You were awoken by the smell of adobo and century tuna.

Your stomach growled which made you grunt.

' Damn it. I'm too tired to get up. Then again I'm really hungry.... fuking needy human body. ' You thought to yourself as you rolled down off your bed. Crashing on the floor.

" ow. "

You crawled your way to your closet and then stood up to get some clothes and a towel.

You went in to your bathroom and did your bussiness and went downstairs after that by gliding down the stairs and into the pillows that was prepared by your cousin Zac.

" Y'know you should stop gliding down the stairs every morning. It's getting annoying, me setting these pillows for you everyday. So you won't get hurt like before. " Zac walked in to the living room where you are at the moment and he sighed.

You looked up at him and just grinned.

" Good morning to ya too pal! " You greeted him with a warm smile as you walked up to him and lightly patted his shoulder.

Zac just sighed.

" Yeh. Morni'n. Whatever. Let's just eat. " Zac said and turned around and got to the dining room.

" Good idea. " You said as you followed him.

While eating Zac said, " Hey, our family said that they're gonna prepare a karaoke and some food for welcoming them. " He said between chewing his food.

" By them, you mean the Matsuno family? " You asked as he you scoop a spoon full of rice.

" Yeh. Who else? Anyways, I was gonna ask if you're free from your job right now so you could help set some stuff. " Zac said looking at you as he scoop the bits and pieces of food on his plate.

You swallowed your food before you told him, " Yeah, sure. There's no project to be done anyways. "

You grabbed your plate and grabbed his and washed them.

" So... the welcoming thing's gonna be held at.. 12? " You asked.

" Yup! It's 7:00 am right now. So, we have a lot of time to prepare! " Zac said as he stood up.

" Ok then. Is grandpa gonna show up?
I mean... He just got back from America yesterday with his wife and my siblings  right?  And he can't decline this. " You asked as you washed away the soap on the plates.

" Hmm... I guess he will. I think grandpa Benny will show up! Haha! Just think about him making all those puns there. " Zac said.

" And lecturing us and telling some stories from his past. " You said.

You both then thought about it.

" Ehh.. I think it'll turn out all right. 'Sides grandpa Benny get's along with anyone pretty well. " You said.

" Yeh, I guess. " Zac said.

You looked at each other and chuckled.

After that you got out of the house and walked towards your parents house which isn't really far.

You got in to see your family there.

Not the whole family but some of them.

Like, about, 20 of them.

You got in with Zac and they greeted you with a " Hello " and " Good Morning "

After talking for a bit. You guys have discussed about the 'small' welcoming party for our foreign visitors.

You and Zac got assigned to get the Karaoke since you guys are like begginers on cooking compared by your family members.

You and Zac both agreed on this.

After that you walked towards your mom and dad.

" Hey, mom? " You began.

" Yes dearie? " Your mom said.

" Since grandpa Benny is sure to come. Are... my siblings and grandma gonna be here as well? Did they texted you that they will? Have you told them about the party thing? " You kept asking a lot of questions which caused your mom and dad to go eyes widened to soft facial expressions and smiles.

You noticed you were talking too much.

" Haha.. sorry. It's just. Haven't seen them in a while you know? Like, 8 years of not being together and me not being able to talk to them that much on phone or anything. Y'know how it feels. " You said as you rubbed your arm using your hand and avoiding eye contact.

The last part was aimed to your father which is the oldest out of his 4 younger brothers and 5 younger sisters.

He too had experienced being left alone by his siblings. They left with good intentions. For example, seeking a job, trying to live on their own and all.

He just chuckled at this.

You looked at him and just chukled along nervously.

" Do not worry they'll be here. I contacted them last night. " Your father told you.

You smiled knowing you'll finally see your younger brother and sister once more.

After that little chit chat. You waved good bye at them and walked outside with Zac.

" Ready to go? " Zac asked putting his hands on his hips looking down on you.

" Yeah! "
