"Finding out the truth hurts like a bitch but it's something we can't avoid forever."

The Mikaelson family were currently walking through Volterra Castle in Italy to have a chat with the Volturi. The Volturi ruled and kept the cold ones from exposing the supernatural world to humans but they have no control over nightwalkers who by the way are so much more powerful.  It was Elijah's idea because the cold ones are like the worst version of them. They killed or turned every human they sank their teeth into. The sun didn't hurt them but instead sparkled. When Kol discovered this, he couldn't stop laughing because how can someone be dangerous and scary when they sparkle in the sun? Kol thought they were a joke. Elijah's made Aro and his brothers in charge because he didn't want to deal with their kind. But the Volturi and every cold one out there knew not to mess with Originals and nightwalkers.

Cold ones were a mistake, made by Esther Mikaelson on the other side. She had tried to make another kind of vampire more powerful to take down her children and their bloodline but failed miserably. Her plan was to make cold ones more powerful to take down her children and then kill the cold ones. Eliminating the world from vampires. But since she was on the other side, Esther was too weak. However, Esther fails and accidentally gives these cold ones gifts.

Klaus and Juliet Mikaelson walked hand in hand through the castle.  Klaus had begged Juliet to stay home but Juliet refused to. She wanted to make sure her husband and family were safe. Klaus wanted her to stay home because she was four months pregnant with twin boys. Hope was so excited to have two little brothers on the way. Hope was already making them gifts and buying them toys. Getting pregnant was planned this time around, having twins was a miracle. To keep her from getting pregnant every time they had sex and having hundreds of children throughout the years. Freya created a protection spell to keep Juliet from getting pregnant and only removes the spell when asked.

Hope Mikaelson was a shock to both parents, they had always talked about having kids but couldn't as they were vampires. They had even talked about adopting when the time was right and Mikeal was out of their lives for good. 

Since Klaus was half-werewolf, it allowed him but it didn't allow Juliet as she was a full vampire. But since Klaus and Juliet are linked, the world created a loophole. After finding out Juliet was pregnant, Freya did a spell and they found out they were having two boys. Kol and Rebekah were the most excited apart from the parents. Kol wanted someone to watch football games with, play sports, and bully. Rebekah wanted someone to dress up and spend time with. Finn wasn't living with them but he and Sage sent a congrats card with gifts.

The whole family was excited, especially Hope who was ready to be a big sister. As Klaus, Juliet, Elijah, Kol, and Rebekah were dealing with the Volturi. Hope was back home in New Orleans with Davina, Marcel, and Hayley. Everyone loved Hope and of course, wanted her with them but her safety always came first. Hope is a very understanding and kind girl, she has the best parts of her parents. Nik and Juliet had no doubt in their minds that she going to grow up to be a strong beautiful woman. Klaus along with his brothers were ready to scare away every possible love interest.

The Mikaelson family barges into the door making everyone jump nervously.  Every cold one turns to look at the Originals and steps back. Aro quickly stood up and asked nervously, "K-Klaus how have you been?" Aro knew all too well that the originals did not give second chances and could destroy him in the blink of an eye.

Elijah and Kol roll their eyes and that doesn't go unnoticed by Juliet who hides her smile. Despite having their own reputations, Klaus was the one people feared the most. Juliet nudges Kol who's next to her and they share a look.

"We heard about the immortal child and we want to know who in their right mind would break our law." He smirks and nods over to Elijah.  "These children were banned for a reason. They almost exposed us to the world...oh wait they did expose us. We had to kill two-"

"Three villages." Kol corrected making Klaus give him a look of annoyance. That's when he noticed Kol had his arm around Juilet in a brotherly way making him smile. Klaus was ecstatic that Juilet fit in with his family so quickly. Even though he would never admit but he was also so grateful his siblings put their issues with him aside and welcomed Juilet with open arms.

"Thank you, Kol. Three villages to eliminate the problems they created." Aro, Caius, and Marcus all nodded not wanting to anger Klaus.

"And of course to check up on everything here." Elijah steps forward making Aro gulp but nods once again. Elijah was the one who created most of the laws and he would check in every couple's decades to make sure there being followed.

"We wouldn't want this to get out of hand, now do you?" Rebekah demands knowing all Aro wants is power and will kill his own kind to get those with abilities. Rebekah was the one who came up with the idea to keep them alive for their own benefit. Kol really begged to kill them all but was overvoted.

"Of course, we're actually on our way to Forks Washington to meet up with the Olympic coven," Aro says as everyone else is afraid to say anything. Jane and Alec share a look. Esther really messed up the whole spell because their gifts don't work on nightwalkers so they were really useless against nightwalkers.

"Who started this? We haven't had this problem in centuries." Juliet says softly making everyone's heads snap to look at her. Juliet grips Klaus's hand. He turns to look at her and kisses her head in reinsurance. Everyone in that room could see her belly and hear the two extra heartbeats in her stomach. (Outfit on top)

"Edward Cullen started this whole mess-" This made Klaus look at Juliet whose eyes were wide, did she hear right? Juliet looked at Klaus who was already looking at her and she shook her head saying no, she didn't know a Edward Cullen. She also didn't have any other family besides her grandfather who was murdered by Klaus once he found out what he did to Juliet.

"Did you say, Cullen?" Klaus asked for Juliet since she was still shocked. Her father was an only child and her grandfather was an old child. She was the last Cullen aside from her children who got their father's last name. The Cullens weren't a big family back in the day. The Cullen's had an unspoken tradition to only have one child. For example, Carlisle was no longer going to have any more children after Juliet, it was something that ran in the family. Which yes was weird but everyone went along with it.

"Yes, Cullen..." Aro says unsure. Rebekah turns to Kol and Elijah who are both already looking at her. They knew about Juilet's history and knew she was the last In her bloodline. 

Caius counted the children, "Emmett, Edward, Alice, and Esme Cullen then Jasper and Rosalie Hale. The leader slash father of the coven is Carlisle Cullen." The moment Caius said Carlisle Juliet had tears in her eyes.

Could her father be alive after all this time? Could he have replaced her with all these kids? No, it's impossible Carlisle Cullen couldn't be alive, could he? The thought scarred her, She'd been in this world for almost 400 years and her father could be alive?

"Nik, can we go outside I need to catch my breath." She says in Klaus' ear, putting a hand on her stomach and rubbing it softly, still knowing everyone in the room could hear what she told her husband. Klaus nodded and quickly turned to Elijah, Kol, and Rebekah.

"We'll be right back. Get more information," Nik says making them nod. Kol gave Juilet a quick hug and kissed her forehead before they walked out.

Klaus and Juilet walked out to the garden outside the castle and sat down on a beach. Klaus just watched as Juliet closed her eyes and had both her hands on her small belly. He waited for her to process the information. "Nik, could my father be...alive?" She asked him after a couple of minutes opening her eyes to look at him.

"I don't know my love, I've never heard of his name before in the vampire world but there is a small possibility that he is." He says softly kissing her forehead and putting his hands on top of hers that were on her stomach. Klaus wasn't sure what the right words were.

"What if he is, Nik? He left me!" Juilet stood up and began to pace back and front. "I was 10 and if he's alive..he left so easy. Not even a goodbye or a letter. I mean grandfather did say they never found a body. I was heartbroken, I remember crying for weeks, no months about it." Klaus stands up and hugs her. "I just don't know how to feel about this, Nik I don't.." By the end, she was full-on crying, at first she was mad then upset, and now sad.

The pregnancy hormones were getting to her, she hated them but Klaus had always made her feel better.

"Listen, love. Maybe he's alive but you know what. Leaving you was the biggest mistake of his life and I'm so sorry, but I don't regret anything. Remember the day we met at that bookstore, tell me why you were there?" Klaus asked her as he hugged her.

"I worked at that bookstore because my father loved reading and being there made me feel closer to him. Juliet says against Klaus' neck not letting go of him. Carlisle loved reading to Juliet and that particular bookstore was his favorite.

"Yeah, and if you still had your father. I may have never met you and had wonderful kids with the love of my life. I would have still been a monster who hated everything. But I found you so call me selfish, I don't care. Always remember I love you." Klaus says as he makes her look at him. Juliet giggles and nods.

"I love you too Nik, always and forever," Juliet says smiling at Klaus before kissing him.

Kol clears his throat making the couple pull away to look at him. Klaus glares as Juliet runs to him and hugs him. Kol and Juliet have been really close since they met. "According to those clowns, Edward is mates with a human so he broke a law by exposing our secret. They married and she was currently turned. Looks like a child was spotted with Bella and a wolf."

Klaus rolls his eyes, "Great another of mothers mistakes is getting in our way." Kol turns to glare at his brother, "Hey! Don't give me attitude. It was my idea to kill both these jokes and those shapeshifters but no." he throws his arm up dramatically.

Juilet stands next to Nik holding his hand, "This is no time for arguments. Although I have to agree with Kol. These would never be issues if they were eliminated from the start." Nik signs knowing he should never disagree with Juilet if he still wanted to be married.

"Thank you, sister! It's nice to finally have someone who listens to me." Kol says as Klaus glares at him, "Now who's being dramatic!"

"Enough, let's go back inside. We need to know what the plan is." Juliet says nervously thinking about seeing her father again after almost 400 years. Because she wasn't the little girl he left behind. She was now a wife, a mother, and a sister.

2023: I loved rewriting this. I hope that some of you didn't give up on me and are still here to read this.  I created this storyline and Juliet when I was sixteen years old. it's crazy to think this story almost has 1 million views. wow. I hope to finish this and give it a great ending. if you're still reading this, it's all thanks to you for not giving up on me.
