A Battle Won

Sachi's POV
Crap. This isn't good. Guards everywhere. One of the Shaman Seven was here. So we could pretty much consider ourselves dead. I moved my sunflowers to block the arrows and bullets that were still being fired at us. The guards armed with swords, spears, and knives still hadn't attacked. After about a minute the projectiles stopped. "Melee! Attack!" Said Braeden. The guard charged us. The ones who had shot at us backed up and ran, possibly back to a camp or something of the sort. My attention was turned away from them as a pair of guards charged me with a sword and spear. I chopped the wooden pole of the spear in half with one of my katanas and kicked the guard back. I felt a blossom of pain in my side and quickly turned my attention to the other guard. There was a red liquid on the blade of the silvery sword. I slashed at him and he dodged skillfully. I went on the offense for a couple of minutes. The guard parried, dodged, and blocked all of the attacks I threw at him. Then, something blue flew in front of his face. He swiped at it but it flew away before he could get even slightly close to hitting it. After a couple seconds, I saw that it was Happy. I smiled at the cat and slashed at the guard's side while he was distracted. I landed the hit and knocked his sword out of his hand and pointed my katanas at him. He got an scared look on his face and he ran off to the forest. I barely had a second to recover before I was charged by another guard, this time dual wielding knives. She slashed at me and I dodged to the left. I willed my sunflowers to move. Within seconds the lady was trapped and unarmed. I willed the sunflowers to squeeze her until I heard a small crack from her arm. I released her and turned to the next enemy. I could see flashes of fire and purple colored lights and tendrils of water snaking through the air. Another guard charged me. This definitely wasn't going to be easy. We where fighting for what must've been hours. I got hit multiple times. Twice on the arm, a cut on the cheek, and a gash on the other side. After a while all the guards had been disarmed or wounded and had run into the woods except for a few who had passed out. "Hmph. You've taken out the guards. So what? Now its my turn." Braeden said. He floated up into the air with a sandy colored aura surrounding him. He shot his hand out and a tendril of dark blue water came shooting out straight toward Lily.

Jax put his own hand up and his own beam of water went forward. The beams connected and fought. Jax's was losing. When Jax's was almost overtaken by Braeden's dark water, Lily shot forward and blasted a beam of bright fire forward, connecting it with Jax's water. The water bubbled and steam rose up. It started raising against the darker beam. But it only made it half way. Jax was obviously tiring. He wouldn't last much longer. I had to help. I went forward and grew a vine out of my hand, directing it into the boiling water. It sucked up the water and combined with Lily's fire, making some sort of hell plant with Jax's water running through it and making it stronger. It started pushing against Braeden's beam of dark blue water. His sandy aura was dying and a small amount of fear was apparent on his face. The plant had almost fully overtaken the water. Jax wouldn't last much longer but we couldn't get the remaining water to budge. I poured more magic energy into the plant. It wouldn't move. I looked over my shoulder. Trevor was standing there. He wasn't moving. "Trevor! Help us!" I yelled. He flinched. "R-right!" He said. I turned back around and refocused myself on the plant.

"сильнее!" A purple beam of light joined the plant, giving it a purple glow. Braeden was definitely scared now. "How did you learn that spell?! That's the strongest strengthening spell in the world! Only three people know how to do that!"

Trevor didn't respond. The rest of the water was sucked up by the plant which wilted as soon as the water was gone. We withdrew our magic and Jax looked paler than pale. Braeden's aura faded and he fell to the ground. He stood up quickly. Or as quickly as he could while wearing his armour.

"подъем" Trevor shot a beam of purple magic at Braeden who rose off the ground, surrounded by it. "фиолетовый свет мяч." A ball of the same purple light shot forward and hit Braeden straight in the stomach, sending him flying. I smirked. "Have a safe trip!" I yelled then laughed. We turned to Trevor. "That was truly epic." Lily said. Jax then collapsed. Lily hurried over to him. "Jax!"
