Ragini was in her room, sitting nervously on the bed when Naina and Misha enters inside the room. They looks at Ragini who was deep lost in her thoughts.

Naina: di, it's time to leave.

Ragini looks up at her sisters and they didn't miss to notice the fear in her eyes. They were feeling bad for their sister but they couldn't do anything. Ragini gets up from the bed.

Ragini: ya, let's go.

The three of them leaves the house, sits in the car and drives off to the court. As they gets out of the car they sees the brothers along with Swara waiting for them. Everyone was tensed about what was going to happen. All of them moves inside.

Ragini was sitting in front of the chair of the judge while others were outside. The judge wasn't there still. Just then Laksh is brought there by the police. Aryan was also with him. Everyone looks at him with longing eyes but Laksh didn't look at anyone because he didn't want to fall weak. He enters inside and looks at Ragini for once. He then sits on the empty chair besides Ragini's. Ragini was all the time looking at him and was trying to read his face.

Ragini: Laksh...

Laksh: I hope you remember what I told you.

He says not looking at her.

Ragini looks at him confused and starts thinking what he's talking about.

'You have my swear if you denied to take divorce in the first hearing of our divorce case. I want the divorce to get clear in the first hearing only. For that you can even put the reason that you don't want to be called the wife of a criminal, a murderer. So, you want to get free from me and from my name which is attached with yours.'

His words starts ringing in her mind. Her eyes turns watery at the realisation.

Ragini: Laksh please, I know you're doing this because of some reason. There's someone else behind all this and I'll find it out soon. You're not doing it on your will. Please don't do this with yourself, with us.

Laksh immediately snaps his head at her. He was shocked.

Laksh: who told this to you? There's nothing like that. I'm saying the truth.

Ragini: there's no need for you to tell anything to me. I know you and I trust you.

Laksh keeps looking at her for a few seconds and then turns his face away.

Ragini: I don't want divorce.

Laksh: but you have to.

He replies still looking away from her. Ragini was feeling angry and helpless at the same time.

Aryan: bhabhi, you don't listen to him. Just do what you want and what you feel right.

Laksh: shut up!

Aryan: I'll not. I just want to hit your head hard. You've lost your senses.

Ragini: Laksh, please tell us what you're hiding? Whom you're trying to save? We'll definitely find any way out. Please...

She tries again.

Laksh: Ragini stop it. Why are you not ready to believe me?

Ragini (shouts): because I know you're lying. I swear, I'll not leave you once all this gets over. You've given me so much of headache and tension. Yesterday, I didn't even sleep all the night. I will take revenge of my every sleepless night.

She glares him angrily. Laksh shakes his head.

Laksh: that'll happen when I'll come out of the jail and that's never going to happen.

Ragini: we'll see.

Just then the judge enters. Everyone gets up. The judge gets seated followed by others. He starts the case with asking some questions to them.

Judge: so, Mr Maheshwari you want divorce?

Laksh: yes, I want it as soon as possible. If possible then today itself.

Ragini looks at him sadly while Aryan was glaring him.

Judge: Mrs Maheshwari, I don't think it's needed to ask you because no woman likes to be called the wife of a murderer. I can understand your condition.

Ragini glares the judge while Laksh was sitting silently.

Judge: but still, do you want divorce?

Ragini looks at Laksh who was looking straight. She closes her eyes and nods.

Ragini: yes, I want divorce from him, for him.

She says keeping a rock on her heart as a layer of tears trickles down her eyes. Laksh makes a fist of his hand. Aryan looks at her shocked but didn't say anything.

Judge: the case is clear. You both want it by your will and in your case, there isn't any point of giving you time to sort out things in between yourselves. So, sign on these papers.

He says keeping some papers in between them. Laksh takes the papers and signs them first. He then passes the papers to Ragini without looking at her. Ragini unwantedly takes the papers and signs them with tear filled eyes. The judge takes the papers and he himself signs them. He then puts the stamp on them.

Judge: you both are free from your marriage now. The court declares you officially divorced.

The judge gets up and leaves from there. Laksh also gets up to leave but stops listening Ragini's voice.

Ragini: do you think these few papers can stop me from loving you and proving you innocent?

Laksh didn't turn to look at her. His back was facing her.

Ragini: I may not be your wife anymore but you are and will always be mine whether you want it or not. You don't have any option. No other girl is made for you. Just mark my words Mr Laksh Maheshwari. Soon you'll be out of the jail and then I'll make you pay for everything. You can never get rid of me. Zindagi bhar hum aapke saath hi rahenge chahe kuch bhi ho jaye. I'll make sure to irritate you all my life. Just wait and watch.

Laksh smiles a little as a tear escapes from his eyes at her words but no one witnessed it. He leaves with the police, without looking back at her.

As soon as he leaves everyone comes there. They looks at Ragini who was sitting on the chair, crying badly. They runs to her. They understands what must have happened. Misha hugs Ragini.

Misha: di, please don't cry please.

Sanskar: bhabhi, why didn't you deny?

Ragini: he knows all my weakness that's why he gave me his swear. Akdu, bucky, monkey, donkey...

She says crying. All were looking at her sadly. The brothers were angry on their elder brother but the things were out of their hands. They were helpless. The sisters calms her down and they leaves the court.

Ragini was in her room, crying non stop. Naina and Misha were trying their best to stop her and divert her mind but she wasn't listening to anything. Just then Naina's phone starts ringing. She signs Misha to look after Ragini and leaves the room to attend the call.

Naina's: hello!

Arjun: how's bhabhi?

Naina: di is crying non stop from the time we've come back. She's not listening to anything.

Arjun: God, what is happening!!Everything was perfect a few days back and now. I'm not understanding what to do.

Naina: look Aru, first we've to find proofs to prove jiju innocent. That's the most important thing for now. I'll talk to Aryan sir because di isn't in a condition of doing anything.

Arjun: hmm... But where to start? Only bhabhi can tell us about bhai's behavior in the last few weeks.

Naina: yes, do one thing. All of you come here and I'm calling Aryan sir too. We have to do something. This isn't a simple and normal case. Rajat was a known businessman. The case is serious. And we all know what's the punishment of a murder.

Arjun: no no... Nothing will happen to bhai. We'll find the real culprit.

Naina: yes, we will! When is the first hearing of the case?

Arjun: after two days.

Naina: we've to find at least that much proofs so that we can get a further date.

Arjun: ok, I'm bringing everyone there. We all have to think hard about everything suspicious happened with any of us during the past few week.

Arjun: I hope so. I'm feeling scared.

They disconnects the call. Naina moves back to Ragini's room. She finds Ragini sitting emotionlessly while Misha was trying to make her smile by cracking lame jokes.

Naina: di, do you want anything?.

She says moving towards her and sitting at her other side.

Ragini: I want my teddy bear.

Naina and Misha looks at her confused.

Misha: you don't have any teddy bear di.

Ragini: I have but he's a stubborn creature. I'll punch him when he'll come back. I'll scratch his handsome face. No one will be able to save him from me.

Naina and Misha looks at her weirdly. They weren't getting what she was talking about.

Naina: di, whom you're talking about?

Ragini: Mr Akdu...

She says gritting her teeth. Naina and Misha smiles shaking their heads in disbelief.

Misha: uhm... You used to call jiju as teddy bear?

She asks excited. Naina understands her motive and decides to play along.

Ragini: yes...

She says sadly.

Naina: he didn't use to get angry when you used to call him as teddy bear?

Ragini: no, he never got angry on me for calling him teddy bear. I love to give him different nicknames. Even he used to call me bachcha.

Naina and Misha: really? Aww, that's so cute.

Ragini: yes! It's been two days I have listened bachcha for me from him. I miss him

She says as the tears again starts flowing from her eyes remembering her cute moments with her love.

Naina and Misha hugs her from both sides.

Naina: di please don't cry. Everything will be fine. You're a strong woman.

Ragini: I can't I just can't stay strong. The fact that I'm not his wife now is hurting me like anything. It's killing me that I'm not Mrs Laksh anymore. I'm feeling so incomplete.

She says crying as she hides her face in between her palms. Her sisters also starts crying seeing her state.

Laksh was sitting on the ground with his face towards that wall of the cell. He was just starting into space.

Laksh (in mind): I'm sorry for giving you this pain bachcha but I'm helpless. I don't want you to waste your life after me. You deserve better not better but best.bSometimes we have to take the decisions we never want to take. I can't back off now. If I backed off then... I know you'll still try to prove me innocent. And I also know that no one can stop you from doing that. You should not love me. Please stop loving me. I don't deserve you and your love. What I've even given you besides pain? I want you to move on and the funniest thing is I'm myself missing you my idiot girl. I'm missing your useless talks. I'm missing your chubby face, your pouted lips, your puppy eyes, your cute glares, your weird questions, your naughty thoughts, your breathtaking smile. I'm missing every single thing of yours. You have become a drug for me. I'm badly addicted to you.

And don't know what my three idiots must be doing? I know they must not be sitting idle. They must definitely be running the horses of their minds. He's brought out of his thoughts by the sound of someone's footsteps. He turns to find a constable with food. The constable opens the door and keeps the plate in front of him. Laksh didn't utter anything. The constable leaves after telling him to eat the food. Laksh chuckles and shakes his head. He again turns his face to the wall, ignoring the food.

The brothers and the sisters along with Aryan were sitting in the hall of the Gadodia Mansion.

Aryan: so did you get something? Bhabhi?

Ragini: no, nothing suspicious happened... Wait!!

She says as something comes in her mind.

"Ragini: you're hiding something from me?

Laksh get's shocked listening to her.

Laksh: no... Why you felt so?

Ragini: because you're not meeting my eyes. It never happened before.

Laksh: no, there's nothing like that."

"Ragini: Laksh, is everything okay?

She asks hugging him back. Laksh nods, still not breaking the hug.

Laksh: hmm... Just feeling a little tired. Call me after reaching there.

Ragini (chuckling): Laksh, I'm not going anywhere far. It's just twenty minutes from here.

She says breaking the hug and keeps her hands around his neck.

Laksh: still I'm saying na... Call me after you reach there."

"Laksh (in a strict tone): and don't leave the office on your own. I'll pick you up in the evening."

" Laksh (chuckling): you're in your cabin?

Ragini: yes, where I am supposed to be?

Laksh: no... Nothing, stay in the office until I come."

Ragini: he was most of the times used to be tensed in the past few weeks. Whenever I used to ask him about the reason, he used to say that it is nothing. I shouldn't have ignore that. And also, whenever I was somewhere outside or going anywhere, he used to call me to confirm if I'm there or used to tell me to call him when I reach the place. He was protective before also but during these weeks he was too much.

Ryan: yes, you're right. He always used to remind us again and again to call him after reaching.

"Laksh: go safely and call me after reaching there.

He says looking at the four who were all set to leave."

Sanskar: Yes, guys do you remember that day when Aru and Naina went to have ice cream in the night without telling him how he got angry.

"Laksh: where are Arjun and Naina?

Swara: they've gone to eat ice-cream.

Laksh: what???

All looks at him.

Ragini: what's wrong? They've just went to eat ice-cream.

Laksh: this stupid Arjun can't stop doing stupidity. Why the hell he went out at this time?

Sanskar: bhai what's wrong? It's okay. They must be coming.

Laksh takes out his phone and dials Arjun's number. It was not connecting. He then calls Naina. Her phone rings in her room.

He asks angrily. Arjun gulps.

Laksh (pointing his finger at him): I swear I want to slap you right now."

Arjun: yes... It's true. He never got that angry for any other small reason like that.

Ryan: and bhai do you remember, on your wedding day there were so many unknown people there.

"Arjun: bhai, why there are so many men outside? I didn't see them before.

Laksh: don't worry I know them. They're here on purpose only."

Sanskar: yes and all of those men were like bouncers.

Aryan: it means he was trying to safeguard you all. He knew something was going to happen. Maybe, there was someone who was blackmailing him. Can the person be Rajat?

Ragini: no, he can't be because that incident happened later. Laksh was used to be tensed before that too.

Aryan: any business rival?

Sanskar: I don't think so. Who will blackmail like that? We don't have that serious rivalry with anyone.

Aryan: but people are jealous of Laksh Maheshwari and his success.

Arjun: that's true. But we can't reach any conclusion. If the person is any of our rivals then also we don't have any idea about who the person is. We have so many competitors in business world.

Ragini: that day when me and Laksh went out, everything was going fine but then he got a call and panicked and he forcefully sent me back home. He was behaving weird. It's the most suspicious thing happened.

"Just then a sound of notification comes from Laksh's mobile. He looks at the phone and reads the notification. His face immediately tenses up.

Laksh: bachcha, you should go home now.

He says getting up. Ragini looks at him confused.

Ragini: what do you mean I should go home? You won't come?

Laksh: I have some work to do.

Ragini: Laksh, it's 10 in the night now. You can do that work tomorrow also.

Laksh: no, it's important.

Ragini: ok, then I'll come with you.

Laksh: no!!!

Ragini: why?

Laksh: it's something professional bachcha. What you'll do there?

Ragini: but...

Laksh didn't listen to her and starts pulling her with himself towards the car.

Ragini: atleast, let me wear my sandals.

Laksh stops. He runs where her sandals were and comes back. He sits and makes her wear them.

But he didn't say anything. He get's up and pulls her to the car. He opens the driving side and signs her to sit.

Ragini: Laksh, what happened to you suddenly? And if I'll take the car then how will you go?

Laksh: nothing happened bachcha. You just go home and I'll be back in a few hours. And don't worry I'll take any taxi.

Ragini: but you'll not get any taxi here. I'll drop you wherever you have to go.

Laksh: Ragini, there's no need for that. I said I'll manage. You sit.

He forcefully makes her sit in the car.

Laksh: go safely and do message me once you reach home.

He says as he pats on her cheek. Ragini nods still confused. She wasn't feeling good by the way he was behaving.

Ragini: Laksh, is everything okay?

Laksh: yaah, everything is fine. Don't worry.

He closes the door. Ragini was just looking at him, trying to read his expressions but she wasn't understanding anything. Laksh signs her to start the car. Ragini do the same and drives away."

Aryan: maybe, that night only the person blackmailed him to do this. There must be a very solid reason behind all this because Laksh Maheshwari knows ways out of every problem and situation. He's not an easy target to trap but this time he didn't do anything. The blackmailer have his weak nerve.

Ragini: yes, it's true. He don't let anyone get on his nerves that easily. He didn't tell me where he went that night. I slept without talking much to him and next day he was all dull and the rest we know.

Naina: is it possible that the person has blackmailed jiju to give divorce?

Ragini: I don't think so because if Laksh stays in the jail then also we'll be seperated. What he'll get from those papers? I know it's the stupid brain of your stupid brother. He must have thought that I'll waste my life after him when he'll be in the jail because I'll never leave his side. He didn't want that. That's why he did this so that I can move on but he's an idiot to think that. I can never move on without him.

Her voice breaks at the end as her eyes turns teary. Everyone looks at her sadly.

Arjun: don't worry bhabhi. Once everything gets sorted out then we'll together punish him for this.

Others too nods with him. Ragini wipes her tears.

Aryan: I think we should start with his office. You guys go to MI while I'll go to Rajat's family for the investigation. I think we can get some clues from there. His PA can help us. I checked his phone but that over smart Maheshwari deleted everything. I'll check on the call details to know if he was getting any calls from the same number. I'll tell that to you.

All nods in agreement and Aryan leaves telling them what all they should check in his office.
