Hello, once again. So like I said yesterday, I'm going to add Nabstablooks fight in this chapter, and after that I have no idea when I'll be able to make a new chapter. I return to Hell tomorrow so I might not be able to make a new chapter until like Saturday if I'm able to. But until then, enjoy this chapter!

Note - Italicized words means that Chara is narrating what is happening, so I don't have to keep saying "Chara said" "Chara narrated" and be repetitive and annoying.

Note 2 - Don't get your hopes up for Blooky. I'm sorry. Read the bottom for an explanation

"There's another puzzle in this room." Toriel said when we entered the next room. "Do you think you two can solve it?". We nodded in agreement. As we walked behind Toriel, Frisks soul suddenly glowed again, and a small white frog jumped in front of us.

Froggit attacks you!

The same 4 buttons from the Dummy appeared, and we pressed "Act" again.

"'Check', 'Compliment', 'Threat'. Okay... I have no idea why you want to threaten them, soo 'Check'?" Frisk asked. I gave her a "Yeah." in agreement.

Check

Life is difficult for this enemy.

"That's sad." I said. "Why don't we try complimenting them?" I suggested. I pressed the "Act" button again and hit "Compliment" this time.

Froggit didn't understand what you said, but was flattered anyway.

Before we could do anything else, Toriel walked over to the Froggit and gave it a glare I never thought I'd see her give. When Froggit caught it, they just slowly walked away.

You won! You earned 0 XP and 0 Gold.

Afterwards Toriel just smiled at us again and we continued to the next puzzle that consisted of a bunch of spikes.

"This is the puzzle. But, why don't you take my hand?" she put her paw out to Frisk who grasped on to it. As me and Chara followed behind them. Toriel stepped on the spikes and walked in a pattern so the spikes went down and we didn't get pricked. "The puzzles are a little dangerous." she said to us when we got to the other side.

"You two have down really well thus far." Toriel praised us in the next room. "Although a have a small assignment for you guys."

"No worries." I said. "We're up for anything."

"Can you two walk down the hall by yourselves?" she asked us casiually.

Me and Frisk were a little confused by this question, or more like Tori's normal tone when she asked. But still, we responded "Yeah.".

"Okay then!" she replied. "In that case, you two stay right here. I'm sorry for this." Right afterwards, she walked down the incredibaly long hall and hid behind a piller at the end.

We were still a bit confused, so me and Frisk shared glances that said "confusion". But Frisk broke the glances by yelling "Race you to the end!"

"Hey! Don't you remember what happened last time?". Jokes on her, I got to the end.

"Ha! Beat you!" I celebrated just before Toriel came out from behind the pillar.

"Hey guys! Do not worry, I did not leave you two. I was just behind this pillar the whole time. Thank you for trusting me."

"No problem Tori!" I said gleefully hiding my confusion. "It's all right if I call you Tori right."

"Sure!" she responded. "But there was a reason I gave you two the request. I wanted to see how independent you were. I have to attend to something, so you'll have to stay alone for a while. Will you two please wait here for a while?"

"I guess that's only fair," Frisk agreed.

"I got an idea." Toriel mentioned suddenly. "I will give you two cellphones, so can call me if anyone needs anything." After saying that she handed us two large cellphones with her number already in them. "You two be careful, alright?" We both nodded and she walked into the next room.

I started typing numbers into the phone. "Hopefully I can call my mom and tell her where I am so she doesn't get worried." I told Frisk. But when I hit the call button, it said that the number wasn't available down here. "Strange. Well, in that case, we should probably find a way out of here."

"But don't you remember what Toriel told us? This is our home, and she told us to stay here and wait for her." Frisk reminded me.

"Come on Frisk. Don't you want to look around here?"

"It has been a while since I've been here." Chara stated, forgetting shes been behind us the whole time. "If there are anymore puzzles, I should be able to remember the solutions if I see the familiar sights."

Frisk still looked a little nervous, but finally said; "Okay!" And we walked out.

As soon as we got to the next room, with a Froggit, and leaf pile with star, Frisks phone suddenly rang. "Hello?"

"Hello. This is Toriel." her voice said over the speaker, which must've been on since me and Chara could hear her as well. "You have not left the room, have you?" Frisk looked a little nervous to answer, but Toriel continued before she could say anything. "There are a few puzzles ahead that I had yet to explain. It would be dangerous try to solve themselves. Be good all right?" Click

Frisk looked up at us. "Don't worry! I'm very determined that we can get though any of the puzzles that come our way!" And ran off. Frisk had a habit of being determined, and telling the same to some kids at school, if they were ever down.

Before I went after Frisk, I got curious about the Froggit next to use and decided to talk to it.

"Ribbit, ribbit." It croaked.

"They're saying 'Excuse me, human.'" Chara translated.

"'I have some advice for you about battling monsters. If you ACT a certain way or FIGHT until you almost defeat them... They might not want to battle you anymore. If a monster does not want to fight you, please... Use some MERCY, human. Ribbit.'"

"Thank you Little Froggit." I thanked, and decided to check out the star at leaves.

Playfully crinkling through the leaves fills you with determination.

"If I remember correctly," Chara told me. "Tori keeps a bowl of candy in that room over." And pointed to a room to the left.

'That's awfully nice of her." And I went though the door, where a bowl of candy sat on a stand between two more mini rivers. I decided to take a couple of pieces for me and Frisk, despite the a sign saying "Take one"

You took another piece of candy. You feel like the scum of the Earth.

I just looked at Chara for saying something that rude who just simply shrugged.

"Althea!" I heard Frisk call. "Come on!"

"I'm coming ,I'm coming!"

As I ran to the next room, a Froggit suddenly got in my way.

Froggit hopped close!

"You remember what the other Froggit said. Why don't you hit it than spare it?" Chara casually suggested.

"I don't want to hurt the little thing." I told her in response, so I complemented it instead.

Froggit didn't understand what you said, but was flattered anyway.

He blushed a bit, and gave a croak. However, instead of it getting another death stare, it created a smaller frog that hopped towards me. It caught really off-guard and nearly got hit.

"Whoa!" I yelled.

Froggit seems reluctant to fight you.

"See? He's nervous. Now's a good time to - ""No." It hit the Mercy button and spared him, this time earning 2 Gold.

"What's with your urge to kill anyone we come across?" I asked Chara. She looked nervous yet again, and pointed to the door reminding me of Frisk.

"Oh! Right." And this time I really did go after her. When I went into the next room, I saw her waving at me at the end of the hall.

A I walked towards her, she quickly yelled "Al! Look out for-" but I fell down another hole!

"NOT AGAIN-!' Thud! Thankfully this hole was less deep than the first hole we feel down. This time I fell on a pile of leaves, and there were two doors against the wall. I went into the one I was facing, and somehow I was at the same hall Frisk was at, who was cringing a bit.

"... Sorry. That's what I was trying to tell you." But I simply brushed a few leaves off of me and the three of us walked to the next room with the next puzzle.

Ring.

This time it was my phone "Hello, this is Toriel. For no reason in particular, which do you two prefer, Cinnamon or Butterscotch?".

I turned to Frisk. "She's wondering if we prefer Cinnamon or Butterscotch." Frisk thought for a moment. "B-Scotch. Cinnamon's a little strong for me." I nodded and told Tori that we both liked Butterscotch."

"I see. Thank you, you two very much." Click

We all stared at the rock and button in front of us.

"I remember!" Chara said suddenly. You have to push the rock onto the button to get rid of the spikes."

Hearing that, Frisk walked over to the rock and pushed it onto the button. It was a little tougher than she thought, so she continued when my phone rang again.

"Hello, this is Toriel. Just wondering, you two do not dislike cinnamon, do you? If I gave it to you, would you eat it, or not?"

I walked to Frisk to help her push the rock, and at the same time, and told her the cinnamon question.

"*huff*I don't... like cinnamon much... it's too spicy for me. And I don't know anyone would just eat it plainly.*huff*" I told Toriel Frisks opinion and told her that I don't mind cinnamon.

"Ok. Thank you for telling me and being patient, by the way." Click

"UGH! Move already!" Frisk yelled getting inpatient. And then FINALLY the rock moved on the button. "Finally!' Then Frisk walked off. As I followed her, I peered at the rock, and I swear, I saw it glare at me. I guess rocks don't like being pushed.

But we didn't get far, when we ran into another Froggit. No worries, just compliment, dodge the flies it made, and we're fine. Frisk did get hit though, so I gave her the candy I took.

"Chara insulted me when I took two." I casually mentioned. Frisk looked at Chara who hid a giggle.

The next puzzle was nothing but a patch of ground, so we casually walked on it, until, Fall, "AAAH-!" Thud!

We fell again, on another patch of leaves. So we just got up, brushed off, and walked through a door at the beginning of the room, which took us back.

"Today is just not our day, is it?" I told Frisk, who gave a smile.

"Here. I'll help you guys." Chara told us. She floated over certain patches, which we stepped on, and we didn't fall.

"Thanks Chara!" I thanked.

"No problem. Sorry for the whole, 'scum of Earth' comment."

I shrugged and we continued. Until we walked into someone.

Whimsun approunces meekly

A little flying sprite appeared appeared in front of us, looking like it was about to start crying.

"Aww! Poor little thing. She (I think Whimsun's a girl, okay?) looks scared. What should we do?" Frisk asked me.

I checked out he options. Check, Terrorize, and Console. To see who she's like, I pressed Check.

Whimsun - ATK 5 HP 10. This Monster is too sensitive to fight.

Whimsun gave a little whimper and tried to attack me, but didn't hit me at all! So I tried Consoling.

"Halfway though your first word, Whimsun bursts into tears and runs away."

"You won! You earned 0 XP and 2 gold."

Me and Frisk just stared at each other. Until Frisk said "I'm sure she'll be alright."

The next room had the same puzzle, but with 3 rocks instead of one. I got the rocks this time, but when I tried to push the first one.

You tripped into a line of Moldsmals.

Three jelly monsters stood in front of me, wiggling. I pressed Act and saw the options;

Check, Imitate, Flirt.

Though I was confused, I flirted by dancing with, to which they responded with more dancing or a noise

*You wiggled your hips *Moldsmal wiggles back. *What a meaningful conversation!

Slime was shot at me and was hard to dodge, but seemed to only get hit once. After a little dance, they allowed me to spare them, and I earned three gold. When I looked back at Frisk. She was smiling and covering her mouth.

"What?"

"Nothing. Just funny watching you dance a with a few slime monster. "

"Well you try flirting with some slime."

Anyway I pushed the second one on the button, but when I got to the last one...

"Hey!" It shouted in a little voice. "Who said you could push me around?"

I looked at Frisk, who was a bit surprised by the talking rock. "Sorry." I said. "We just need to solve this puzzle."

"Well, you could've asked me. But since you explained, I'll move for you two." But moved to the left.

"... Um, could you move towards the button please?"

"Oops! Sorry." It apologized. And scooched towards the button.

"Thank you!" Frisk said. And walked down the path, until the spikes popped up again. She glared in the rocks direction, and I noticed that it moved off the button, so then I glared at it.

"What? You wanted me to stay on the button?" It asked a bit annoyed, to which I replied with a stern nod. "Okay, okay." It got on the button and stayed there so me and Frisk could pass.

Into the next room, where someone else was.

And it's done! Phew! I'm sorry guys, I really wanted to add Nabstablook here, but this chapter is mostly about puzzles, it's very late here, and my parents will pulverize me if I'm not in bed, so I'll make a new chapter. Okay, not "pulverize", but I really need to get to bed. Tomorrow's school, so please don't expect a new chapter 'til Saturday. I'll edit this chapter a bit more soon, I'll see you guys, Goodnight!
