No Problem versus You're Welcome

The other day I saw this Tumblr like post:

and it's really really made me think about how I respond to someone saying thank you. Generally, depending on the person, I rotate back and forth. Usually if it's more formal, if I'm not as comfortable with a person, I say you're welcome and if it's more casual and I'm pretty comfortable with a person I say no problem. But lately, I hesitate. And what I've found is that I would rather say no problem. Not so much because I feel like it's expected of me, but because I want people to feel like it's not a problem for me to help them. People's problems aren't a burden. No one is a burden.
