Arjun: bhai, this one is also done.

He says keeping a file on Laksh's desk. Laksh turns his gaze from the laptop to him.

Laksh: I'm so proud of you my little brother.

Arjun smiles widely at him. Laksh get's up from his place and comes in front of him.

Laksh: I want to praise you in front of everyone.

He says as he holds Arjun's hand and makes his way out of the cabin. Arjun was looking at him confused. They stops in the area where the employees works.

Laksh: attention please!!

All stops their works and stands up. They were looking at each other worried about which bomb their boss is going to explode. His looks were scaring them.

Laksh: do I need to remind that I hate lies and liars?

He asks raising his eyebrow up. Everyone immediately shakes their heads. Laksh crosses his arms around his chest.

Laksh: tell me who's doing Arjun's work from the time he has joined office? Who's completing his files?

Arjun looks at Laksh shocked.

Arjun (in mind): how he got to know?

Laksh (whispers): I'm your elder brother. I know each and every nerve of yours.

He says in his calm and dangerous tone. Arjun gulps.

Laksh: do I need to repeat myself?

His pitch was raising with every word. Just then Sanskar comes there. He senses the seriousness in the atmosphere and asks Arjun about the matter through his actions.

Arjun makes an action by moving his hand near his own neck in a manner like "I'm gone today". Sanskar passes him a confused look.

Laksh was about to open his mouth again but stops seeing a few people not people actually but girls coming in the front. Slowly slowly almost half of the girls who works in the office were standing in a cue. Laksh frowns at this while Arjun was continuously praying to god for doing any miracle.

All the girls together: we did his work. We're sorry sir.

They says with their heads down.

Arjun (in mind): will I get to meet bhabhi, Rey and Naina before my cremation ceremony? I can see my end today.

Laksh: may I know the reason? Although I know it but I want to know from you.

All of the girls looks at Arjun who was standing there closing his eyes and crossing his fingers.

Laksh (shouts): I asked something.

Whole staff shudders at the level of his anger.

One of the girls: Arjun sir requested us.

Laksh didn't give any expression because he knew it.

Laksh: this is the first and last warning. If ANYONE ever did any of his work then that day will be your last day in this office. Understand!!

Everyone immediately nods their heads.

Laksh: just get back to work right now.

Everyone immediately goes to their desks and starts working. Laksh starts leaving but turns to look at Arjun who was still standing at the same place. Laksh was about to say something but Arjun himself starts following him. They both leaves for Laksh's cabin.

Sanskar looks in their direction with a feeling of pity for Arjun.

Sanskar: god, don't know what's going to happen?

Laksh's cabin:

Laksh was sitting on his chair, holding the pen in between his fingers while Arjun was standing in front of him with his head down. It's been fifteenth minutes, they both are in the same posture. Laksh was doing something on his laptop while Arjun didn't dare to say anything.

Laksh: congratulations, I'm gifting you a flat.

Arjun immediately looks up at him in what.

Laksh turns his PC's screen towards him. The screen was showing the pictures of a beautiful and luxurious flat. Arjun looks at the screen and then at Laksh. He wasn't getting what's going in his brother's mind.

Laksh: you've done such a great job. I should give you a gift know.

Arjun opens his mouth to say something but...

Laksh: did I tell you to speak?

Arjun shakes his head and closes his mouth again.

Laksh: from now, you're going to live in this flat, alone. Then you can do whatever you want. No one will stop you or say anything to you. Go and enjoy your life.

Arjun was left beyond shocked with his words. Is he serious?

Arjun: bhai, what are you saying?

Laksh: I'm saying this for your happiness only. You don't like me interfering in your life, putting boundaries. You don't want to work. I'll send you money every week. Don't worry about your expenses. Just be happy.

He says in a calm and composed tone. He really mean it?

Laksh: any other requirements or wishes my dear little brother?

Arjun shakes his head in a no for the fact that he don't want to go.

Laksh: good then you're going to shift here today only. I'll give you the papers of the flat and also your share of the property.

Arjun (shouts at the top of his lungs): WHAT???

Laksh: relax, why are you shouting? I can hear you.

Arjun: bhai, I'm so sorry. I'll not do anything like this. Please forgive me. I don't want to go anywhere.

Laksh gives him a bored look.

Laksh: why should I listen to you when you don't listen to me? And why are you behaving like this? You should get happy that you're getting your freedom.

He says as he rotates the paper weight on the desk. Arjun was feeling scared by his talks. Laksh Maheshwari never jokes. He's serious.

Arjun (in mind): hell no!! I can't live without my family, my brothers. I can't live without this hitler. God, please do something. Please save me. Kiski shakal dekhi thi aaj subha? Arre, yaar aina dekha tha!! (Whose face I have seen in the morning? Oh, I saw the mirror.)

Just then Laksh's phone rings. He picks it up.

Laksh: hmm...

Ragini (excited): should I wear red or pink in the wedding?

Laksh rolls his eyes.

Laksh: whatever you like.

Ragini: but I want to wear the one you like.

Laksh: okay, so red.

Ragini: ok, embroidered duppata or plain?

Laksh: am I a designer?

Ragini: no, you're not but I am. I'll design my outfit according to your wish. Now tell me fast.

Laksh holds his head and keeps his elbow on the table.

Laksh: hmm... Plain with an embroidery border.

Arjun looks at him weirdly.

Arjun (in mind): there are embroidered flats too? God, ab to bas flat hi flat dikhai aur sunai de raha hai.

Ragini: hmm... Kurti type or with a blouse?

Laksh (gritting his teeth): I swear Ragini, I'm really not in a mood for choosing your OUTFIT. Just do whatever you want and don't increase my BP.

He says pressing his fingers on his forehead.

Arjun's face lits up hearing Ragini's name. There Ragini looks at the phone angrily.

Ragini (pouting): you're vely bad. I'll not talk to you now.

Laksh was about to say something but Arjun snatches the phone from him.

Arjun: bhabhi, please save me. Your husband is sending me on flatvaas. Mujhe ghar se bedakhal kar rahe hai ye.

Ragini: what? What are you saying?

Laksh glares Arjun as he get's up and moves towards him to snatch the phone from him.

Arjun: ya, he's giving me a flat and is saying that I have to live there alone, away from you all. He's even giving my shares of property to me. Batwara kar rahe hai ye.

He says crying without tears. Laksh rolls his eyes at him.

Laksh: give me the phone back.

He says in an anger filled tone. Arjun scares and gives back the phone to him. Laksh keeps it on his ear and was about to say something but...

Ragini: what is this going on Mr Maheshwari? What he's saying? You're not going to do anything like this? You can't do it.

Laksh: oh really? And you think that I'll listen to you? You don't have any idea what he's doing here.

Ragini: I don't know anything but you'll not do like this.

Laksh: ok bye, have a good day.

Laksh rolls his eyes and disconnects the call. He then looks at Arjun who was looking at him with puppy eyes.

Laksh: now, don't give me this look and get back to work.

Arjun's face lits up like a 200 volt bulb.

Arjun (in mind): cremation cancel?

Laksh: don't think that I'm doing this because of any mercy on you or your dear bhabhi's insistence. I just wanted to give you a trailer. If it continues in future then flat is still here. And I mean it.

Arjun shakes his head in no vigorously.

Arjun: no!! Pakka promise... I'll not repeat it ever again.

Laksh nods and sits on his chair. Arjun leaves for his cabin.

Arjun (in mind): aaj to baal baal bacha. God exists and miracles does happens.

Arjun's cabin:

Arjun was sitting on his chair, working with full concentration when his phone starts ringing.

Arjun: hello

Ragini: what was the matter? What's wrong? Why he was mad?

Arjun: bhabhi, I don't know if you know or not but your husband is a face or mind reader.

Ragini: what?

Arjun: ya...

He tells her everything that happened sometime ago.

Ragini: I know he catches lies very soon.

Arjun (teasingly): ha, you know your husband so well.

Ragini blushes.

Ragini: shut up!! I don't want to scare you Aru but he's serious about this. He can do anything to bring you on line.

Arjun: I know bhabhi. That's why I'm working now. I don't want to go on Vanvaas.

Ragini laughs at this.

Ragini: ok bye, will talk later.

Arjun: bye...

A day later.

GM:

Ragini was sitting with her sisters. They were making a list of things.

Swara: di, all this is done and even outfits will come in a few days. We did so much shopping in a single day.

Ragini: hmm...

Misha: di, you're sounding low.

Swarna also looks at her.

Naina: missing jiju?

Ragini: there's no point of lying. Yes, I'm missing him. I didn't talk to him from yesterday.

Trio: aww...

Misha: should I call jiju then?

Ragini: no... I'm going to my room. I'm really tired. Good night.

The sisters nods and Ragini leaves from there. The three puts the stuff at place and goes to sleep.

Ragini's room:

Ragini was laying on the bed, turning sides.

Ragini: god!! I'm missing him so much. He didn't call me after that call about the outfit.

She pouts looking at the phone's screen. Her face lit's up when her screen shows " My Love". She picks up the call without waiting for anything.

Laksh: hello...

Ragini smiles listening his voice but didn't respond.

Laksh: hello, Ragini. Are you there?

But she didn't respond again. Her cheeks were looking like balloons.

Laksh: are you angry with me?

Ragini nods.

Laksh (rolling his eyes): I can't see you.

Ragini hit's her palm on her forehead and she could hear Laksh's chuckle from the other side.

Ragini: you didn't call me yesterday night and also not from the morning. I'm katti with you.

Laksh: aww mera bachcha. I'm so sorry. Yesterday I came late and directly went to sleep. I was too tired.

Ragini: without having your dinner?

Laksh: uhm, I had it in the office.

Ragini: don't lie. That's why I didn't want to go away from you. You're just like a kid who don't eat without me serving you, don't take clothes himself, don't wear his coat himself....

Laksh: wait!! Wait!! I was not like this but you made me by making me used to of you. I used to do every work myself before.

Ragini (smiling): hehe... But I love to take care of your each and everything.

Laksh: and I like it when you do all this for me.

Ragini (blushing): uhm... today was Sunday, you didn't went to office, right?

Laksh: yaah, I'm fearing about tommorow. How will I do everything on my own? You've spoiled me Mrs Laksh.

Ragini bites on her tongue.

Laksh: waise, what was my bachcha doing?

Ragini (pouting): bachcha is mishing teddy beal.

Laksh's lips stretches into a smile at her words.

Laksh: aww, even teddy bear didn't get any sleep without his bachcha yesterday.

Ragini could feel her heart jumping listening him.

Ragini: a few days more then I'll be back to teddy bear and will make sure he get proper sleep by cuddling with him.

Laksh didn't realize that he was blushing.

Ragini: what were you doing by the way?

Laksh: I'm missing...

Ragini looks on excitedly.

Laksh: I'm missing your hand made food.

Laksh chuckles while Ragini pouts cutely.

Ragini: oh, you're missing my food but not me.

Laksh: I'm feeling so peace after such a long time.

He says and presses his lips together to stop himself from laughing.

Ragini: even I'm feeling so good without your glares and angry shouts.

She saya gritting her teeth.

Laksh: oh I see. How's the shopping going on?

Ragini: hmm... Good!! I'm thinking about the shopping I need to do from the groom's side.

Laksh (chuckling): aww... kinna saara kaam.

Ragini nods making a cute sad face.

Ragini: I've given your outfits for stitching today.

Laksh: don't you need measurements?

Ragini: I sent a girl who took the measurements of three of them.

Laksh: what about me?

Ragini (rolling her eyes): do you really think I'll let any girl take your measurements?

Laksh chuckles shaking his head.

Ragini: I know your measurements Mr Maheshwari.

Laksh: hmm... Not bad. What else is there you know about me?

Ragini: I know each and everything about you.

Laksh (smiling): and it gives me the feeling of being loved.

Ragini: I'm happy that I'm loving you my angry bird.

Laksh (chuckling): you like giving me different names. Don't you?

Ragini (grinning): yup and you're not any less.

Laksh: Laksh Maheshwari likes giving competitions know.

Ragini (giggling): you won't change.

Laksh: do you want me to?

Ragini (shaking her head): never ever. Waise, from all the names I like it when you call me bachcha. I feel like one and I love being your bachcha. And I just love it when you call me Mrs Laksh. It gives me the feeling of being yours. The feeling of being connected with you.

Laksh: YOU ARE MINE!! Do you have any second thought about it?

Ragini feels a shiver down her spine. The way he said it was crystal clear that he mean it!! Her heart starts dancing at this.

Ragini: nope, I know I'm yours forever and always. I'm just waiting for you to take a step forward. I don't want more but I'm greedy for a little.

Laksh stops smiling and starts thinking.

Laksh (in mind): and I know somewhere I'm taking that step. I'm sorry. I'm making you suffer.

Ragini: hello Laksh...

Laksh: yaah...

Ragini: where were you lost?

Laksh: nowhere... I'm here only.

Ragini: ha, so I was asking how are three of them?

Laksh: they're fine.

They keeps on talking till the late night. Both were laying on the bed and were smiling all the time. They didn't realize the time. It was 1 in the morning now.

Ragini: Laksh, are you there?

She could hear his heavy breathing. She smiles.

Ragini: good night love.

Laksh (mumbles in sleep): I'm missing you yaar.

Ragini's happiness was beyond limit at this.

Ragini: I'm missing you too.

She kisses the phone and disconnects the call. She cuddles to herself and falls asleep with a beautiful smile on her face. Laksh was also sleeping with a smiling face.

Sometimes the things which we find difficult to say and express to a person in front of us could be said by not looking at the other. It brings the heart out without any nervousness and fear. That's what is happening with Raglak.
