This is a story of my best friend btw I'm Sad to know abt whom u have to read 😊.

My best friend is Laksh, he is a Social worker a very cute n honest man who cares for other's more than himself. He stands to his words!.

Then there is the villain / love of my best friend Ragini, she is an Arrogant very money n profit minded woman. Never cared of someone else than herself. She crosses all limits to win. A real businesswoman!.

My best friend is always with us! Haan plural... we r all kids. Laksh is our leader... we r orphans n he is looking after us. Our orphanage is old n damaged n the landlord doesn't want to pay for the required work. He is waiting till we give up n leave the house.

Laksh is very angry on him but if we go against the landlord he can throw us out coz we r not allowed to live in that house. One day we were shifted there but illegally. Now Laksh is afraid what if the landlord throws us out?. Where will we go?!. He tensed n is working day n night! 

Sad!!! Sad!!! 

Oh he is calling me. Bye! 

Laksh; Sad What r u doing here alone?!

Sad; nothing! Come let's go! Dinner must be ready!

Laksh; how when our cook is talking to herself!

They went to the kitchen n prepared the dinner. The orphanage was small but yet it was possible to look after 25 orphans.

Munna; Laksh u found something?!

Laksh; Munna I told u not to worry! Then y r u asking n tensing the other's?! I'm here na! As long as I am here nothing gonna happen. I found a new property but this time I want to own it not lent it! We have to collect money by donations. 

Sad; we can make cookies n sell them?!

Laksh pinches her nose. Fine! We all will do it.. but if something happens n u r mistreated by anyone we will stop immediately.

Soon the night come n all were trying to sleep but the fear to lose the home was scaring them. Laksh too couldn't sleep. 

He was thinking of his day...

Today I went to many different places just to get some donations for the kids. But those businesses people r all money minded... just this one wasn't. But he too put on a bet. He gave me a month to collect the amount for his empty property....

The man; listen I can give U a month! Can u handle it?!.

Laksh; Sir of course I can. Thank U!.

The man nods n gave him a warm smile. 

Now I have a month. At least something!. There r still gud humans.

The landlord of this property is horrible he knows kids r living here still he doesn't care. Even the doors of the washroom r broken I had to place curtains in.

He doesn't know when but he dozed off....

On the next morning 

All the kids were ready to help Laksh to collect the money. They baked cookies to sell them, they practices their dance moves n even a role play.

Laksh who was still sleeping didn't knew what his kids were doing. 

But then aaaahhhh!!!

He woke up with a shock. Kids!!!! 

He rushes out of his room to find Guriya crying on the floor holding her hand. Sad already places ointment on her wound.

Laksh; Guriya?! What happen?!

Sad; the baking tray was too hot. I told her to wear gloves but someone didn't wanted to listen now see the result! 😤.

Laksh; oh she angry! 

Guriya; haan... Sorry 🙉. 

Laksh looked at her wound but Thank God only a small injury. He blows some air on it n kisses her wound. She smiles.

Laksh; so no one of u considered to wake me?!

The shook their heads. 

Laksh; r u all mad?! What if a major injury happened to any of u?! U thought what would be my reaction?! How sad n hurt I would be?!

The kids; sorry 🙉🙉🙉🙉🙉🙉.

Laksh; I can't stay angry with all of U if u give me these puppy looks. Aaahh fine u r all forgiven!

The kids smiled bright.

They all left the house together. Laksh was attending one bank after another just to get a loan. But all refused it as he had no property to give us a saving.

A bank manager; maybe u can ask some companies if they want to give Donations!

Laksh looked at the name plate but couldn't read the name properly. Sir how do u mean it?!

The bank manager; the government doesn't take tax from the donated money so many companies spend / donate money to pay lesser tax. It's a benefit for them too.

Laksh smiles. Thank U Sir! He stood up!

The Bank manager; Sanskaar I like ur idea n o want to give u the first donation! He write a cheque abt an amount of 20.000 rps. 

Laksh; no this is way too much.

Sans; please it's a donation for a gud work! It's not for u but for the kids whom u r helping!

He took out his mobile n checked the companies nearby... just then he saw his kids selling the cookies on a stand they have made by themselves.

Kids nods n Laksh left to meet a few companies.

Sad; Laksh!!! She hold his hand.

Laksh nods. They were successful in two companies who gave them a cheque of the same amount like Sanskaar.

Laksh; I'm Laksh! I'm a social worker n currently I'm responsible for an orphanage n we need money to do some repairing of the old house n if we could collect enough money we will be able to buy a new property in which we could build a new orphanage for more kids.

Laksh was numb. 

Sad; oh Madam... keep ur attitude!

The kids introduced themselves n their orphanage. They represented Baba n Laksh. 

Many of the business tycoons were impressed by the kids. Who know to read, write n count. They don't attend the school as they don't have the money but they got taught from Ragini n Laksh. When they will have enough money for the new orphanage the government will accept them as a facility. Currently all of them r living illegally in a house. Without the support of the government.
