of flashback

"He has always been helpful. I don't like to see him like this..it hurts." Naira hugged him letting cry.

The other side Abhimanyu was just silent looking out of window. Mukti saw this but she didn't disturb him. She left from there.

Abhimanyu's POV

I'm sorry... I'm so so sorry bhai. You had to go through so much just because of us.

I never knew you were hell so scared, vulnerable inside. I'm sorry...

Here Dhruv was regretting for behaving like a jerk from past few months. He was hell messed up then Abhimanyu or Kartik may be.

He threw the bedsheet, pillows, some of his books here and there... listening the noise others came in the room. Also the messed up Manik and Nandini too.

Seeing him crying in the corner Manik ran up to him, and knelt infront of him and held his face in his hands.

"Dhruv! Dhruv!" Manik screamed his name trying make him listen.

"I'm sorry... I'm sorry bhai... I... I'm...main bahut bura hun...bahut...aapki..aapki baat nahi manta...aapko... Abhi bhai ki Kartik ki bhi nahi manta baat... I'm sorry.. I..."  Manik immediately hugged him...

"Shhh! Chup ho ja... kuch nahi hua hai...kya hua hai mujhe? Haan?" Manik scolded him... Dhruv looked at him and said

"Aap bahut hurt ho...you hell vulnerable just because of us...we..we make you weak..." Abhimanyu and Kartik knelt infront of them and hugged Manik too

"We are too sorry bhai..." Manik cried seeing them like that. Nandini and others were in teats seeing them.

"Shh! Chup sab. Kuch nahi hua hai. Mara nahi hun main."

"Bhai!" They screamed making Manik chuckle.

"Aur jyada sochna band karo. Life toh hoti hi aisi hai. Hmm? Struggle toh karna padta hai. I love you all bahut jyada. Befijul ki baatein mat socha karo varna sach mein tum sabko chod ke chala jaunga." Listen him they gave him glares and said

"Aap jaa ke toh dikhao..." Manik chuckled and patted their back. Nandini smiled seeing them.

Naira kept staring at their bond but her gaze fell on Kartik who was looking cute wity red nose.

"How cute!" She said in her mind but soon changed ger expression as she didn't want others to notice it.

Others left giving them some time for themselves. Manik, Abhimanyu, Kartik and Dhruv sat there only atleast for an hour without speaking anything, but due to tiredness they all fell off to sleep.

Nandini who had come to see them, she smiled slightly and taking the blanket, she put it on them. She so wished to wake them up but she didn't want them to lose this moment with themselves.

Closing the door behind her she turned only to see Mukti standing there. She smiled at her and patting her shoulder she said

"He is fine. They together will be fine. Chalo." Mukti bobbed her head and went with Nandini.
