Okay so this was requested by Aphmaufan_360 a while ago, and I'm for just doing it now because I was stupid and forgot to put it in my book edit. 😑😅

Reminder for stoopid author: Bryan and Mania being siblings with each other but not yet

Mania's Pov

I was walking around the city trying to remember where Grimshade was located and unfortunately failing miserably. I Had heard that Bryan was now going to be a full-time member over there and wanted to check on him.

It had been a while since I'd last seen him. Actually, I had tended to leave Bryan alone most of the time, mainly because whenever he saw me he always had this look he did. I don't know why but it bothered me and I kinda wanted to ask about it but I wouldn't disturb his privacy if he didn't want me to.

I had been running around the city for quite some time until I ran into one of Grimshades members, Jericho I think his name was. I remember Mario talking about him once a while ago, saying that he was strange at times, I didn't really know what he meant the guy seemed pretty normal by his look.

"Uh, Hey!" I semi shouted, I had caught his attention, and waved him over.

"What can I do for you, Miss?" His voice was somewhat smooth and he had a nice smile.

"You're part of Grimshade right??" I questioned him, hoping I hadn't messed up.

"Ah, yes I am! Do you need help with anything?"

"Uhh, how do I get to your guildhall? I've been looking for the past hour but I can't seem to find my way there." I was somewhat sheepish but he just smiled at my awkwardness.

"Ah, you're pretty close to it. Might I ask why you want to go there?" He had this tame smile that could probably cheer many up, why he did the flirty one more often was a mystery to me, this one was much better.

"Oh, I wanna check on a friend of mine, we haven't talked in a while but I want to know if he's feeling better and doing okay." I smiled sheepishly and looked at him.

"Ah, I see, well would you like me to walk you there? I mean this seems to be pretty important, wouldn't want you to get lost on your way." He smiled and gestured for me to follow him. Which I did, it wasn't an unpleasant walk there, but we did have a run-in with some mean people. Though it didn't take them long to figure out we were part of guilds for them to back off.

"Sorry you had to deal with them, they tend to stay clear but I guess today wasn't the day." He scratched the back of his head sheepishly as he led me over to the now very apparent guildhall.

"How the flip didn't I see that?! It's frickin massive!" I couldn't believe my sense of direction had led me so far away from my destination.

"Well, it is near the edge of the city and it's one of the darker buildings so there are ways for it to be hidden. Not to mention the barrier that protects it." He chuckled as he led me inside the guildhall, the inside was a little smaller but the quaintness of it was refreshing compared to the grand city.

"Do you know where Bryans's room is? I came here to check on him."

"Oh, the fire-breather, yeah I know where his room is. Follow me!" He gestured towards the stairs and brought me over to a strange doorway.

"This should be it, whether or not he's inside I don't know. Hope this was helpful miss!" He smiled and turned to leave.

"Thank you, Mr. Jericho!" He waved to me and headed back down the stairs.

I took in a small breath and went in...
