Amelia P.O.V

I ate the food, moaning at the taste. Food here is delicious. Even If I lied to him about me being hungry so that I could get a chance to run away, I was actually hungry. I burped after finishing my plate. 

Now I am full, What should I do now. I already know that he closed the door this time so that I couldn't pull another trick. But I don't want to stay here any longer. I am stuck in a fairy tale world which we read in books as fiction, how my friends would be laughing at me when I told them about this. I sighed, only if I can get away from here in one piece. I stood up from the couch and walked in the room slowly losing myself in my thoughts. How my life changed all of a sudden from being happily spending my time with my Aunt to being kidnapped by gorgeous beings who are not even human. My mind went to the God like creature, he was like Adonis. His familiar eyes pulled me towards him. My body react in his presence which is bad. I already have a boyfriend whom I love dearly then why do I feel the pull towards him?  

Suddenly my head started hurting, I grabbed my head groaning in pain. Images started flashing in my mind all of a sudden which I couldn't decipher. My legs started shaking and I fell on my knees crying out. This pain is unbearable. 

Pictures started getting clear in my head slowly. 

"Danvers and Alexander, you both know why I called you here" Chase said, his voice blank as usual. Caleb sighed heavily and lowered his head. "I am not sure about him but I haven't done anything" Alexander said crossing his arm acting nonchalantly..

"You are pinning this all on me"  Caleb snapped at him and Alexander smirked in his direction "I don't know what you are talking about"

"Shut up both of you" Chase growled, his voice shook the whole room. They quickly turned towards him and lowered their eyes. "Who is this girl and what is she doing in my Kingdom" he said, his voice rising and he looked at both of them for answer. 

What is this, is this some kind of weird dream my mind conjuring?

I was standing in the room staring at the scene, but how am I here, I was in the room locked up. What is happening to me? 

"She is my friend" Caleb said sheepishly, I raised my eyebrow, when did we became friend.  "Do you peg me as fool" Chase said annoyed. 

He was looking regal sitting there in front of them. Why does it happened when he is front of me, I forget everyone around me and my eyes only look for him. 

"We kidnapped her because we were asked to do so" Alexander said , I turned my head towards him, they kidnapped me on someone's order? But Who?

"Who is it?" Chase asked the words I wanted to ask myself. 

"Its ---"  Alexander was about to say the name I wanted to hear all this while. 

When suddenly I felt immense pain in my head. Tears started streaming from my eyes and I cried out in pain holding my head. Its hurting too much.

Why is it hurting so bad?

I vaguely hear the door opening and footsteps coming towards my way. "What is happening to her?" I heard someone asking but I was too lost in pain to identify the voice. "Do something" Someone said when I started pulling my hair to stop the pain.

I felt a hand on my head slowly taking my hands away from my head and putting in theirs. By how my heart started beating faster all of a sudden, I knew it was Chase who was kneeling beside me. "It hurts" I whimpered, pulling myself towards Chase unconsciously. His presence is soothing to me. 

"I know, I will take care of it" he said softly caressing my head. Pain slowly started diminishing and I sighed in relief snuggling myself to him. His body stiffen but it soon relaxed and he took me in his arms. The pain was now a slow throbbing which I am grateful for. 

"What was that?" Alexander asked, his voice curious. Now I can identify who is talking. Caleb was also present in the room. "She tried to enter in my mind" Chase said, I frowned, what is he talking about I can't do that I am a human. "Its impossible, she is a mundane" Caleb said surprised, I can feel his eyes on me. Chase took me in his arms and stood up. My head resting on his firm chest. I could hear his calm heart beating. He started walking slowly and laid me down on the bed. My eyes were half closed but I could hear everything clearly. He cover me with the duvet, his smell invaded my senses, he smells nice.

"Let her rest" he said and looking at me one more time and walking out of the room followed by others. I sighed and snuggled into the duvet closing my eyes fully. I certainly need rest.

Chase P.O.V

I was sitting in my office staring out the window. Both Danvers and Alexander were sitting in front of me waiting for me to speak but my mind was jumbled. When I took her in my arms, my heart skipped a bit. It was like she was meant to be there. I felt a pull when I first laid my eyes on her but it can't be possible. I can't have those feeling arising again which I have deep buried inside of me. Then why am I feeling like this? why I couldn't bear to see her in pain. Why her crying made my frozen heart hurt.

I groaned "Damn it"

"Care to share with us" Alexander said waiting impatiently, I rolled my eyes, he was always like that after that redhead stabbed him in the back. It changed my brother for worse. When I get my hand on that Witch, I will tore her head from its body.

I turned my gaze towards them folding my hands in front of me sighing. "She is not a human for sure, but I can't figure out what is she yet" I said remembering how she entered in my mind all of a sudden. She must be a very powerful Witch if she can penetrate my mind without me knowing for a bit.  Danvers looked startled "No, she is a human, She told me herself that we have to kidnapped a fragile human"

I rubbed my chin "She was lying" I said for sure. She can play tricks if she want. I don't know why she wanted a girl to be kidnapped by our kind. "But why would she lie?" Alexander questioned staring at me for answers.

"Well there is one way to find out" I said smirking, now is the time to pay a visit to my favorite Witch.

I stared at her sleeping form, she looked peaceful while sleeping. She doesn't know about her true self at all. She thinks herself as a human. How come she was living in the mundane world not knowing who she was. She must have felt some sparks about her unless it was surpassed forcefully.

I sighed, there is so many questions and I have to get answer soon.

"You know its creepy to stare at someone when they are sleeping" she said, her eyes opened staring at me. She slowly sat in a seating position all the while her eyes never left mine. I shook my head and sat rigid. Now its time to ask questions.

Maybe she is hiding something from me and if she answered willingly then that's good otherwise I will see in her mind for answers. 

"Why are you here?" she asked raising her eyebrow at me. I chuckled, she is not afraid of me even knowing that I changed in a dragon in front of her. "What are you?" I asked directly, I am not the one who beat around the bush. She looked at me questioned, her mouth opened slightly "What do you mean what I am, I am a human" she replied confused, her heartbeat steady telling me that she is saying the truth. 

"Then how did you enter in my mind?" I asked narrowing my eyes in her direction. She looked at me furrowing her eyebrow "When did I-- Oh" she said suddenly, "I was in your mind" she gasped surprised. "That's how I was seeing that" she muttered to herself. 

"What did you see?" I demanded, I know she entered in my mind but what memory she saw. I want to know that, she can not invade my privacy like that.

She cowered a little bit "I just saw you yelling at Caleb and Alexander, thats it" she murmured averting her eyes away. I sighed and closed my eyes massaging my forehead. I shouldn't use this type of tone on her after all those idiot kidnapped her without asking permission from me. I will have to punish them both for this. "Do you want to go home?" I asked her trying to fill the awkward silence. She looked at me with her doe like eyes. "Do you even have to ask, of course I want to go home" she said getting excited a little bit. 

"I will take you there" I said making her smile for the first time since I saw her. "Thank you" she said, dimple appearing on her right cheek. She looked so innocent and fragile. I shook my head, snap out of this. She can be like Alyssa who is only deceiving us but it doesn't feel like it and the pull I am feeling towards her, how is this possible.

I have to get answers.

"But first we have to go somewhere and after that I will let you go" I said, we have to meet the Witch first and have some answers and after that if she is not a danger to us we will let her go. Her face fell but she quickly put a blank face. "Okay I will go" she said 

"Get ready then I will meet you in 10" I said and stand up, walking swiftly towards the door.
