Laksh was standing outside the room. He tried to push the door but it was locked from inside.

Laksh: Ragini, open the door. Please... let's talk about it.

But he got no response from her. Neither she was responding nor any type of noises were heard from the room.

Laksh was banging the door continuously. His mind was getting wrong thoughts while his body started sweating due to fear.

Laksh: Ragini, you're scaring me. I said open the door otherwise I'll break it.

Hearing his voice, Ryan too comes there.

Ryan: what happened bhayu?

Laksh (holding his head): she's not opening the door and is not saying anything. Don't know what's running in her mind?

Ryan: bhabhi, please open the door.

He too starts banging on the door.

Laksh: Ragini, it's an order. Open the door right now or I'm breaking it.

He was about to make an attempt to break the door when it gets open. Ragini was standing there with her red and swollen eyes, messy hair and tear stained pale face. Laksh takes a breath of relief and enters in.

Laksh: Rag...

She didn't let him complete and threw herself in his arms, crying badly. Laksh somehow controls his own tears and hugs her back.

Ryan closes the door and leaves from there, leaving them alone to talk. He wanted to know everything but decided to wait.

Ragini was crying her heart out in his arms while Laksh was trying to calm her down by ruffling her hair and rubbing her back.

Laksh: bas Ragini, stop crying now... Please... It's okay... Just relax...

Ragini falls on the floor and Laksh too sits besides her, still hugging her.

Ragini: why this happened with me Laksh? What wrong I have done? Am I not worthy of being a mother? I'm not a good human that's why god did this to me na...

She was crying non stop.

Laksh: no no... It's not like that Ragini. You're a great human being and a pure soul who can never harm anyone in dreams also. I know it's very hard for you to accept it but please don't say like this. I'm here na, with you.

Ragini brings her face out of the hug and looks at him with her tear filled eyes.

Ragini: don't you want your son now?

This question of her's made it tough for him to control his emotions, but he can't cry in front of her. He can't break her more.

Laksh: but I already have a kid to take care of.

Ragini looks at him shocked.

Laksh smiles a little.

Laksh: aren't you a kid? You do each and everything a kid do. From doing childish things to irritating me, annoying me. Are you less than any kid? Hai na mera bachcha?

He asks holding her cheeks in between his hands.

These words of him made her to cry more. She again hugs him, crying.

Laksh: sshh... Please yaar don't cry. I don't like you like this. My bachcha is the one who irritates me, annoys me, makes me angry with her idiotic and childish things and behavior. I don't like a crying Ragini. I like the Ragini who always smiles and makes others to smile.

Ragini: I'm sorry, I can never give you the pleasure of being a father. I'm the most unlucky woman who can never fulfill the wish of her husband. The wish of having a son. I'm so sorry.

She said sniffing.

Laksh: there's no need of saying sorry. I'm not saying anything to you neither I'm angry with you. I said na, it's ok. It's not your fault. Maybe, it's not in our fate. Waise bhi, it's very hard for me to handle my one bachcha. I can't handle another.

He says chuckling lightly. Ragini keeps crying for about half an hour and Laksh didn't stop her. He let her cry so that she can feel ligher. She was trying to hold herself but the emptiness she was feeling inside her was not letting her tears to stop.

Laksh: bas bas mera bachcha. Now enough of crying. Be a good girl now and stop crying.

Laksh makes her stand and makes her lay on the bed. He wipes her tears and kisses her forehead.

Laksh: I'll be back ok.

Ragini nods and Laksh leaves for the washroom.

He closes the door behind and turns the tap on. He closes his eyes and let's the tears fall. The tears he was holding back in front of her. It's not only painful for Ragini but him also. He too can never feel fatherhood. His life will also be incomplete without any child. But he has to be strong for her.

The door of the washroom opens and Ragini immediately looks towards it. She runs towards Laksh and holds his hand. She was having a determination in her eyes. Laksh was confused with her behavior.

Ragini: Laksh, I have decided.

Laksh: decided what?

Ragini: you don't need to do any sacrifice for me. I have an idea with which you can get everything you deserve.

Laksh was getting more and more confused with her words.

Laksh: what are you trying to say?

Ragini closes her eyes to hold her tears back and gains courage to say what she can never imagine to happen but she don't want to be selfish.

Ragini: Laksh, you marry someone else who can give you a beautiful family, who can give you your son.

She said this with great difficulty and keeping a stone on her heart. It's the worst thing that could happen to her. She was not able to meet his eyes but somehow she managed to open her eyes and look at him.

His eyes were red and he was making a fist of his hand, like trying to control himself.

Ragini: don't worry about me Laksh. I'll be fine. You just move on from this rel.....

Laksh: SHUT UP.... JUST SHUT THE HELL UP.... DO YOU EVEN KNOW WHAT ARE YOU SAYING?

He roars in anger filled tone. Ragini scares with his voice.

Ragini: Laksh, please try to understand. It's not a bad idea. Think practically.

She tried to make him understand.

Laksh looks at her unbelievably. He then thinks for a few seconds and nods.

Laksh: okay, I'm ready to marry someone else. You'll be happy with it, right?

Ragini nods looking down. She was not believing her ears. How easily he accepted it. But why not? He deserves a family. He deserves to be a father. He deserves everything. Why should he waste his life for her?

Laksh: look into my eyes Mrs Laksh.

He said in a sharp voice which made Ragini shiver. She slowly lifts her head to look at him.

Laksh: hmm... So, where I was? Ya, I'll marry someone else. I'll hug her. I'll kiss her. I'll sleep with her. I'll create children with her......

With his each and every word, Ragini was feeling like he was stabbing her heart. Her heart was bleeding hearing it. She was feeling like dying even by hearing it and she'll definitely die if it happens. She can never imagine him with any other woman, not even after her death. She'll sound selfish in saying that she can't imagine him with someone else even after her death but that's the deepness and madness of her love.

Laksh: you'll be happy with me doing all this with any other woman. Am I right Mrs Laksh?

Ragini says nothing.

Laksh: I asked something.

He shouts.

Ragini flinches at his tone.

Ragini: ye... yesss...

She replied in a scared and choked voice.

Laksh: say this by looking into my eyes.

But she was not that much strong to look into his eyes.

Laksh holds her shoulders tightly.

Laksh: don't be a fool Ragini. Or you're trying to fool me? You want to become mahaan but I'm not mahaan like you. I know how madly you are in love with me. You can never see me with any other woman. You'll rather prefer to die. I have realised it very well now. I'm very well aware of your possessiveness and the extent of your love for me. You would have not left me if I would have got paralyzed in that accident then how can you think that I'll leave you for this. Is this what you think of me? (Ragini shakes her head in a no) Then how on earth this thought came in your stupid brain? I told you that you are and you will always be the only woman in my life and I mean it. No one can love me like you do. If anyone can, then also I'm not going to leave your hand. I'll be selfish. You have to live with me. With your wish or without your wish, I don't care.

Ragini was overwhelmed with his each and every word. Her heart was saying to be with her Laksh forever but it's not the time to think from heart.

Ragini: Laksh, don't be mad. Why are you wasting your life for an incomplete woman like me. You can get som...

Before she could complete her sentence, she was pushed to the wall and her body was sandwiched between her husband's and the wall at the back.

Her lips were sealed by his. She did nothing, just kept standing there, closing her eyes and neither she was responding. He was chewing her lips mercilessly. Her lips were bleeding badly but he was not in a mood to spare her. His anger overtook everything. He kept on chewing them until tears made their way from her eyes due to the pain. He stopped after satisfying himself with the punishment and looks at her with rage filled eyes.

Laksh: DON'T YOU DARE TO SAY SOMETHING LIKE THAT AGAIN. YOU'RE NOT INCOMPLETE. GET IT IN YOUR MIND, YOU MAD WOMAN!!!

He shouts at the top of his lungs.

Ragini opens her eyes slowly and looks at him.

Ragini: don't you want to become a father? Don't you want your own family like everyone?

She mumbled in a low voice.

Laksh holds her head from the back and makes her look at him.

Laksh: listen it carefully. I don't like to repeat myself and you know that very well.

Ragini blinks her eyes. She was looking directly in his eyes which were blood red in anger. She has never seen him this much angry. But why he's angry? He don't love her then why he's behaving like this? She has never seen him taking out his anger like this.

Laksh: I DON'T WANT TO BECOME FATHER OF A CHILD WHOSE MOTHER IS NOT YOU. I DON'T WANT A SON WHO'S NOT FROM YOU. I DON'T WANT A FAMILY WITHOUT YOU IN IT. I hope I'm clear Mrs Laksh.

He leaves her and turns his face away before he lose control over himself and end up in harming her.

Ragini's eyes started flowing again. This man claims that he don't love her and don't want her to go away too. He's ready to accept her with her incompleteness. Why he's this good? Is there something else which he's not saying or realising?

Ragini was feeling like the most lucky person in the whole world. She was feeling blessed to have him in her life, as her life. Can any girl get a better life partner than him? She takes a step towards him and hugs him from the back.

Ragini: I'm sorry Laksh. I'll never say anything like that. I just didn't want to be selfish. I want you to have all the happiness of the world. I'm sorry pleachh... I love you.

Laksh's eyes softens at this. He breaks the hug and turns to look at her.

Laksh: I have already everything and I don't want anything else. We'll never talk about it, ok. We don't need anyone. We're enough for each other. Understand!!!

Ragini nods smiling and hugs him again.

Ragini: thank you for coming in my life my love. Thank you so much for everything. Till now I used to say that you're the best son, best brother. Now, I'm proudly saying that YOU'RE THE BEST HUSBAND. My husband is the best husband in the world.

Laksh smiles at her words and hugs her back. He breaks the hug and kisses her forehead again.

Laksh: you take some rest now, hmm...

He makes her lay on the bed and covers her with the duvet. He starts moving but Ragini holds his hand.

Ragini: you too come na.

Laksh nods and get's on the bed. He too comes under the duvet and hugs her. She hugs him back, hiding herself completely in him.

Everything has something good in it like this has. They may have lost something but they've got a lot. They have got each other for life. They've accepted each other with their faults and it made their relationship stronger.

Laksh kept on patting her back. He was in confusion about his reactions and her words were still making him angry. How could she even think about leaving him when she can't live without him? She herself said that he's her heartbeat. But he didn't know that it's called love. When you're in love, nothing matters to you in front of your love's happiness. You can do anything for him/her. You can break yourself and can go through any pain just for their single smile. And he's not even realising that he's falling madly and deeply in love with his idiot girl, with his chatterbox wife.

Once she drifted off. He came out of the hug and got up from the bed. He looks at her for a few seconds and leaves the room.

Trio brothers were sitting in the hall with tensed faces when Laksh comes there. They looks at him and immediately stands up.

Trio: bhai/bhayu what happened? Is everything okay? We heard your shouts from your room. What's wrong? Why bhabhi was crying?

Laksh sit's on the couch, infront of them and signs them to sit as well. The brothers nods and sit's infront of him. Laksh inhales a deep breath and tells them everything the doctor said.

The brothers were shocked listening it. Even their eyes started flowing. They never thought that their bhai and bhabhi has to go through all this.

Laksh hides his face in between his palms as tears made their way from his eyes again. His brother looks at him and takes him in a hug.

Ryan: bhayu, please don't cry. If you'll cry like this then who'll take care of bhabhi?

Arjun: bhai why are you crying? Our children will also be yours na. In fact, you and bhabhi will have more rights on them, more than any of us. There's nothing to cry.

Sanskar: ya, right. You can't break like this bhai. You're a strong man. Laksh Maheshwari never cries.

All this was witnessed by Ragini, who was standing at the stairs. She was crying seeing her husband. She was blaming herself for his tears. She runs to her room before they could see her. She falls on the bed, crying again.

Ragini: I'm sorry.... I'm so sorry Laksh. I know you're trying to act normal in front of me but you're also broken with it. I'm sorry, because of me we'll always be incomplete. But I'll not make it more difficult for you by crying or breaking in front of you. If you can be strong for me then I can do it as well.

Just then she heard the voice of opening of the door. She immediately wipes her tears and acts like sleeping.

Laksh enters in with a plate full of food. He get's on the bed and keeps the plate on the side table. He slowly strokes her head.

Laksh: Ragini, get up and eat something.

Ragini opens her eyes and hugs him from his waist.

Laksh: get up. You didn't eat anything from the morning.

Ragini sit's properly and shakes her head in no. Laksh glares her and she pouts. Laksh chuckles and makes her eat. She too takes the spoon in her hand and makes him eat as well.

Ragini: you haven't eaten as well.

Laksh smiles a little. After making her eat, he get's up from the bed and moves towards the cupboard. He takes out a saree from it and gives it to her.

Laksh: go and have a shower. You'll feel better.

Ragini looks at him lovingly. She takes the saree from him and leaves for the washroom. She comes out after some minutes and gets surprised to see trio brothers along with Laksh were seated in the room. Laksh was on the bed while Ryan was at his right side, under the duvet. Arjun and Sanskar were sitting on the floor, covering themselves with the blanket. All were holding popcorn bowls in their hands.

Arjun: bhabhi, come fast. We were waiting for you.

Sanskar: ya, we need to start the movie.

Ragini understands their motive. She looks at Laksh who sings her to come onto the bed. He pats on his left side, indicating her to sit there. Ragini smiles taking back her tears which were daring to flow from her eyes seeing her family's care and efforts for her. She get's on the bed and Laksh takes her in the duvet draping his hand around her. Ragini smiles at this.

Ryan: okay, let's start. Aru bhai which one's are there?

Arjun: The nun...

Raglak (shouts): noooo...

Trio brothers looks at them.

Trio: why? What happened?

Ragini: I don't like horror movies.

Sanskar: bhai, you're not scared of horror movies then why are you saying no?

Laksh: I'm not scared of the horror movies but of her nails. I love my hand.

Ragini chuckles at this while the brothers looks at them confused.

Arjun: then commando 2?

Others: naaahhhh...

Arjun: Jism 3...

He says smiling sheepishly.

Others: shut up/pagal hai kya tu/batau abhi tujhe/arre bachche ka to khayal karo...

Arjun bites on his tongue while others laughs at Ryan's statement in the last.

Laksh: play any comedy movie.

Others too nods in agreement with him.

Arjun: so, yamla pagla deewana phirse?

Others: hmm... Better...

And Arjun plays the movie. They were eating popcorn, laughing and enjoying the movie and Ragini was also laughing with them which made them more happy. After the movie ended everyone went to their respective rooms after wishing good night to each other.

Ragini: good night my love.

Laksh: good night bachcha.

Ragini smiles listening bachcha from him. Both of them falls asleep in each other's arms.

So, the longest part I've ever written💃😁. It's your treat for your wait.

Okay, the reason behind posting is that I have to edit the story. And I wanted to give you all an update for your wait😘. I hope you all will understand from my point of view. Editing is needed and the story is getting too long. It'll become very difficult for me to edit it after completing.

On 17th December, the story will be unpublished and will be republished with the editing. You'll get notifications of the story but they'll not for the new updates. Don't worry I'll do it as fast as possible because I'll be free by then. There's possibility of adding some dialogues or a few scenes(I'm not sure though). And if you guys are interested then let's rejoy the journey😋. Main bhi to dekhu ab tak kya kya likha hai😂.
