Avni's pov:-
I guessed it right.Something is going in neela Maa's mind when she called me and asked me to come fast.Now I came to know what it is!

Author's pov:-
(N-neela maa, A-Avni)
Avni is sitting infront of mirror getting ready for THE UNEXPECTED MARRIAGE PROPOSAL that had dropped on her with neelamaa standing behind her admiring her beauty
N:-Avni you are looking very beautiful!
I hope you will tell a yes for this proposal.Neil khanna is an ACP .I have heard about him a lot through my friends in kitty-parties.You should give him a chance
A:-Maa I can't give him a chance
N:-Why? What's the problem?
A:-Maa how many times I have to tell you that I don't believe in relationships.What if I can't handle them?It will ruin many lives along with me
N:-Avni stop giving lame excuses.Do you know where is the real problem?
(She pauses and looked intently towards avni).The problem is in YOU .
You aren't ready to give a chance.You simply accept defeat when it comes to relationships.Go and meet him once.
If you think there is a problem really,then tell me.Otherwise I would say yes

Avni has no chance now.She rejected many proposals .First by saying that she wants to build her career first,second by saying that she needs some time and third by misbehaving
with the guy who came to marry her in the first meeting .Neela maa knew her techniques but still she waited all these years to give avni some time to get ready for marriage.Now neela maa had lost her patience.Avni thought she would have to implement third option on neil khanna now.
Neil was waiting for avni in garden while all others are sitting inside the house.As soon as avni entered,neil stood up from the chair.He forwarded his hand for a handshake saying "Hi I am neil khanna"
Avni also shaked her hand with him saying "Hi i am Avni pareikh"
They sat on chair for some time.All they could heard is the chirping of birds,sound made by wind and the sound of their breathes.There was an awkward silence between them.
Finally avni broke the silence by starting their conversation
(N-Neil,A-Avni)
A:-I don't want to marry you.
Avni expected neil to get angry but she didn't see any traces of it on his face not even a frown
N:-why?Neil asked calmly
A:-Why should I tell you?That's my wish.Go and break this alliance here
N:-I can't avni because I don't want to hurt my parents and moreover I love you.Why wouldn't you break this?
A:-what? You love me .What do you know about me?I can't hurt my mom .So I can't break this proposal.
N:-Well ,I do know about you a lot.I fell in love with you when I saw you for the first time.From that day I followed you to know more about you.I saw you for the first time when you are beating the goons for saving a girl.I came to know that you are a doctor when I visited hospital due to a case.After a month finally I am standing here infront of you
Avni was shocked.
A:-what made you think that I will agree to this marriage after knowing that you spyed on me?
N:-Avni I don't want that our relationship starts with a lie.From the day I followed you I was sure that I would tell you about this in our first meeting itself and I did it.
A:-I will make this as an excuse infront of my mom to reject this proposal
N:-Okay !Go ahead.But think about one thing.
A:-what?
N:-If not today ,you have to marry someone on some day .That means you have to give a chance to someone in your life.Why don't you give that chance to me?
Avni (to herself):-He is right.Maa is determined to get me married .I should tell neil the real reason behind my rejecting him
A:-Neil I don't want to marry you because I don't believe in relationships.If anyone is in your place,I would have tell him the same.

Neil starts laughing
A:-Why are you laughing?
N:-Avni what should I do?Is this a reason for rejecting me?Do you know I didn't believe in love at first sight until I saw you.
He pauses for a moment and again says "Avni give me a chance.If you feel that I don't deserve you then you are free to break this relation"
Avni don't give any reply to him.She walks away into the house.
Neil follows her.
Neela was curious to know avni's answer.Surprisingly avni nodded her head in approval when neela asked her about her decision.
Everyone is overwhelmed in the house
Neela's happiness knew no bounds

Six months later

The khanna mansion is decorated with glittering lights .It is glowing in the dark.The house is occupied with the noises of children ,relatives who were busy in chatting about the preparations for AVNEIL'S ENGAGEMENT.The camera man is making a video recording of all the people who came to attend the engagement

When avni is getting ready for the engagement,bebe and neela came there and helped her in giving finishing touch.
(B-Bebe,N-Neela,A-Avni)
B-Avni you are looking very beautiful.
Neil will marry you right now if he sees you .
Avni blushes hearing bebe's words
Just then avni's mobile rings and it displays neil's name.
B:-My grand son is very impatient.I will go and bring him.Come soon and join him avni
N:-Bebe I will bring avni down.
Bebe goes to check all the arrangements.
N:-Avni tell me one thing,You really want to marry or you are doing this because I wanted to get you marry soon
A:-Maa why do you feel like that?I am getting married because I really want to.I am really thankful to you that you chose neil for me.
N:-Avni All I want is to see you happy,to see you living happily with a family which consists of mom,dad,grandma ,A PERFECT FAMILY like you always want.You don't know how much I love you bachha
A:-I love you too maa and hugged her

Neil was standing on stage .His eyes are searching for avni.As soon as he saw avni descending the stairs,his eyes refused to leave her until she came and stands infront of him.AVNEIL had an eye lock.Bebe clears her throat and avneil became aware of their surroundings.
AVNEIL are made to sat on a swing beside each other.The swing moves upwards and stopped at the center .Spotlight falls on AVNEIL.They both exchanged rings looking into each others eyes.Everyone around them clapped.
As the ring ceremony got over,wedding planner got onto the stage.
Avneil sat beside each other comfortably.

WP:-Hello everyone.As today is a big day for our AVNEIL,I am here to make this day memorable for them.I had planned something for them.Avneil had to come on to the stage and they have to say what they feel about each other.

Everyone around them clapped .
Avni stands up and say "I will go first"
Neela felt surprised while neil stares at avni lovingly
Avni  goes on to the stage and takes the mike
"Honestly speaking when neil first arrived at my house with the marriage proposal ,I said that I won't marry him .If anyone would be in neil's place,I am sure that he would have got angry.But neil was calm.I asked him to go back.But neil confessed that he loves me and he had followed me to know about me .I was shocked at this revelation.
I felt angry at first.But i felt happy because neil honestly told me that he spied on me instead of hiding it.He might had hide it if he wants to .Though he knew that I will reject his proposal after the relevation ,he told me.
Because he never wanted our relationship to start with a lie.
That showed me how much he values me and our relationship.I liked the way how he approached my mom instead of me after realizing his love for me.He valued my other relations too as much as me.When I told him that I don't believe in relationships ,he had gave me the liberty to back off when I want if I feel this relationship is not working.
He respected my views ,my decision and he acknowledged my fear behind rejecting his proposal.He changed my perception towards love and relationships.Neil,I didn't believe in relationships until I met you.You are the best.I am lucky to share my entire life with you.I LOVE YOU NEIL"

As avni completed her speech ,neil ran onto the stage and engulfed avni in his arms while neela wiped her happy tears.All the crowd over there was in awe.
Neil took over the mike and speaks 
"I will tell my feelings about avni through a song"
Avni sat on the swing
Neil take a guitar and starts singing the song
