You must be thinking how I'm updating right? So, my practicals got postponed and I got two three days. That's why yesterday I posted arranged marriage and now I'm here😁. Most probably this is the last update, lol😂😜.

Raglak's room:

Laksh was removing his coat while Ragini was sitting on the bed, eating her ice cream and thinking something very deeply.

Laksh looks at her confused.

Laksh: where are you lost?

Ragini: Laksh... I have a doubt.

Laksh: what's that?

Ragini: is it possible for a woman to get pregnant only by sleeping hugging her husband?

She asked with the most serious tone.

Laksh was just ready to faint listening her. Seriously, she's not a kid or she is? Being an adult, how could she ask him such a question? He comes out of his thoughts after some seconds.

Laksh: how old are you?

Ragini: don't you know that boys should not ask girls about their age?

She asks looking at him angrily.

Laksh rolls his eyes.

Laksh: shut up and tell me.

Ragini (chuckling): hehe... 25

Laksh: but you don't even seem 2 to me.

He said shaking his head.

Ragini frowns.

Laksh: how can you ask such a lame question to me?

Ragini: ohh Mr Smarty Maheshwari, I know everything about how a woman gets pregnant. Understand. I was just asking to test you, okay.

She said smirking.

Laksh blinks his eyes a few times and then hit's his head on the wall.

Ragini looks at him weirdly.

Ragini: what are you doing?

Laksh: cursing and punishing myself for getting married to you.

Ragini pouts.

Ragini: now don't try to change the topic and tell me do you know how a woman gets pregnant?

She asks with a raised eyebrow and a naughty smirk. She was having hard time in controlling her laugh seeing Laksh's red face.

Laksh looks at her like "I will kill you".

Ragini jumps out of the bed and runs to the washroom.

Laksh shakes his head in disbelief.

Laksh: god, when she'll grow up? I'm waiting for that day from long. Don't know if I'll be able to see that auspicious day in this birth or not?

He chuckles.

After sometime.

Laksh was laying on the bed when Ragini comes out and lays down on her side. She moves towards him and hugs him.

Ragini: Laksh...

Laksh: hmm...

Ragini: can I ask you something? Don't get angry pleachchhhh...

She says like the most cute kid.

Laksh looks at her.

Laksh: hmm...

Ragini: you want a boy or a girl as your first baby?

Laksh was surprised with her question. He looks at her for a few seconds and then looks away.

Ragini: tell me na...

Laksh looks at her again.

Laksh: uhm, I want a boy.

Ragini smiles.

Ragini: why a boy? Usually men wants a daughter.

Laksh: don't know why but I want a son.

Ragini smiles looking at his eyes which were shining when he was talking about his son.

Ragini: you know, you're very cute.

Laksh: shut up!! I'm not cute.

He glares her.

Ragini chuckles in his chest.

Laksh hugs her back and both of them falls asleep.

Next day:

Laksh: get ready fast.

Ragini: we're going somewhere?

Laksh: yes, to meet the doctor.

Ragini: why? You okay?

She asks out of concern.

Laksh: I'm okay but you're not.

Ragini: what happened to me?

Laksh: you were vomiting and then you were feeling uneasiness.

Ragini: no, I'm fine. There's nothing wrong with me.

Laksh: there's no need to argue. You know I'll definitely take you to hospital then why are you wasting time?

Ragini shakes her head and leaves for the washroom.

City Hospital:

Doctor: yes, Mr and Mrs Maheshwari is everything alright?

Ragini: yes, doctor...

Laksh glares her. Ragini shuts her mouth.

Laksh: no doctor. Actually my wife is not feeling well from past few days. I want you to do her full body checkup.

Ragini looks at him shocked.

Ragini: full body checkup!!! There's no need for it.

Laksh: did I ask you?

Ragini makes faces.

Doctor: okay, tell me how you are feeling Mrs Maheshwari.

Ragini: nothing much. Yesterday I vomited and I'm feeling some uneasiness from a few days. That's it.

Doctor: what you ate these days?

Laksh: don't ask. She ate a bowl full of pasta, another one full of French fries, then noodles and then spicy chillies, later she ate chocolate ice-cream and I'm sure there must be many things she must have ate but didn't tell me.

He said all this while glaring Ragini.

Ragini was all the time looking here and there in the doctor's cabin. She liked it's interior yaar😂.

The doctor chuckles.

Doctor: most probably it's food poisoning but as you want we'll do her full body checkup.

Laksh nods.

Ragini: I don't want...

She stops getting another glare from her husband. She looks at him irritated.

Doctor: Mr Maheshwari, you please wait outside till we do with the checkups.

Laksh nods and get's up to leave.

Laksh: be a good girl.

Ragini glares him angrily. Laksh chuckles lightly and leaves.

Laksh was waiting outside. He was passing his time with the phone. He took a day off for this.

After about three hours the door get's open and Laksh was called in.

He looks at his wife who was sitting on the chair, in front of the doctor and was glaring him cutely. He goes and sit's besides her.

Doctor: we did all the checkups and reports will be ready till tomorrow morning.

Laksh nods and both of them get's up to leave.

Ragini goes ahead while Laksh shakes his head at her childishness.

In the car:

Laksh was driving while Ragini was sitting on the passenger seat silently.

Not able to control more, she finally speaks.

Ragini: just because of you I have to take an injection.

Laksh chuckles.

Ragini: you're laughing on me!!!

Laksh: you're scared of injection?

He laughs again.

Ragini: you're not scared of injections?

She asks him curiously.

Laksh: I'm not a kid like you.

Ragini huffs. 

They reaches home.

Ryan: bhayu, what the doctor said?

Laksh: reports will come tomorrow.

Ragini: arre, nothing is going to come in the reports. I'm absolutely fit and fine. Your bhayu is an idiot to take me there. It would be better if he must have used his mind and took me somewhere outside instead.

Laksh glares her and Ryan chuckles.

Next day:

It was morning and Laksh was getting ready for the office while Ragini was taking a bath.

Just then Ragini's phone started ringing.

Laksh: Ragini, come out fast. Your phone is ringing.

He goes towards the mobile and it was showing "Dr Das calling". Laksh picks up the phone. Before he could speak...

Doctor: Mrs Maheshwari, your reports are ready. You can collect them in the evening. And ya please bring your husband with you to collect the reports. I need to tell something important.

Saying this she disconnects the call.

Laksh looks at the phone confused and scared.

Laksh: why she said like that? What she wants to tell? What's there in the reports?

Just then the door of the washroom get's open and Ragini comes out.

Ragini: who was on the phone?

Laksh: Dr Das!! Get ready fast. We need to meet the doctor right now.

Ragini: what's the hurry? We can meet her once we are back from the work.

Laksh: don't you understand what I said?

He said in a little high pitched voice.

Ragini scares and nods.

Laksh: Sanky Aru you both handle the office today also. I'll not come with you.

Arjun: what happened bhai?

Laksh: nothing, I need to meet her doctor to collect the reports.

The brothers nods understandingly and Raglak leaves.

In the car Laksh was not able to maintain focus. He was feeling something wrong remembering doctor's words.

Ragini: what's wrong Laksh? Is everything okay?

She asked concern.

Laksh just nods his head in yes.

Ragini was not satisfied with it but she let it be.

City Hospital:

Laksh: we need to meet Dr Das. It's urgent.

Receptionist: okay sir, you wait in her cabin. She's busy with a patient. I'll tell the peon to inform her.

Raglak nods and moves towards the doctor's cabin.

Laksh was sitting there nervously while Ragini was just looking at him confused.

Ragini: Laksh, why are you behaving like this? Everything will be okay. Don't behave like a scared kid.

Laksh: no, I'm fine.

Ragini was surprised because he didn't react to her calling him a kid.

Just then the door gets open and the doctor enters.

Both Raglak stands up.

Doctor: it's okay Mr and Mrs Maheshwari. Please have a seat.

They sit's down and the doctor also sit's in front of them.

Laksh: Dr what's that important thing you wanted to tell us and for which you wanted me to come with her? Is everything okay? What's there in her reports? Please, tell me.

He asks desperately.

Ragini looks at his scared face. She places her hand upon his hand, which was shaking a little.

Doctor: relax, Mr Maheshwari. Please don't panic.

Laksh takes a deep breath to calm himself.

Doctor: that was only food poisoning.

Laksh sighs in relief.

Doctor: but I have called you for telling something else.

Raglak: what's that?

Doctor: look Mrs Maheshwari I don't know whether you're aware of it but it's my duty to tell you.

Her words makes Laksh more worried. Even Ragini was feeling worried now.

Doctor: Mrs Maheshwari, there are very less chances of yours to conceive.

Raglak looks at her shocked.

Doctor: but it's not that big problem. There are chances for it and they can be increased by medications but...

Laksh: but what?

Doctor: if she ever conceived then also she can't give birth to a baby because her uterus is too weak to hold a baby. And pregnancy can lead to her life.

Laksh looks at the doctor shocked. A lone tear escapes from his eyes. He then looks at Ragini who was sitting there emotionlessly and tears were flowing from her eyes non stop.

Doctor: I know it's very painful for any woman and I have sympathy towards you but it was my duty to tell you.

Ragini get's up from her chair and leaves the cabin without saying anything.

Laksh looks at her.

Laksh: Ragini.... (to the doctor) I'm sorry...

Doctor: it's okay Mr Maheshwari. I can understand her state. You go, she needs you.

Laksh runs out of the cabin.

He was looking for her here and there but couldn't find her. He was feeling scared and started sweating. He runs out of the hospital and goes to the parking area.

Laksh takes a breath of relief seeing her sitting in their car.

He goes towards it and sit's on the driving seat.

Ragini was sitting there without any emotions on her face and was looking outside the car.

Laksh looks at her but says nothing. He starts the car and drives away.

MM:

Both Raglak enters and Ragini directly leaves for her room.

Ryan: bhayu, what happened to bhabhi? Why she's crying?

He asks concerned and scared.

Laksh: don't worry. I'll tell you everything but for now your bhabhi needs me more. Hmm...

He pats his cheek.

Ryan nods understandingly and Laksh leaves for his room.
