Both of them were seated besides each other and were having food. Ragini was smiling all the time. Just then something strikes her mind. She looks at Laksh and crosses her arms around her chest. Laksh looks on confused.

Laksh: what?

Ragini: don't you think that you're forgetting something?

She asks knitting her eyebrows together.

Laksh: am I?

He asks not getting what she's talking about. Ragini makes her eyes small at that. She puts her finger on his chest.

Ragini: you, Mr. Maheshwari, didn't say the three magical words.

Sge says accusingly while Laksh smiles sheepishly.

Laksh: what magical words? Magical? How can the words even be magical? Huh?

Ragini: don't try to play with me! I'm not in a mood for your logics.

Laksh: well, how do you know that I feel something like that for you when I didn't even say that? I mean, it's possible that...

Ragini: shut up! I know you do. All those things you've said to me are in a way synonyms of those three words.

Laksh: I said the synonym then I don't need to say that.

Ragini: yes, you need to. You need to say the three words right now!

Laksh: any three words will be ok?

Ragini: Laksh!

She says in a warning tone.

Ragini: say it or I'm leaving and we're not going to get married the day after tomorrow!

Laksh looks at her shocked.

Laksh: we are definitely getting married the day after tomorrow. No one can change it.

He says stubbornly while Ragini glares him.

Ragini: Laksh! You're making me mad! I am waiting for this from so long.

She was getting angrier with every second and Laksh knew he can't run away from the situation now.

Laksh: okay! Okay, calm down! I'm saying!

Ragini nods as she sits attentively and starts smiling idiotically. She was hell excited to hear those words for her from the love of her life. How much she has dreamt of this day and finally, her dream was coming true.

Laksh takes a few long and deep breaths as he holds both of her hands in his. His hands were shaking invisibly but Ragini could feel it. She holds his hands more tightly.

Laksh: it's so difficult.

Ragini: nothing is difficult for Laksh Maheshwari. I know you can do it. Come on!

She says encouraging him.

Ragini (in mind): oh God! In nervousness also, he's looking sho cute. My Mr confident is feeling nervous. Awle! I just want to pull his cheeks. Kuchikuchikoo...

Laksh: I.... Uhm... I... lo... Arhm... I...

Ragini: please say it for God's sake! My patience has evaporated now.

She says with extra pressure on each and every word.

Laksh: I... Wait! I wanted to ask something to you but in everything that was happening, I forgot about it. Just now I remembered.

Ragini: no ways! Ask it later. For now, focus on the words.

Laksh: no! You have to answer first.

Ragini: you first!

Laksh: you first!

Ragini: fine!

She says with gritted teeth as she accepts her defeat in front of her stubborn man.

Ragini: ask now!

Laksh: how did you made Sachin confess? How did you expose him?

Ragini widens her eyes at the sudden question.

Ragini: uhm... That's not any interesting story to hear. I'll tell you sometime later.

Laksh: I want to know it now. He was not a kid that you gave him a lollipop and he spit everything.

He says with a frown.

Ragini (in mind): God! He has to remember it now only. I just want to cry!

Ragini: Laksh please...

Laksh: now! Coz the way you're behaving, I know there's something which I really need to know. Something which isn't going to be pleasant to hear.

Ragini gulps at that.

Ragini: you're thinking too much.

Laksh: Ragini, now I'm losing cool. I just want to know. I wanted to ask you at the very moment but it just skipped my mind and I can't handle the suspense more.

Ragini: okay, I'll tell you.

She says sighing.

Laksh: and I want to know the complete and true story. You've my swear if you are even thinking of hiding something.

He warns. Ragini glares him.

Ragini (in mind): I know our night is going to get ruined after this but still I'm doing this. What an irony!

She stares Laksh for a few seconds before starting to speak.

Ragini: uhm... We got to know that Sachin is an alcoholic. He loses his senses when alcohol takes over him. So we decided to use it as a weapon. Me and Arjun changed our get ups and went there. We acted like we were from the same business and got noticed by him according to our plan. Then...

Ragini stops as she was feeling nervous about his reaction to what she was going to say next.

Laksh: then?

He asks impatiently.

Ragini: he invited me to a hotel room, al... alone.

She says stammering. She looks at Laksh only to find him staring her with a horrifying look on his face.

Laksh: and you went there? You really went there?

He asks fisting his hands in tight fists. Ragini nods slowly. Laksh grits his teeth at that.

Ragini: Laksh, you need to keep your cool...

Laksh: continue...

Ragini continues and Laksh's face keeps turning more and more scary as she tells him what all happened in the hotel room. She closes her eyes and keeps her hands on her ears, getting scared when Laksh bangs both of his fists on the table and stands up, making the chair fall back with a high sound.

Laksh: do you have any slightest idea about what all could have happened because of your stupid decision to go there? You know what Ragini, till now I used to think that you're childish, not mature but intelligent enough to differentiate between right and wrong. But now I'm realizing that you're the dumbest girl. How could you even take such a risk?

Ragini: it was necessary to take you out. I was dying without you.

She says as tears starts filling her eyes. Laksh was melting, seeing her tears but he somehow controls himself.

Laksh: and you wanted me to be more guilty for spoiling your life as well as putting your dignity in danger by doing that stunt? I can't believe it! And how even those insane people let you do it?

He shouts making her flinch.

Ragini: but nothing happened na... Why are you thinking about something that didn't even happen?

Laksh glares her and she keeps quiet. He holds his head and starts moving here and there. He was pulling his hair to take out his anger and frustration. Ragini was all the time sitting, bowing her head down.

Laksh: you're the biggest idiot of the world!

Ragini: I know but I don't think about logic or circumstances when it comes to you, like you don't.

Laksh stares her for a while and then moves towards her. He bends down, keeping one of his hands on the armrest of the chair and with the other, he makes her look at him.

Laksh: did he touch you?

He asks as he cups her face and runs his thumb on her cheek.

Ragini: you think I would have let him? You really think that I'll let anyone besides you to touch me.

She asks looking in his eyes.

Laksh: I know you wouldn't but I don't trust any other man besides a very few when it comes to you. I feel everyone else is a danger for my little bachcha.

Ragini smiles at his words.

Ragini: it happened. Please forget about it. Everything is fine now. I'm fine.

Laksh: I can't! I just can't forget about it. I can't stop thinking about the things which could have happened to you. So many scenarios are running in my mind at this time. I'm feeling so shameful right now, to take you to that situation. The thought of anything bad happening with you is driving me insane. My mind is on fire!

He says as he takes his hand back and takes a few back steps. Ragini looks at him with love.

Ragini: Laksh!

Laksh: I don't want to talk about anything. Let's go back. I don't want my frustration to come out on you and I don't want to hurt you and myself for hurting you. It'll be better if I'll be alone for sometime.

Ragini knew it will be coming. She doesn't say anything but gets up. Laksh calls someone and after some minutes, the cruise was back at the beach. Both of them gets down and walks towards the car. Both of them get inside and Laksh starts driving in silence. Ragini was looking at him in between and she didn't miss to notice how he was clutching the steering wheel. His knuckles turned white because of his tight grip.

Ragini: Laksh, I'm not actually sorry for doing it but I'm really sorry for hurting you like this. I know you are very protective for me but at that time, we didn't have any other way to save you. Bringing  you back was the only thing that was on our minds. I'm so sorry love. Please don't be mute. Talk to me, please...

Laksh doesn't say anything but keeps driving. He stops the car in front of Gadodia Mansion. Ragini looks at him sadly before coming out of the car.

Ragini: bye...

She waves her hand to him but he drives away without saying anything. Ragini let's out a sad sigh and moves inside.

She finds both of her sisters sitting in the hall, watching television. She moves towards them and sits with them. The girls looks at her and notices her fallen face.

Naina: di, is everything okay? You seem upset.

Misha: did you and jiju fight again?

She asks like it's the most obvious thing to happen.

Ragini: yes... Not actually though... I didn't fight with him but he's mad at me.

She says staring at nothing. The girls looks on confused.

Naina: what happened di? Is there anything serious?

Ragini: it's not that serious. He got to know how we made Sachin confess and you already know about his temper. He's mad at me for going there and taking risk but I'll cool him down. You don't worry.

Naina: ya, we can imagine.

Naina and Misha leaves after a while but Ragini keeps sitting there, staring the scene on the LED screen in front of her.

The three of the brothers and Swara was having their dinner when Laksh enters inside the house.

Sanskar: bhai, we thought you'll be late. Come, have dinner with us.

Laksh: I never knew that my whole family will turn dumb someday. I didn't expect such a stupid thing from you.

He says looking at his family with disappointment.

Ryan: bhayu, what happened? What did we do?

Laksh: what did you do? How did you let Ragini go to that moron, that too alone? Did you all lost your bloody minds?

He asks angrily while the others goes silent. Then Arjun speaks after a few seconds.

Arjun: bhai, you know how stubborn she is. We tried to stop her but she didn't listen and, we didn't have any other option.

Laksh: what if something wrong has happened with her? That would be more worse.

Sanskar: we're sorry bhai. I know it was very dangerous and risky but...

Laksh: sometimes you need to listen  to your brain instead of heart!

He shakes his head and leaves from there. He goes to the gym in the house and takes off his suit jacket and shirt and throws them aside. He moves towards one of the machines. He sits down and starts pulling the weights with his hands to take out his frustration.

His phone keeps ringing in his suit jacket but he doesn't pick up or see who was calling.

Laksh: God has to send all the dumbos in my life only, including that bastard Aryan. And that crazy woman! She was giving me lectures on my mahaanta and what she herself did. She thinks that she's a superwoman! Huh... Idiot gitl!

Rhan was studying in his room when his phone rings. He looks at the caller I'd and picks up the call.

Ryan: hello bhabhi!

Ragini: hello, Ryan... Actually, I'm calling Laksh from so long but he's not picking up or calling back. You must have already come to know that he's mad at me. I just wanted to know if he's alright.

Ryan: ya, he was in a bad mood when he came. But you're worrying for no reason. He's sleeping in his room now.

Ragini: oh, okay! You too sleep. Sorry to disturb you. Good night.

Ryan: bhabhi, there's no need of doing any formality. And good night to you too.

Laksh opens his eyes and yawns.

Laksh: I worked out after so many days and it got too much. My body is aching now.

He pushes the blanket off and gets out of the bed while picking up his phone from the side table. His eyes widens seeing the time.

Laksh: it's already ten! I slept so much today.

He moves towards the washroom and comes out after getting freshen up. He then gets out of the room and starts walking outside when his eyes falls on Ragini. She was wearing a long kurti with jeans and was moving towards him with a tray having a mug of coffee on it.

Laksh:, damn it! Now I have started daydreaming about her.

He rubs his eyes but Ragini was still there. Ragini stops in front of him and smiles.

Ragini: good morning Mr. Maheshwari.

Laksh: are you real?
