Nandini opened her eyes to get a glimpse of her husband but to her bad luck his dide was empty. She pouted and said

"Aaj bhi jaldi uth gaye...very bad." Listening her Manik who was standing leaning on the washroom door chuckled making her look at him.

She smiled brightly and Manik moved closer to her and cupping her face he kept his lips on her forehead making her feel content.

"Happy birthday wifey!" Manik whispered making her blush slightly...

"Acha get up get ready...we have to go down...main tumhare liye ek dress laya hun" Manik said giving her his hand she bobbed her head and taking his hand she walked out of the bed and entered into the washroom.

Manik waited for her to come out...he moved towards the cupboard and took out the dress and sat on the bed.

Soon Nandini came out in bathrobe... Manik smiled and went up to her and handed her the dress...looking at it Nandini smiled but then said little hesitating.

"Manik...how..how can I wear this?" Manik frowned and asked

"Matlab?" Nandini sighed and said

"Matlab how can I wear this dress? It's short...aur shadi ke baad..it doesn't look good." Nandini said pointing at the dress... though she is a teacher but you know badon ki vajah se use jo bataya gaya hai she is behaving like that.

Where as Manik first frowned but then said putting his hands on her shoulders making her look at her.

"Nandini...shadi karne se tumhe tumhari freedom chini nahi jati...you have all the rights to wear whatever you want samjhi? You have ur life too...baki ke logon ka soch kar if you get uncomfortable then it is wrong...you should be comfortable in whatever you wear...aur tumhari shadi ho gayi hai aur tumhe change hona chahiye aise mere thoughts hai if you think..." Manik paused and said cupping her face

"Then you are totally wrong. I am no one to control you..you are urself who can control...now wear this because I wanna see my beautiful wife when I met her before marriage. " Manik said excitedly Nandini chuckled listening but agreed. She went into the closet to get ready.

After 10 minutes she came out looking like a doll... Manik's eyes were stable on her...making her blush like hell.

Nandini waited for him to compliment but Manik didn't even move from his place. Nandini was getting all negative thoughts and seeing her expression Manik immediately came to know...

He move towards her saying " you know...you are looking like a doll, fragile Angel to me... I feel like keeping you away from this whole world." Nandini blushed tucking her hair behind her ear.

Manik held her face in his hands and moved closer to her face... Nandini clutched his shirt in her fist making it little crumble... he moved his lips towards her's Nandini's breathes started faming....

He kept his lips on her's and kept on kissing her untill they felt breathless...being shy Nandini hugged him tightly.

"Hume neeche chalna chahiye" Nandini whispered and he agreed immediately knowing her state. Manik held her hand and they both moved out.

As soon as they reached down Kartik and Abhimanyu who were hiding beside the stairs came out and blasted the balloon making her startled.

They all shouted Happy Birthday... Nandini giggled seeing this.

"Chaliye bhabhi...aaj ka special breakfast." Saying this he entwined their hands and took her towards the breakfast table.

Nandini was amazed to see her all favourite food...she mouthed them thank you...but then looked down with glossy eyes.

"What happened Nandini?" Manik asked holding her hand...she looked at him and said

"Just! Missing Dhruv. If he was here we would have been so happy." Manik rubbed her hand hugging her side ways... Nandini's father was happy seeing her getting so much from her new family.

"You know why he is there bhabhi...abhi chalo let's eat.. I am damn hungry." Kartik said making her sit on her chair...

They all sat and started having their breakfast. Manish then told Nandini that the food was prepared by Kartik and Naira.

"Di sachi aapka yeh devar na ek number ka kaam chor hai...sab kuch mujhe karna pada" Naira complained to Nandini's where as Kartik was what the hell.

"Ohh hello...sab kuch tumne nahi banaya hai...maine bhi banaya.voh strawberries kisne cut kiye?...who did make pancakes? Bolo." Kartik asked giving her glares...where as others sighed seeing them fighting.

"Utne se kya ho gaya... I did other things remember..." And they continued their...seeing them all were like they should be sent to mental asylum.

"Enough!" Manik said sternly making them stop...seeing their scared faces others giggled.

Soon they were done with the breakfast... Kartik being impatient person said

"Bhai...next chale kya?" Seeing him all agreed where as Nandini was confused.

Nandini asked them what are they talking about but they shushed her... knowing they won't tell she kept quiet.

Soon everyone went out and settled into their own cars and drove... Nandini was just enjoying her day but somewhere she was missing Dhruv also other members.

Seeing them entering into a ashram Nandini mumbled ' Little Paradise ' Manik saw her looking at the name...he held her hand and said

"Since you like to spend ur time coming here on this special day... let's do it this time too...with all of us." Nandini bobbed her head with a smile...they moved out to see others already waiting for them.

They entered inside and was welcomed by the owner of the house...they knew Nandini since she used to come here on her birthday.

All were surprised looking at Nandini that too with Manik who was standing entwining their fingers.

One old lady who was sitting on the chair called her...she moved towards her and knelt.

"Yeh tera husband hai dikara?" Nandini blushed listening her...but bobbed her head too...

"Bahut hi handsome che ( hai) you two souls look so beautiful together." Manik smiled and knelt infront of her and they all spent some time with each other.

Here Abhimanyu was admiring Mukti who was busy with some old people...the way she was taking care of them...talking to them sweetly.

Where as Naira was fighting ( not real fight) with one old uncle just to make him happy...seeing this Kartik was feeling something in his heart unknowingly.

ater on while coming home Nandini said "Manik ice cream khane chale?"

Listening her first he hesitated but later on agreed...so they decided to have food outside only.

They entered into a restaurant and had their lunch over there itself and as well as ice cream.

"Di... let's take a photo!" Saying this she pushed Manik towards Nandini and all gathered around... Manish was standing beside Nandini and beside him Alia and beside her Mukti...where as Abhimanyu was standing behind Mukti and Kartik beside him.

They took some photos and after payment and all they all left from there...

"Manik hume abhi ghar drop kar do..." Manish said to Manik to which Nandini got sad.

"Papa aaj ek din ruk jaiye na." Manik said seeing Nandini sad.

"Nahi beta kal mujhe important meeting hai aur uske liye preparations bhi karni hai...chaho toh tum Mukti, Naira aur Alia ko le jao.." Manik agreed being businessman he knows how important can be a important meeting.

They dropped him home and once again wishing Nandini happy birthday he entered into his house. They came back home and decided to take rest for now.

Naira, Mukti and Alia decided to take one room and others left to their respective rooms.

Changing into comfortable clothes they took a nap... Where as in Manan's room both were lying on the bed in each other's arms and sleep was far away.

"Neend nahi aa rahi?" Manik asked Nandini who was doodling on his chest...she shook her head in denial.

Manik felt her being lost...he turned around taking Nandini under him...she first gasped but then settled properly.

"Whats wrong? You look lost." Manik asked putting the her behind her ear... Nandini stared at him and said

"Can't we bring Dhruv home today? Please." Manik sighed knowing how much everyone misses him but he can't help.

"Nandini even I wish I could...but they won't allow..abhi abhi he has been there they just can't send him within few days...try to understand" Nandini bobbed her head looking away closing her eyes.

Manik sighed and whispered "I am sorry... I.." before he could say Nandini put her hand on his lips.

"Dont be Manik...it isn't ur fault..." Manik smiled sadly and laid down beside her taking her in his arms.

In the evening around 5 everyone came out in

(Girls were wearing same and so were the boys)

"Are we seriously gonna play badminton?" Nandini asked looking at the net put in the garden...to which they bobbed their head and Nandini looked Abhimanyu who was rubbing his neck feeling shy...

"That's why you asked me what is my favourite sport?" To which he just bobbed his head...where as the others were aww on him and our dear Mukti was smiling widely (she don't know why)

"Okay...so girls v/s boys."

Naira said to which Abhimanyu said

"Arey no...see you guys are 4 and us only 3...so not done" they pouted and thought for a while...

"Okay fine.. lets do this sab baari baari khelte hai.." Manik said handing him the racket and sat on the chair and Nandini along with Alia sat on the chair.

The 4 Mukti, Abhimanyu, Kartik and Naira started playing. They were playing inbetween Naira and Kartik fighting and others enjoying.

"Oye... Kartik tumhe khelna nahi aata toh kyun khel rahe ho...jau jiju ko bhejo" Naira teased him who was out...he made a face and Manik came in...they started playing now.

All this while Nandini was admiring Manik and her sisters bond. Later on even Mukti backed off and Nandini came in.

They enjoyed playing badminton...they played till 6:30 PM. Being tired they went to get fresh but before that Abhimanyu told others to come down soon.

They all were sitting with pizza,coke,cake and popcorn in th hall and were watching horror movie.

Manik and Nandini were sitting together where as Abhimanyu and Kartik on the other couch and Murthy sisters were sitting on big couch.

They were enjoying movies specially Nandini and Naira. They love horror movies.

They were so concentrated that when a ghost came up on the screen Kartik and Abhimanyu shouted on top of his voice.

"Ahhhhh" listening him they all jumped...

"Oye band karo na...this is ur 5th time u r shouting... idiots" Manik said to them...to which they pouted and hugged each other mentally praying to be safe this time.

They all again got into the movie Abhimanyu picked up the a slice of a pizza and sat on his place....he was so into the seen and a ghost came up....and this time only Kartik screamed and because of which Abhimanyu who was putting the pizza in his mouth it went in his nose...

"Teri toh..." Saying this he started hitting Kartik...to save himself he ran around the house...

"Bhai sorry na...galti se ho gaya...."  Kartik said apologising...but Abhimanyu didn't listen

"Sorry ke bacche...ruk tu" they went out of the house now and others went behind them...they laughed so badly seeing them fighting like tom and jerry.

Manik was happy that Nandini's mind is distracted from Dhruv...he so wished to bring him but he can't...

They stopped their fight and came inside....and continued the movie..

"Aye...ja vaha us kone mein baith...mere sath mat baith tu" Abhimanyu said pushing Kartik into one corner.

"Bhai please na...promise nahi chikhunga..." Abhimanyu kept shaking his head...he pouted and went and sat in one corner.
