Amelia P.O.V

He raised his eyebrow "You want to find Ryan".

"Yes, I do" I nodded my head, I want him back here, to be with our family. He already endure enough because of what happened. He can't keep blaming himself for things he didn't do. Chase looked at me then nodded his head "Fine, I will help you" he said crossing his arms on his chest. I gave him a small smile, I don't remember anything about my old life but by watching my parents these past few days, it confirmed that they love us a lot. And I would do anything for them. 

"But on one condition" he said, his eyes sparkling with mischief. What does he want now? "I am going with you, isn't it enough" I frowned looking at him with suspicion, a grin appeared on his face. "It was your condition not mine, I was okay with going alone" he smirked, sometimes I feel like he is such an a** hole. I huffed and nodded my head "Fine, tell me your condition" I breath out, I can do this for my family. What will he ask me, its not a big deal.

His smirk widened which made me a little bit afraid of what he is about to ask me. "You have to live with me" he said, I shrug my shoulder in response "Okay" I nodded my head. I know I have to live with him if I am going to his Kingdom, its obvious for me. He looked confused for a second that I agreed so easily on his terms, "You have to live with me in my room" he elaborated, I took in a sharp breath. He is insane if he thinks I will live with him in his room. "Definitely a no" I snapped, he is such a pervert. I would never stay with him like that. My heart started beating fast all of a  sudden liking the idea of living with him. I quickly shook my head to wiped that thought away. He shrug his shoulders in response "Then no deal" he said casually and turn around to sit on his bed. I gawked at him, he can't do that, at least I am going with him. "You can see yourself out" he said jerking his head in the direction of the door. I growled under my breath "You can't do that" I said walking towards him and standing infront of him, he raked his fingers through his hair and my eyes followed the movement. "I just did" he said moving his head to look at me in the eyes.

My eyes narrowed at him, he looked so casual sitting in front of me not caring about anything. I thought he would do anything for Emerald but I guess time change feeling. "Fine, I agree on your condition" I forced the words out. He face looked void of any emotion but I can clearly read his eyes, he looked happy that I agreed. "Very well, be ready tomorrow morning" he said standing up towering over me. He looked at me, his eyes  like a door to his heart which he has closed it right now. "I need to change so can you go now" he whispered, I can feel his minty breath on me. For a second I didn't understand what he said too lost in his eyes but when my mind started working again, I quickly backed away from him and nodded my head turning away. "Good night" I muttered sprinting away from him, I could hear his laugh from behind.

Chase P.O.V

I saw her running away from me, her face was red from embarrassment which made me laugh. She is so cute. I put on some shorts and lay down on the bed putting my hand behind my head and staring at the ceiling. I sighed, I want her with me all the time so I can protect her. She doesn't have her powers with her anymore nor her memories. She needs my protect more than anything now that the prophecy is on play. Together we improve each other but when we are alone, we are dangerous and I know that very well. When she was not with me in these past two years I was lost, so lost that I didn't want to see my face in the mirror after committing the sins so I shut my emotions off so I won't feel the regret and guilt. But now my mate is back, my light is back, I will become the same King I was before when we were together. 

I just want her in my arms, to keep her safe. Whenever she is not in front of my eyes I feel worry looping in my mind. I want the prophecy to be over with, so that I can live a normal life with my Emerald and she can go back to normal with her memory and without the glamour spell she had on. I love her in any form, with any face because I love her soul but she is bad-ass when she stared at me with those emerald eyes. I closed my eyes going to sleep with smiling face of my mate appeared behind my closed lid.

"Are you sure about that?" King Steve asked her daughter next morning when we were ready to go back to my home. She nodded her head and hugged her father and she went to talk to her mother as King Steve came in my direction and stand in front of me. He put his hand on my shoulder "Son, I trust you to take good care of my Princess" he said sternly but I know he cares for her very much. I straighten my back and nodded my head firmly "You don't have to worry about it, She is my mate, I will protect her with my life" he smiled and patted my back affectionately "I know" he said removing his hand away. He was replaced by Emerald's mother. She stared at me with adoration in her eyes "My Princess is lucky that she has you" she said, her voice smooth and motherly, she always remind me of my mother. I gave her a genuine smile and hugged her. She chuckled and hugged me back. "I am the lucky one here" I said breaking the hug and looking at my mate, an affectionate smile on my face whenever I looked at her, it appears on my face automatically. "You love her so much, I can see it in your eyes" Queen Grace said smiling. I can never agree more.

"Time to go" I said to Emerald to which she nodded her head, her eyes were misty and she quickly wiped her tears away. She said one final good bye and we turned around to walk away from them. "Wait for me, Will you!" Caleb said came running towards us. I rolled my eyes and Emerald laughed watching him darting towards us. "Danvers, are you coming with us?" I asked him just to be sure, he rolled his eyes "Of course I am coming" he said like its obvious. Him and his weird behavior. 

"Don't you have your Kingdom to watch over" I asked, he is roaming around a lot when does he get the time to be in his kingdom is still a mystery. He gave a dramatic sigh "My best friend needs me and my father can take care of the Kingdom just fine" he said and started walking past us. "I like him" Emerald muttered beside me. I huffed and started walking as well with Emerald walking beside me. Of course she will like him, he is her best friend. I on the other hand can't even get a smile from her, just my luck.

 Amelia P.O.V

I was walking beside Chase after we crossed the gate of the Kingdom, Caleb disappeared as soon as we exit from the kingdom. Chase said he teleported directly to the Midnight Kingdom which made me curious about this teleportation thing. 

"Are we not using it?" I asked confused when we started walking away from the Kingdom. He stopped and looked at me "Do you want to?" he asked to which I shrug my shoulder, why not. He sighed "My beast needs to fly since he has been cooped up here" he said waiting for me to say something. "Okay, Flying is fine by me" I said nonchalantly, if his dragon is restless so its better we made our way to the Kingdom by flying. He suddenly started undressing himself, I quickly turned around and cover my eyes with my hands "A warning would have suffice" I groaned, he chuckled and then I heard the sound of bone breaking which made me flinch a little. It must have hurt him to change into his dragon form. I heard him growling and turned around to see Chase standing before me in his beast form. He looked marvelous, I should be afraid of him but I am not. I don't know why but its like this since my eyes met with him. I slowly went towards him as his dark eyes regarded me curiously. I move my hand on his shiny scales feeling the texture beneath my palm. He made a slow sound deep from his throat. I chuckled and pushed myself up when he bent down for me to sit on his back. After straddling myself, I grip his back so that I won't fall when we will be high in the sky. "Let's go" I said patting him, he gave a loud growl and flap his wings lifting us from the ground and sending us in the sky. I wanted to experience how teleportation works but riding a dragon top it all. 

The way wind touch your face and make you feel alive is the best feeling. The adrenaline rushed through your veins. I cling to him, his scales touching my cheeks. Slowly we came to a halt in front of a giant waterfall in a forest. He moved his head to look at me. I understand the gesture and lift myself up and land on the ground looking at the water fall in awe. I walked towards it still looking at the scene. This place is so serene and I like it here. I heard the breaking of bones and in a minute he was beside me staring at the water fall. "Isn't it beautiful" he said, I gave him a side glance. It is definitely beautiful and more than that.

"What is this place?" I asked him instead, I thought we were going back to his home. 

"Its the place where all of this began" he answered.
