Personality: Back on the Ark, she looked and acted just like your typical teenage drama queen; she didn't take no for an answer and stirred up trouble wherever she could. She had a small group of friends that could have been referred to as the "popular" crowd, a nasty group of girls. (These girls were left behind on the Ark as Penelope was the only one to commit a crime).

On the ground, she decided that she should turn over a new leaf as having enemies in a lawless world is less than ideal. Penelope now comes off as shy, or even rude, to the new people she meets. Though for people that knew her, she seems like a helpless spoiled rotten girl

Crime: Theft

Reason: Penelope was just bored. She is seen on the ark as a "princess" and someone who would never ever do anything to get their hands dirty. Everything in her life was pretty much handed to her on a silver plate. (Or, as much as it could be on the Ark). So, yeah, she stole some jewlery from other women of the ark as a dare. (One thing she hates the most is being told she can't do something). Then, she got addicted to it, learned how to pick locks with ease, and broke in and stole whatever she fancied. She was caught by a guard at night, forced to give everything back she stole, and locked away.

Thoughts on the Ark: Being on the ark, she only loves feeling secure and being treated like an actual princess. When that was taken away from her, she grew to hate the ark and their stupid rules. It isn't any fun.

Thoughts on the Grounders: Super scary.

Thoughts on the 100: She just hopes that not all of the people in the 100 are her enemies.

Backstory: Cared for and protected at all costs by her mother and father, Penelope has not known a life of anything besides luxury. She is your typical mean girl that thrives on watching others fall. She loves to appear in control at all times, so when she is dared to steal (read above) she does so. Since she doesn't get caught, she does it again and again until she is caught.

Other: She seems pretty helpless, and once she is on the ground people she made angry on the Ark try to take advantage of her repeatedly.
