After making Dhruv understand Nandini got busy with her work and Dhruv stayed home since he got some chance to spend some time with his bhabhi/maa.

From the time Dhruv called Nandini maa she has bright smile on her face and seeing her all happy Dhruv also was happy as he thought atleast one word that is pure from his mouth could make her this much happy.

"Dhruv ise aise nahi aise chilten hain" Nandini showed him how to peel the peas...

Actually after their moment they were sitting and peeling the peas to cook fried rice.

"Maine pehle kabhi nahi kiya na...toh pata nahi...abhi aap phir se batao main seekh lunga" he paid more attention to her hands and started peeling them.

Nandini smiled looking at his expression and soon they both got busy in their work.

Shanti maa came out to tell Nandini about the rice but seeing them busy she smiled brightly.

"Nandini beta maine chawal chadha diye hai...tum dekh lena main saaf safai karti hun."

Nandini bobbed her head and again they both got busy in their work. After 10 minutes Nandini got up saying to Dhruv.

"Tum yeh kari main aati hun" saying this she left from there and Dhruv continued what he was doing.

Soon Nandini came out and helped Dhruv...after that taking the peas she went inside the kitchen again.

Dhruv followed her and sat on the slab and asked

"Maa aap kabse khana bani rahi ho?"

"Matlab?" Nandini asked frowning looking at him with a smile

"I mean aap kabse khana banana seekh gaye?"

"Ohh...see ghar mein toh maa nahi thi aur appa toh kaam mein buzy rehte the...aur phir hum charo behne the...toh to feed them I started cooking may be when I was in 6 std...ya I guess so..." Nandini got busy again with her work that is cutting Veggies.

"Woahh...means aap bhi bhai ki tarah khana banana seekh gaye...you know maa bhai ne bhi humare liye bahut kuch banaya hai infact he toh burnt his hand also just to feed us." Nandini looked at him in amusement as this was some new information about Manik and she was feeling little proud to know.

Nandini then continued her work...frying the veggies and all...she then told Dhruv to remove the paneer cube from the fridge.

He got down and went towards the fridge where as Nandini took the vessel which had rice into it to strain it away.

She moved towards the basin but the vessel slipped from her hand and directly fell on her legs and right hand...she screamed very badly

"Ahh...ahhh"

Listening her shout and the vessel falling down sound Dhruv turned towards her and got shocked...he ran towards her who holding her hand and was going to kneel down as the pain was unbearable.

"Maa...maa...aap thik ho na? Aapka dhyan kaha tha haan...aap ruko..." Saying this he carefully made her stand and took her towards the washroom and immediately put on the tap and kept her legs and her right hand under it.

" Shanti maa...shanti maa..." Dhruv shouted her name...

"Dhruv...relax..." Nandini said within her tears and listening hee Dhruv looked at her with tears..

"What relax maa? Aapko kitni lagi hai... Shanti maa..."

Shanti came running listening the shouts...as she reached she was shocked to see the situation.

"Nandini beta...tum...dhyan kaha tha tumhara? Haan?" Shanti maa asked checking her feets...

"Chara khane gaya tha... Shanti maa aap please first aid leke aaiye...main maa ko bahar leke jaa raha hun." She bobbed her head and went out.

Dhruv held Nandini carefully and took her near the dining area and made her sit on it...

Nandini was not able to walk properly but she did...she didn't want to scare Dhruv more.

"Aap yahi rehna...dare you move from here..." He gave warning to Nandini and went from there... Nandini didn't knew what to do whether to be happy seeing him like that or cry because of her pain.

Soon Dhruv came back with Shanti maa with first aid...he knelt infront of her...and was going to hold her leg but she stopped him

"Dhruv...no I'll do it...you need not need to do this..."

"Please...maa" he whispered making her leave his hand and let him do.

He applied the ointment slowly blowing air on her legs.... Nandini just admired him.

Applying on both the legs he looked at her who was smiling with slight tears. He smiled and took her right and slowly applied ointment.

"Jal raha hai kya maa?"

Nandini just shook her head denying. After applying to ointment Dhruv got up and said to her sternly.

"Aap abhi kitchen mein nahi aaoge...varna mujhse bura koi nahi hoga...aur Shanti maa aap chalo mere sath.." saying this he both left Nandini in the dining area without listening her.

Inside the kitchen Dhruv and Shanti continued the cooking...they both cooked nicely...but somewhere there was some awkwardness between them after what Dhruv behaved.

Here in the dining area Nandini was glancing at her devar/son who was busy in preparing food when her phone rang.

She looked at the caller ID and picked it up seeing it to be of Mukti's.

"Hello...kaise ho tum sab?" Nandini asked sitting carefully...

They spoke about her family,here and there and obviously of Alia's. Nandini moved little to take a glass but mistakenly her right hand got touch with a spoon holder making her hiss and Mukti worried...

"Di? Di kya hua? Aap thik ho na?"

"Haan...baba main theek hun...ahh.." Nandini by mistakenly dropped the glass breaking it which made both Dhruv and Mukti alert.

Dhruv came out and seeing the view he got angry and before Mukti could ask he lashed out.

"Aapko maine kaha tha na ki kuch na karon...lekin nahi aapko toh sunana hi nahi hai..."

"Dhruv main theek..."

"No you are not...aapka hath aur apke pair par garam garam pani gira hai lekin aapko ko kuch nahi padi hai...kitni chot lagi hai...kyun apne aap ko stress de rahe ho?"

He was not letting Nandini speak anything and Nandini sighed... Mukti heard everything and got shocked...she immediately cut the call making Nandini alert and now she knew these crazy sister's will come here.

"Dhruv... Dhruv shant...kuch nahi hua hai voh pani pi ne ke liye main glass le rahi thi...bas isko hath lag...kuch nahi hua hai."

Nandini said softly but Dhruv glared her and she kept quiet...later on Dhruv made her sit on the sofa in the hall and strictly warned her not to move.

"Di...di.." Nandini heard her sister's voice and she rolled her eyes seeing then panicking.

"Kya hai? Kyun chilla rahe ho tum log." Nandini asked sitting properly and seeing her Alia, Mukti and maira ran to her and started checking her.

"Apko kaha lagi hai?...ohh god dii...aapka dhyan kaha tha?" Asked Mukti seeing her hand burnt.

"Jarur baat kar rahi hogi di...aapka dimag kya chara khane gaya tha kya?" Naira said sarcastically making her pout.

"Abhi aise face banao aap...pata nahi kya kya karte ho aap." Alia moved closer to her and by mistakenly her leg touched Nandini's making her hiss...

"What the hell...tumhe dikhayi nahi deta kya?" Dhruv asked kneeling down infront of Nandini making Alia shiver as his tone was really high.

"Tumhari aakhein kaha rehti hai Alia?" Dhruv again asked... and seeing his behaviour Naira frowned and replied to him

"You can't speak to her like that Dhruv...she did it by mistakenly not deliberately."

Dhruv sighed and looked at Nandini who was looking at everyone with irritated expression.

"Sorry... I didn't mean to...but maa ko aur pain hota..." Listening him the Murthy sister got confused where as Nandini smiled.

"Ab maa kaun hai?" Asked Mukti to which Dhruv pointed at Nandini and said

"I call her maa...she is my maa"

Murthy sisters smiled and they all settled down on the sofa where as Shanti maa came with refreshment for them.

"Yeh hua kaise?" Alia asked to which Nandini told exactly what happened...they scolded her and Nandini took it as it was her mistake only.

Murthy sisters they stayed for some time...it was time for Kartik to come from College and Nandini knew another person will burst out on her today.

As Nandini thought same thing happened. Kartik almost shouted taking the whole house on his head making Nandini feel more guilty.

Where as Naira was glaring at him time to time as he was shouting like a hulk... akhir bhai kiska hai...

"Aap na kitchen mein jaoge hi nahi...dekh lena." Kartik said having his tea.

"Fine ...now stop scolding me... aur Mukti appa ghar pe akele hai na?"

Nandini asked to Mukti to which she said he isn't...he left for some work. Nandini bobbed her head.

They were cracking some jokes making everyone laugh, Mukti and Nandini mostly talking and Naira and Kartik fighting.

Later on the Murthy sisters bid bye to them instructing Nandini to take care.

Later on Dhruv and Kartik helped Shanti ma to cook... Kartik was not talking to Dhruv at all.

Nandini was getting bored she put on the TV and started watching 'Article 15' movie.

Around 8 PM Manik along with Abhimanyu came home and seeing Nandini in the hall engrossed in the movie.

Manik and Abhimanyu moved towards her and sat making her alert about them.

"What's up? Aaj yahan...varna toh tum har baar kitchen mein hoti ho." Manik said teasing her...she pouted and was about to reply but Kartik came out with two glasses filled with water and seeing him they frowned.

"Voh isliye kyunki bhabhi ka hath jal gaya hai aur pair bhi." Listening him Manik and Abhimanyu got worried and shouted

"What? How come? Nandini's dhyan kaha tha tumhara?" Manik checked her hand and legs...he got really angry on her carelessness.

"Manik utna bhi kuch nahi...theek ho jayega." Nandini said not looking in his eyes.

"Ya I can see that..." Manik glared at her and turned his face.

"Dhruv...you were at home na... didn't u see her?" Manik asked Dhruv who came out...

"Uski koi galti nahi hai...aap kyun chilla rahe hai uspe."

Nandini interrupted him making him glare at her.. Dhruv then told

"I am sorry...main vahi tha par was doing some work aur mera dhyan maa pe nahi gaya."

Listening him calling maa they thought Shanti maa.

"Shanti maa ke vajah se hua hai yeh?" Manik asked to which Nandini slapped her forehead and Dhruv immediately said

"No...main bhabhi ki baat kar raha hun..."

"Tu... Nandini ko maa kyun bol raha hai?" Manik asked raising his eyebrow where as Abhimanyu and Kartik were surprised to listen but still they didn't ask him.

"Kyun nahi bula sakta kya main?" Dhruv asked making him sigh... Manik looked at Nandini who wa smiling looking at him.

"Forget it... Shanti maa ko bolo ki khana laga de...main fresh hoke ata hun..." Saying this Manik left upstairs without saying anything to Dhruv's question.

"Bhabhi dhyan rakha karo aap...main bhi aata hun" Abhimanyu said to which Nandini bobbed her head...

Later Manik came down and without listening to Nandini he picked her up and made her sit on the chair beside him.

Where as others smiled looking at them.. Nandini was feeling shy with this.

They were having food where as Nandini was not able to have her food... Manik saw her and helped her in eating inspite of Nandini saying no to him.

Dhruv smiled and remembered how he missed these days when he was away doing stupid things.

They had food with Manan and Dhruv talking to each other where as Kartik and Abhimanyu ignored Dhruv totally making him feel guilty.

After having good everyone left their rooms...where as Manik picked up Nandini and took her upstairs. He made her sit on the bed and asked

"You are joining the school tomorrow...will you be okay?"

"Haan...aap tension mat lo kal tak theek ho jayega yeh pain."Nandini said hugging him.

"Wait I'll get ur clothes...you change here itself.."saying this he took out simple t-shirt and a 3/4 pant of hers and giving it to her he went into the washroom.

Nandini smiled seeing his nature...she changed slowly making sure she doesn't hurt herself.

"Manik aa jaiye" he came out and made her lie down after applying ointment he laid down beside her taking her in his arms.

"Vaise I am suprised Dhruv tumhe maa bula raha...aisa kya hua aaj?"Manik remembering the scene.

"Kyun? Aap jal rahe ho kya?" Nandini asked teasingly making him frown

"Arey jale mere dushman...tumse kya jalna...now tell me"

Nandini told him what happened making him proud of her. He pecked her head and strictly warned her not to enter into the kitchen. Then they slept soon... Nandini actually forgot to ask him about the video.
