She asks rolling her eyes.

Laksh: what are you doing here?

He asks coldly.

Ragini: oh come on Mr. Maheshwari, I'm going to get married to you tomorrow and you're talking so rudely to me. Just forget about it yaar. See, I made your favorite coffee.

Laksh: I don't want coffee. Rey, Aru... Where are you guys?

He shouts as he starts walking down the stairs.

Ragini: whatever happens today, I'll make you say the three words at any cost. It's a challenge from me for myself to make you confess before marriage.

She follows Laksh who was looking for the other members of his family.

Ragini: they're not here.

Laksh: where did they go?

Ragini: uhm... They've gone to watch a movie. They'll have their lunch outside.

Laksh: huh... So early in the morning?You sent them! What do you want? What's the reason behind you coming here?

Ragini: you don't want me here?

Laksh: don't try to change the topic.

Ragini: Laksh! I just wanted to spend sometime with you and pacify you because you got angry on me yesterday. That's it. I'm apologizing for my mistake again and again. But you're still sticking to it. Why are behaving like I'm unwanted here?

She asks with fake hurt in her voice. She knows where to hit.

Laksh keeps looking at her for a few seconds and then starts walking back upstairs to his room.

Laksh: bring the coffee in my room.

Ragini smiles widely as she follows him. She gets inside the room and keeps the coffee on the table. She then looks at Laksh who was taking out clothes for himself or more precisely, struggling with the clothes.

Ragini: wait!

She says as she moves towards him while Laksh moves back. She takes out clothes for him. Laksh picks up the coffee mug and sits on the couch. He was about to take a sip but Ragini stops him my holding the mug. Laksh looks at her weirdly.

Laksh: what now? I wasn't having the coffee then you were being so dramatic and now when I'm having it, you're not letting me. What is the problem with you?

Ragini: uhm... First, take a bath and then have coffee. Don't you feel that today is colder than other days? So have a bath first and then you can have hot coffee. You'll not feel cold.

Laksh was looking at her like he was suddenly looking at an alien.

Laksh: are you kidding me? The temperature is twenty seven and you're saying it's cold! Did you leave your mind somewhere?

He asks feeling irritated by her weird talks.

Ragini: no! I'm saying true. They're showing the temperature wrong.

Laksh: ya... You know better. Are you a thermometer?

Hr asks frowning while Ragini chuckles.

Ragini: you're not feeling cold?

Laksh: no!

Ragini: maybe because you're very hot.

She says winking at him. Laksh stares her for a few seconds and then glares her.

Laksh: what did you eat today?

Ragini pouts at the question.

Laksh: what happened now? I didn't ask you to solve any numerical that you're pouting like this.

Ragini: I haven't eaten anything from the morning and you're wasting my energy on arguing.

Laksh: I'm wasting your energy or you're frying my mind?

He asks with a roll of his eyes.

Ragini: Laksh! Why do you have to bring logics in everything? What tornado will come if you'll just bath first and then have the coffee later?

Laksh: oh God! Fine! Acting normal is not even in your system then why do I even expect you to act normal? Always behaving like a being from another planet.

He says as he gets up and leaves for the washroom after taking his clothes. Ragini chuckles and then smirks.

Laksh comes back after a while.

Laksh: now the coffee has turned so cold. Go and warm it again.

He says looking at Ragini who was sitting on the bed, taking selfies with her tongue.

Ragini: huh... It's so hot today and you want to have boiling coffee! Just drink it.

She says looking at Laksh like he was cracking a bad joke.

Laksh closes his eyes and takes a few deep breaths while Ragini bites the inside of her cheek to prevent herself from laughing.

Laksh: is this how you think someone pacify the one who's angry on them, by making them more annoyed!

Ragini: but what I did? You were only saying that it's so hot today. I accepted what you were saying and now you're saying like this.

She says making an innocent face.

Laksh: hey bhagwan, mujhe utha le.

He picks up the coffee mug and gulps it down in one go.

Ragini gives a victorious smile at that.

Ragini (in mind): now the real fun is going to begin.

Laksh: it tastes different.

Ragini: that's just because it got very cold.

She says trying to dismiss the thought.

Laksh: maybe! Now what are you going to do here?

He asks as he opens his laptop and starts doing some work.

Ragini: nothing! You do whatever work you want to do. I'll be just sitting here.

Laksh shakes his head as he turns his complete focus to the screen. He was looking at Ragini time to time. She was now laying on the bed on her stomach with her face towards him. Her legs were in the air and she was scrolling through her phone.

Laksh (in mind): already it's getting difficult for me to wait till tomorrow and upon that, she's also behaving like this. Why this girl has to be so cute and weird and magnetic?

Ragini was also looking at Laksh every now and then. She was observing him very keenly. She smiles widely as she sees Laksh knitting his eyebrows in confusion and then shaking his head vigorously.

Ragini: what happened Laksh? Are you okay?

She asks extra sweetly. Laksh looks up at her and blinks his eyes several times.

Laksh: how come I'm seeing three Ragini?

Ragini smirks listening it and immediately sits up on the bed as her mind drifts back to a flashback.

Flashback:

Ragini was staring the TV and then suddenly smirks as she gets an idea from the scene playing on it.

Next day, she comes to MM early in the morning.

Arjun: bhabhi, what a surprise!

Ragini: where's your bhai? Is he still angry?

Sanskar: bhai is still sleeping in his room. He was very mad when he came back yesterday.

Ragini: oh! See, I bought you movie tickets. Go and have fun outside.

Swara: movie! Why all of the sudden?

Ragini: just go na. I know you all were very tensed in the last weeks. Just have some good time outside.

Ryan: you're also coming with us? And bhayu?

Ragini: no! None of us is coming with you.

Arjun: why? You both need to have a good and happy time more than us.

He says crossing his arms aroung his chest.

Ragini: arhm... I'm just not in mood.

Arjun: say clearly know that you want to spend alone time with bhai by sending us away.

He says raising his eyebrows up. Others were also giving similar looks to her.

Ragini: uhm... There's nothing like that. Being the elder, I'm just thinking about your good.

Sanskar: our good or your own?

He asks teasingly.

Ragini: aargh! My good! I want to be with him, alone. Now just get lost all of you.

She says feeling annoyed of their teasings and questioning sessions.

The other four starts laughing at her. They somehow controls themselves when they gets angry glares from her.

They gets ready and leaves the house.

Ragini goes to the kitchen and starts preparing coffee. After it was ready, she takes out a small envelope from her pocket. She takes out a few pills from it and mixes them in the coffee.

Ragini: I know you've never got drunk or anything and I also know what'll happen when you'll drink this bhaang wali coffee. Sachchai ki goliyan. Hahaha...

She laughs devilishly as she leaves the kitchen.

Flashback ends.

Ragini: what happened Laksh?

She asks acting like she really doesn't know anything.

Laksh: my head is spinning. I'm seeing stars.

Ragini gets up and moves towards him. She sits in front of him and looks at him keenly to observe how much he was in the effect.

Ragini: how many are these?

She asks showing three fingers to him.

Laksh: six! But you've only four fingers in one hand and a thumb. How's this possible that I'm seeing six fingers ?

Ragini laughs at that.

Ragini: uhm... Leave that! Do you want to say something you haven't said to me till now? Something very important and special?

She asks as she brings her face very close to him. Laksh stares her for a while and then nods. Ragini looks on excitedly.

Ragini: then say it.

Laksh shakes his head in a no. Ragini widens her eyes at that.

Laksh: I'll not say...

His voice was slowly changing and he was starting to talk like a drunk man. He holds his head.

Ragini: why will you not say?

Laksh: because you're three... I don't know to whom I want to say... Which one is my Ragini? This one... this or this one...

He says as he points in the air and then at Ragini and then again in the air.

Ragini: you just say! The three of us are listening.

Laksh: huh... Why should I say anything to these two? By the way... What are your names? Nagini Jagini... hahaha...

He starts laughing at his own joke while Ragini was staring him weirdly. She wasn't believing that it was her Akdu who was acting like that.

Ragini: oh God! It affected him too much. He's behaving like a drunkard, a crack piece. He's totally out of his zone.

She mumbles under her breath.

Laksh gets up suddenly starts walking out of the room. Ragini runs after him to stop him.

Ragini: Laksh, where are you going?

Laksh turns to look at her and finds her following him so he starts running.

Ragini: Laksh!

Laksh gets inside the kitchen. Ragini too gets inside a few seconds later, following him and widens her eyes at the scene.

Laksh was standing near the counter and the flour container was on his head. There was flour spread on the floor.

Ragini: oh God Laksh! You were fighting with the flour?

She moves towards him and takes out the steel container from his head. She starts laughing seeing him. All of his face and clothes turned white.

Ragini: you're looking like a ghost.

Laksh pouts at that.

Laksh: once Aru hid pizza in this shelf... I thought I'll get pizza here...

He says pointing at a shelf from where the flour fell on him with the container and pouts again. Ragini starts laughing more at that.

Ragini: you think that it'll be kept here always?

Laksh glares her and sits on the floor. Ragini looks at him shocked.

Ragini: now what is this? Just get up!

Laksh: I want pizza now!

Ragini: what? From where should I bring pizza for you so soon?

Laksh: I don't know... Just bring me pizza or... I'll bring it myself...

He says as he gets up and starts walking out of the kitchen but Ragini stops him by holding his hand.

Ragini: ok... ok... We'll go to bring pizza but first let's get you cleaned. You can't go like this know. People will make fun of The Laksh Maheshwari.

Laksh: is it so?

He asks cutely while there was a small frown on his face. Ragini nods chuckling and starts pulling him up to their room. She cleans his face with a towel and dusts off the flour from his clothes.

Ragini: Laksh, just sit here and answer the one question I'm going to ask you. Then we'll go to buy delicious pizza.

She says as she forcefully makes him sit on the bed.

Laksh: and burger also?

He asks raising his eyebrows and looking at her expectantly.

Ragini (in mind): is he the same Laksh Maheshwari who is always against eating junk food?

Ragini: okay! So tell me whom do you love?

Laksh: whom I love?

He repeats like a child repeats the question teacher asked him. Ragini nods.

Laksh: I love... R...

Ragini was looking at him with her big eyes, waiting for her name to come out of his mouth.

Laksh: Ryan! I love Ryan!

He says confidently and gives a look like he answered the most difficult question.

Ragini: what the hell!

Laksh: no... Wait wait... I love...

Ragini: yes... Say it! Say the correct name.

Laksh: I love Sanky... I love Aru... I love Rey...

He sings. Ragini glares him at that.

Ragini: don't you think you're forgetting someone?

She asks taking a deep breath.

Laksh: am I?

He asks. Ragini nods with gritted teeth. Laksh starts tapping his finger on his cheek, thinking.

Laksh: yes! How can I forget?

Ragini: finally you remembered!

Laksh: I love Aryan also!

Ragini glares him like she'll eat him raw.

Ragini: ya ya... Is there anyone left? Say you love watchman Rakesh, caretaker Ramu, Suresh gardener, driver Pawan, but don't say the name I want to hear...

She says angrily as she pushes him and he falls back on the bed.

Laksh: really? I love them also? I didn't know.

He says as he sits up and then gets up from the bed.

Ragini: where are you going now?

She asks as Laksh starts walking towards the balcony.

Laksh: I'm going to tell Rakesh that I love him.

He says as he stands on the railing.

Laksh: Rakesh!

He shouts for the watchman who was standing on the gate. Ragini runs towards Laksh and puts her hand on his mouth, pulling him back.

The watchman looks in their direction.

Watchman: yes si... mam...

Ragini: uhm... Was just saying that keep eyes everywhere. Robberies are increasing very much these days. Thieves comes during the day also.

The watchman nods and turns back.

Ragini: what were you going to do! Just sit here and keep your finger on your lips.

She orders as she turns to look at Laksh. He keeps his finger  on his lips and sits on the couch like a kid who just got scolded.

Ragini starts moving here and there.

Ragini: this plan failed very badly. I have to think something else. I have taken the resolution of making him say 'I love you' before our marriage and I'll complete my resolution anyhow. But first, I need to do something to make him normal.

She glares Laksh who was now smiling like a maniac.

Ragini: why are you smiling?

Laksh gets up and moves towards her.

Laksh: I just remembered a secret. Do you want to know?

Ragini: no! You're not saying what I'm dying to hear from so many months and had made so much efforts for. And I'm not in a mood of knowing any secret of yours.

She says irritated.

Laksh: but I'll tell you.

He says stubbornly as he holds her tightly through her shoulders. Ragini was trying to get free from him but he wasn't letting her. He moves his face near her ear.

Laksh: the secret is that, I love you... very much...

Ragini stops struggling and keeps staring him to make sure whether she was dreaming or it happened in real.

Ragini: what did you just say? Say it again!

Laksh moves back at that and keeps his finger back on his lips again.

Laksh: you've told me to keep quiet!

He says with his finger still on his lips, making Ragini feel like hitting her head on a stone.
