We were sitting in the dining hall eating dinner. My focus was on my plate but I could feel his eyes all the way from the other side. He haven't stopped staring since I entered in the hall but I couldn't return his gaze. Whatever happened was a mistake, it won't happen again. "I heard you were fencing?" Dad asked putting his hands on the table and looking at me curiously. My eyes went straight to Chase for a second but I averted my eyes away quickly. "It was more like a fun activity" I said sarcasm dripping from my voice and I looked at Caleb with stinky eyes who has a broad smile on his face. Dad gave me a smile which warm my heart, I know I was angry at him but he is my father who was always there for me so I can try to understand the situation for once. So I smiled back which took him by surprise and his smile widened. 

"We have to go back today" Chase said without any emotion in his voice. Dad looked at him and nodded his head "You should, your Kingdom needs you" he responded without any issues. My stomach clench a little, he is leaving. But I can't even stop him, I have no right. 

"Pack your bag Emerald, we are leaving tomorrow" he said.  

I continued eating my food when I felt his gaze on me. I moved my head towards him, he was looking at me, I looked around me. Everybody were staring at me. "What" I raised my eyebrow looking at everyone in confusion. Is something on my face? "We are leaving tomorrow" Chase repeated again, 'We' as in? Then it hit me, he called me Emerald.

"No, I am not going anywhere" I said stubbornly, I am not leaving this place with him. My feelings are all over the place towards him. I would like to stay away from him for a while besides I found my mother I have lot of catching up to do. He narrowed his eyes "Yes, you are" he said forcing every word out. I shook my head "I am not leaving with you, I don't even know you, At-least I know people here rather than in your Kingdom where I was being locked" I said frowning,  I remembered when I was prisoner there. He gritted his teeth in annoyance, food long forgotten. He opened his mouth to speak again when Dad interrupted him. "Let her stay here, it would be better" he said looking pointedly at Chase who glared at Dad in return. They both stare at each other for a bit. I want to stay here. At last Chase sighed and averted his eyes away "Just for couple of days" he muttered glaring hole in his plate. "Very well" Dad said and they resumed eating. 

"That was intense" Caleb said casually from beside me. He was stuffing his mouth with food. 

"Shut up" Both Dad and Chase snapped at the same time making Caleb rolling his eyes. I chuckled when he made funny faces.

"One time, we went to underwater diving, I was so scared but the thrill of doing something dangerous made me alive" I said reliving the memories when I went for a trip with my friends. After dinner I went straight to mother's room. She asked me to share every details of what I did in last two years. She wanted to know me as best as she can. She smiled and caress my cheek with her soft hand. I sighed enjoying the moment, I was laying in her lap as she raked her hand slowly in my hair, it was soothing and her motherly touch made tears appeared in my eyes. "What happened dear, why are you crying?" she asked in concern wiping my tears away. I pushed myself in sitting position staring at her with admiration. "It just, I just miss you" I said tears running from my face. I don't know why I am feeling this much emotional. Its like I was waiting to meet her.

She gave me a soft smile and hugged me "I am here now, I am not going anywhere" she murmured patting my back. I sniffed and relies in the comfort of her. 

"Is there any room for me" Dad asked walking towards us with a smile on his face. We broke the hug and I spread my arms in Dad's direction. He happily hugged me, "I am sorry Princess, for lying to you" he murmured with regret. I know I was supposed to angry with me. But these are my parents and I can't be angry with them forever. "I forgive you" I responded, I do forgive him because he did all of this for my security even if I don't remember anything. Mom joined us in the hug and I chuckled enjoying the moment.

So that's how it feels to have a family moment.

After we broke the hug, we sit together. I have so many questions I want to ask them so I started with the easiest one.

"Do I have any siblings?" I asked smiling, for as long as I can remember I was an only child and I felt alone because I wanted a brother or a sister with whom I can share my problems, my happy moments. Mom smiled and nodded her head that made my smile widened "You have a brother" Dad said, his voice light. Wow, I have a brother. That's amazing.

"His name is Ryan and he is your twin" Mom said, my eyes widened in surprise. I have a twin. I squealed in joy "Wow". Mom looked taken aback with my response and Dad seemed relax. He already familiar with my behavior. "Where is he?" I asked, I didn't see him in the Castle. 

Dad sighed and Mom pat his back in assurance. "After your apparent death, he was devastated, he blamed himself that he wasn't there to safe you" he said sighing, Mom eyes became misty as well. "He left the Kingdom shortly, no one know where is he" Dad continued, I frowned, I thought I would get to meet him but he is not here anymore.

"Did you try to find him?" I asked curiously, maybe we can start looking for him and get him back. Dad nodded his head "I tried but he is very sneaky no one can find him" he said massaging his eyebrow. Mom sniffed "That day I lost both of my children" she said, her voice breaking. I hold her hand in mine "You got me back, I will get Ryan back" I said with determination. I know I am a mere human, I don't have the strength nor power but I will find my brother and get him back to his home.

I was standing in the balcony of my room looking at the moon. It's shine brighten the whole kingdom and it looks mesmerizing with infinity stars scattered in the sky. You can't see this type of view in New York. Its impossible there but here its like page from a fantasy book. "You always liked gazing at sky" Chase said standing beside me. He looked at the moon with a smile on his face. I wanted to look at him, to see him because tomorrow he will be long gone but I controlled myself. "Its beautiful" I murmured sneaking a glance at him. The light was shining on his face making him more handsome. Why does he has to be this attractive. He nodded his head "Its always is" he said, I can feel his eyes on me. 

"I am sorry" he said after standing here in silence. I furrowed my eyebrow and finally looked at him, his gaze was already on me. "Why are you apologizing?" I asked, I never thought with the attitude of his, he will ever say sorry to someone. "I behaved ill with you during dinner, I have no right to force you to come with me, it should be your choice" he said, touching the back of his neck. A smile appeared on my face seeing him nervous "I forgive you" I said, directing my gaze back to the sky. 

"I am leaving tomorrow" he said putting his hand on the railing beside mine, I can feel the warmth of his hand from there. "I know" I nodded my head, distracting myself from the urge to put my hand on his. "I am here to say good bye" he continued, his voice tender. "I know" I responded back in low voice. I don't want him to go. My heart is beating faster, my stomach is clenching, my body want to stay as close as can be with him but I am thinking with my mind logically which says its good if he is going away. My feeling will go away with him. He sighed "Okay then, good night" he said and turned around to walk away from me. My heart started hurting when he turned his back on me. But it has to be this way. I can't develop feeling for him, I just can't. I turned around and saw him walking away from me. My heart was telling me to stop him, don't let him go but my mind said its for the best and at last I listened to my mind and stay where I was watching him walked away from me closing the door behind him. My lips quivered and I sat on the bed still staring at the closed door.    

"Why am I feeling bad" I whispered to myself, I know from the dreams how much he loves Emerald but I am not her anymore. I am new person now, the person who is already met her soulmate. I covered my face with my hands and groaned with my torn feeling. "That's it" I huffed and stand up walking out of the room. I made my way towards Chase room with quick stride, One and only one thing in my mind. I knocked on the door and waited for him to open it. He didn't open the door so I tried again but there was no response. I sighed and slowly turned around to go back to my room when the door open. I turned back around and my eyes widened looking at the view in front of me. Chase was standing before me in only towel hiding his lower part. His hair was wet thats means he took a shower and thats why it took him time to open the door. My mouth opened on his own accord when eyes were glued to his bare chest. He raised his eyebrow in question, I gulped and averted my eyes away, anywhere from his sculpture body. "I want to talk about something" I said, my throat feeling dry all of a sudden. "Are you talking to a wall?" he asked crossing his arms on his chest making his biceps on display. I shook my head, "Then why are you looking at a wall" he said, his tone teasing. I looked in his eyes so that I won't look at what's below the eyes. His eyes held mischief in them as it met mine. "Are you sure?" he asked to which I replied with a firm nod.

"Fine, come on in" he said and he step aside to make room for me. I suddenly felt unsure about my decision. Should I go in his room alone. Last time we were alone, we were in a passionate kiss. I shook my head mentally, I won't repeat it again. I went into his room, he closed the door behind him. His room was good but not as good as in his Kingdom.

"What do you want to talk about?" he asked as I stood in the middle of the room. "I want to go with you" I said straight to the point. All the playfulness gone from his face and he stared at me with serious look "And?" he asked, he is smart and know that I won't go with him without any condition. 

"On one condition" I elaborated, a smirk appear on his face and he told me to carry on. 

"Help me find my brother" I said.
