Chuuya narration:
I saw Sigma go over to a piano a played a song when Fyodor walked up the spot with the little Dazai and himself throwing flowers on the road behind him, both he and his kid self  stood right there on the left side to the mackerel and than later the music changed as Nikolai walked out, with his smaller self and the small Mackerel spreading flowers ahead of him

and when he stood on the right side to the mackerel this all begins

Dazai: thnk you all for coming, we have all come here today to celebrate the love of Fyodor and Nikolai, Fyodor and Nikolai has chosen each of 1 of you to come here today, they are happy to share this moment with those who they are closed to, they've known you for years as you watch them grown up and all threw out their lives you have supported them and you know them so well, it only make sense for you to help celebrate the most important occasion in their life. When Fyodor first met Nikolai they were comrades.... but over the years of destruction, murder and chaos, they've got to know each other more and more threw out the way, tho Nikolai is a fun, chaotic yet a curious questionable psycho and Fyodor is a russian terrorist man who will kill you with 1 touch, me and our pal Sigma knew that they were meant to be, threw out the years Fyodor and Nikolai has grow a strong bond together and this ceremony will be the simple of the oath they will make to each other as they continue to past the challenges that life gives them. No matter what challenges you face, you will now face it together, and no matter how you succeed you now succeed together, the love you have now is 1 and will never be apart and now we come to the words that Fyodor and Nikolai wants to hear today, the words that will reunite them as Husband and Husband for Fyodor and Nikolai you will remember this time for it was the time you announce your love and present your vow and read to 1 another

Sigma changed the music agian as they began to read the oath

Fyodor: Nikolai today i shall give myself to you without hesitation, the past few years we spent together i always enjoy the time i had with you, over the time the weird feelings i have from you grew stronger than it is now, you are my whole world and the joy of my smile, i promised to stay by your side, to support you, and no matter in sickness or sadness, no matter what trials we face, i promised you we will burn it down together
Nikolai: Dos-kun i love you so munch from the first day we met, and when i see your smile it meant the whole world to me and no one else can rival it so, when i look into your beautiful eyes i saw a future that i never thought could ever be possible, all my wishes for us to be together has finally came true, when you came into my life it felt like fate has destend for our paths to crossed each other, i want to thnk you and kill you for showing me the without you in my life it would be so boring, dull and that was missing from my entire life,  miserable but now i could stand right here infront of you today, you show me the way to be the best clown and in graditude i will shower you with all my love and affection, i will always make sure that your always happy so from now on i give myself to you for the rest of my life
Dazai: Fyodor do you take Nikolai as your husband no matter what happens? will you always be fateful to him?
Fyodor: i do
Dazai : Nikolai do you take Fyodor to be your husband, to always support him no matter in sickness or sadness? will you always be fateful to him?
Nikolai: i do! ^^
Dazai: Sigma the rings plz

Sigma came up and handed him wedding ring box

Dazai: now you both will take these rings and put them on 1 or another to officially announce your love

They each take a ring and put on 1 and anothers finger

Nikolai: i give you this ring as a symbol of my love
Fyodor: i give you this ring as the symbol of my love and faith to you
Dazai: remember you 2 a happy marriage is not easy but as long as you always be faithful of 1 to another, theres nothing you cant do. So now in the power of invested indeed i declare you husband and husband, you may now kiss the husband

As both the current and past them stand there with smiles on their faces and kiss
