Jett is six foot four, has shaggy brown hair, and dark hazel eyes. He slouches when he stands and Mikayla probably yells at him to stand up straight because she knows it annoys him. (That's it. That's their relationship in a nutshell). Jett also has a scar that runs across his chest. He won't tell you what that's from, though, so I wouldn't ask if you ever saw.

⤷Analytical and argumentative: cold and unwelcoming to those he is not close to (except for children to be honest. He has a soft spot for them and make an exception there. He should probably be a teacher someday or something). He has gone through quite a bit back in his life, so he has become desensitized to a lot of different that others might find disturbing. He's also one to call you out on your shit so don't test him.

☆ Science
    — Not only did Jett make perfect scores on practically every math/science related exam, he also won a few awards for being so gifted in them at his old school. Because of this, Pembrooke Academy asked if he wanted to TA for a little while. Jett accepted this because he wasn't quite sure what he wanted to do after high school yet; he knew he wanted to do something with the sciences, but he wasn't quite sure what. A gap year was going to be perfect for him to figure that out and, who knows, maybe he'll decide he likes teaching.

☆ Leadership
     — The action of leading a group of people or an organization: he is actually quite good at talking in front of a crowd, and somehow people want to listen to him. He doesn't quite understand it, but he'll take it.

☆ Night Terrors and Insomnia
     — He has night terrors every night. He's learned to muffle his screams, though, so he isn't always extremely loud. But these night terrors cause him to get little to no sleep, as well as induce a panic attack. On the other hand, he has insomnia. On the off chance that he actually does get sleep, however, the night terrors like to creep their way in. This is also probably one of the reasons why he will respond to students emails when they write him at 1 in the morning. Get this poor guy some sleep.

     — He's a "leave-no-man-behind" kinda guy. His "adoptive" sister, mikayla, he is especially protective of. If any boy comes near her he'd probably bite their heads off, to be completely honest.

Un-diagnosed insomnia and night terrors; compromised immune system

Jett used to be innocent, but his views of the world/society as a whole rapidly changed when several bad things happened in his life. To start off this whirlwind of emotions, Jett was cheated on. He was dating a girl named Isabella (who just happened to be one of the minion friends of the devil's incarnate: Penelope Pratt). Jett and Isabella never moved past kissing, so Isabella became pretty upset about that. He found out later on that Penelope Pratt had convinced Isabella to cheat on Jett, and was the one to send him an anonymous note to 'check the janitor's closet' where he found Isabella and some rando going at it. Next, we have the time Jett was questioning his sexuality. Awsten Cyrus, one of the guy's on the football team at his school in California, decided to take it upon himself to help Jett figure that out. Sadly, he was only using him for quick flings. When Jett asked him if they maybe wanted to be a real couple, Awsten got all homophobic and told him to piss off. Later on that year, he found out that Penelope Pratt and Awsten Cyrus started dating. Last but certainly not least, Jett's mother getting pregnant. This should have been exciting news, but he was worried. His mother was already rather weak trying to carry this baby to term. His mother ended up having the baby seven months into her pregnancy, which caused issues for the child as she was extremely pre-mature.  Not to mention the fact Jett's mother didn't make it when giving birth. Lake, Jett's baby sister, had lots of trouble breathing. Since his dad had to continue working to make ends meat (on the weekends since he wanted Jett to get a good education), Jett watched Lake while he was gone. But one weekend Lake just stopped breathing. There was nothing Jett nor his father could have done about it. It hurt like hell, and he felt somewhat responsible for it since he was watching Lake while his father went out to buy groceries. His father made it abundantly clear that it wasn't Jett's fault, but he still carried that guilt with him. He was only fourteen when this happened, and this is when his insomnia and night terrors started occurring.  Two years later, a family friend's daughter (Mikayla) needed a place to stay. Bradan (Jett's dad) agreed to take her in and treat her as if she was his own (which wasn't hard at all). So he has grown super close to Mikayla, and he would do absolutely anything to keep her out of harms way. Fast forward to his senior year, Jett graduated with honors and quite a few college credits, but he was unsure of what to do next. That is when Headmaster Waldorff reached out to him and asked if he wanted to try and TA at Pembrooke Academy. Of course, Jett accepted, but only under the condition that Mikayla was able to come too. And so, the two moved from LA to Salem to further their education in different ways.
