(What's this two days in a row will I going to do my old schedule??? Idk I might but I don't have many ideas for storyline's(comment if you have a request))

TW: panic attack (not to much detail)

Michael's POV:
I was pacing from one side of my room to the other trying to slow my breathing I was shaking like crazy "help" I whisper to myself sitting down on the floor. "hey Michael?..." Podrick walks in "...are you ok?" I shake my head "do you need something" I hod "what is it?" He walks over to me bending down I hug into his chest when he comes closer my eyes start to water up "hey it's ok" he says softly "mhm" I mumble. He starts stroking my hair making me calm down tears roll down my cheeks we stay there for about ten minutes before I look at him. "What happened?" He asked "I had an panic attack I'm meant to be on meds for it but can't find them" "why don't you get more?" "Where am I going to find anxiety meds?" "Oh yeah" he says as he strokes my head.

Podrick's POV:
Michael lays his head on my chest again "hey Michael?" Cordelia walks in "mhm" Michael mumbles "panic attack?" "Mhm" "ok I'll come back later" she walks away "hey Michael?" I ask "yeah?" "You're tied go to sleep" "mhm" "come on" I pick him up slightly then place him on his bed "good night" I pull his blanket over him. I walk out "that was nice of you" I turn to see Cordelia "it was nothing" "no it was Michael doesn't come down of that least thirty minutes to a hour off his meds" "wait why didn't we get him meds from the docs?" "He didn't talk about it much and never to new people" "oh ok bye" I say as she walks off.

I do know that anxiety and panic attacks are different things I don't know what meds you take for panic attacks is it the same? I also wanted to give Michael panic attacks because they come from nowhere and are more intense than anxiety attacks.
