Water Dragon with light blue scales and emerald green wing tips and tail tip. Has the ability to turn into a solid form of water, and can breathe underwater. Can be free of pain if in water form. Banished from the Water Dragon Kingdom after helping a friend, she is roaming water and land as an outlaw. Has dark blue eyes.

Fun Facts:
Tide's outlaw background came from another role play, and I decided to keep it. She was also strange because of her emerald colored wing and tail tips, but I often forget that part.
