Gabrielle POV

"This is Katrina, she will be joining your group. She was transferred from an overseas branch," the headmaster spoke. Katrina was from an American branch and had grey eyes, light brown hair and fair skin.

"Anyway, I have your next mission. Your job is to catch a group of assassins who are trying to assassinate this rich family's daughter. It's an overseas job so you'll be leaving tomorrow night. These are the details," he handed out the case file to Daniel. We saluted to him and went on our way.

Katrina followed us to our dorm and we showed her the bed she would be sleeping in. It was an extra bed placed next to the few double decker beds. "So... Your names and a short intro about yourself?" Katrina asked in an oddly high pitched and preppy voice after she had finished packing and stuff.

D: Hi I'm Daniel. I am the squad's leader. I like pretty girls like you... *insert fake vomit noises*

JS: Nice to meet you, I'm Jae Song. Mira is my younger sister. I like no, love, Sehun from EXO , a kpop group.

M: ...Mira... I like anime... *awkward silence*

Next.

C: I'm Cerise. I'm Gabrielle's older sister. I'm like the mother of this immature group, so if you are feeling a bit lost, you can look for me. I like anime too! By the way, if they do anything weird to you, please inform me. I'll snap all the bones in their bodies. *creepy smile while cracking knuckles*

Me: Pft..Hahahaha!! Walao, you all say your speech like you win some award leh! Hahahaha... Oh... My turn oredy ah? Hi, I'm Gabrielle. My favourite food is cheese, my favourite activity is eating cheese, my favourite word is cheese, my idol is the person who created cheese and-

G: Cut Cut Cut!! You talk until want to sleep already! My turn, finally! Hi I'm Gwen. I like to read doujinshis. Which are manga fanfics if you didnt know.

K: And hi, I'm Katrina and my nickname is Hurricane if you don't know. And I love 5sos... 5sos is my life!!! *sparkly eyes* And I think I'm gonna like it here.

Okay....

After that, we were sitting down discussing our plan and Jae Song asked Mira, "How do we catch assassins? What are assassins' weak points? What time to assassins strike?" Mira replied, "I don't know. When I was an assassin, I was just told to follow instructions and not question or be punished. But when I was captured, they came from behind me and hit my head with something and knocked me out. It's something like a silent stalker stalking a silent stalker. If you want, I can call Natasha, she will have more information."

..... "Some one translate that to English please... " I said blankly. Mira really speaks in riddles. Jae Song immediately answered (to Mira), "Yes yes! Call her! I want to see how she's doing!" *sigh* I was Suhoed. (That is a phrase that means ignored because Suho is ignored a lot 😁)

Mira took out her phone and called Natasha (because now there is this awesome thing called contact list so you don't have to punch in numbers anymore). "Hello?" Mira said questioningly into the phone.

The person at the other end of the line screamed (well, it should be louder than a scream because what we heard was a scream), "OMG! It's my dearest younger sister calling! I'm so excited!! Am I supposed to be acting like that? I think I'm overreacting but who cares? My sister finally called!!!! Oh my gosh, I need to record this call! Where's my pap-" *beep*

Before she could finish her sentence, Mira, who was now holding the phone really far from her ear, pressed the "end call" button. "Okay, bad idea," she said.

"Well, if you guys had paid attention in class, you would have remembered that as a part of an Elite Squad, we have access to the system for research." Cerise replied as she flipped through the mission file.

Mira and I stared blankly at her with the "since-when?" expression on our faces. Cerise explained, "Well, now you know." She took out her laptop and logged into her account.

She typed in some stuff and turned the laptop around to face us. "Tada~!" She exclaimed excitedly. The screen was full of information about assassins. *insert sparkles around the legendary laptop*
"Oooooh...."

"Now then." Cerise turned the laptop (Pineapple😂) back towards herself and typed in some other stuff. "Case, " *looks towards the file* "8..2..0..4, 2016, Group Passcode: ....."She motioned Jae Song over and Jae immediately and quickly typed it in when she made sure no one except Cerise was looking.

"Okay, the assasin we are supposed to track down is male. He has been hired by an man. The only thing we know about the assassin other than his gender is his codename- SpongeBob. So this guy plans to strike at the end of the week. We are leaving tomorrow night. Get ready by afternoon. We have airport duty." Hearing this, everyone, including me, groaned.

Knowing that we would have a Long day tomorrow (actually, everyday is a long day but tomorrow feels exceptionally packed with schedules), we fall asleep...

"Cerise! Mira!" I shouted as they both stood there unknowingly.
Two assassins were standing behind them. Bang! Then "Aaah!" Then silence. Both lifeless bodies fell down slowly to the ground. I turned to Jae Song, her eyes filled with tears. She ran up to the pool of blood surrounding the two bodies. She shook them and shouted both their names but received no reply but the echoes of her shouts.

As for me, I just stood there, rooted to the ground. I couldn't move. My body wouldn't allow me to. What's happening? Why is this happening to me? Why? Why?

Shit... I sat up on my bed, wondering about the bloody dream that I had just had. My body was soaked in sweat and I was panting like I had just ran a marathon. I clutched my forehead, and sighed.

I got off my bed and walked to the water dispenser in our dorm. I turned around took a sip of water, before being able to swallow the water, puuuuush...splash! "What the f***!" These three sounds were heard.

These three sounds were enough to wake up those in our dorm. Wondering what was in front of me? Mira. Now, she was soaked in water. And it's winter. And it's cold water that she was soaked in. She walked back to her bed, saying, "Is it normal to get splashed with water when you are just checking to see who made that noise of water running?"

"Mira! If you sleep in those clothes, you're gonna get a fever," I, being the really nice girl, reminded her. She just suhoed me and walked away. (Read earlier chapters to find out what suhoed means )

"I think you mean that she going to catch a cold. Not fever." Someone shouted from one of the top bunks. I looked up and saw Jae Song sitting cross legged there. "Anyway, Mira, it's for your own good. If you still refuse, I shall have to do that."

Mira, who was scowling, walked to her cupboard and pulled out another set of pyjamas. She walked to the toilet and changed in there. I think.

Mira POV
Why? Why does she always have to mention that? Why does she always use that when she's threatening me? *sigh*

I walked out of the toilet and climbed onto my bed. I lay there, with my hands behind my head (like in the animes), and stared into the ceiling.

The next morning~

I yawned as someone shook me vigorously. I turned around and saw Jae Song standing there with her arms folded. She was standing on a ladder so one push was all it took to make her fall.

Should I push her? Neh, I'm too lazy. I turned around and continued sleeping.

The next thing I heard was the damn loud ringing of the alarm clock. I got up and frowned at the clock. Should I turn it off? But it's too far away. But then again, it's really annoying. But I'm just too lazy. I'll just ignore it. I, once again, turned around and continued sleeping.

Shortly after, I felt an intense pain in my head. I looked up and saw Jae Song with a pillow in her hand. No wonder in some of the animes the characters get bruises from pillow fights. Who knew having a pillow thrown at you could actually hurt so much?

"What?!" I shouted at her. Jae Song replied saying that I was 30 minutes late and that I should hurry up and get out of bed. I informed her that we didn't need to attend classes because we need to prepare for our trip. I returned to sleep.

The next thing I knew, I was flung onto the floor. "I've helped you a lot! Now you don't have to take the trouble to get out of your bed. Won't it be too troublesome to get up onto your bed again? Now hurry up and go to the toilet or that will happen to you," Jae Song threatened.

Aish...Not again. I got up from the floor and scurried off to the toilet. I looked over my back which was now full of bruises due to Jae Song flinging me off the bed almost everyday. (Everyone says that the younger sibling is the scarier but it's vice versa in our case.)

I soon walked out of the toilet and out of the dorm. I walked to my classroom which was right at the end of the corridor. The corridor was filled with students of different levels.

First period was Maths so the classes were split according to age, not proficiency level. I stepped into the classroom and walked to my seat which was next to Gabrielle's.

"Class is gonna start soon. Why didn't you come earlier?" Gabrielle questioned me. "It's not compulsory to come today. I only came because Jae Song forced me to. I wanted to spend some time sleeping," I answered.

Gabrielle sighed as she looked away to the window. I put my textbooks and the corner of my table and whispered into Gabrielle's ear, "Wake me up when the teacher comes in." She nodded and looked away again.

I rested my head in my hands but could not fall asleep.

I felt someone nudging me. I looked up with tired eyes. Gabrielle was there trying to wake me up. She told me that the teacher had entered the classroom already. "I wasn't asleep, you know," I informed her.

Jae Song POV
We walked out of our classrooms at the end of the Maths period. Coming out of the classroom at the end of the corridor were two figures, both wearing the school uniform- a white blouse with a beige blazer and a reddish skirt, not forgetting the tie.

  Gabrielle called out, "Hi guys!" I greeted her with a smile. Mira just stood there with a sulk on her face. I walked over to her and asked, "What happened? Why such a long face?" "Someone woke me up this morning and I had a lack of sleep as I suffer from this thing called insomnia."

  I blushed, not wanting to question her further. 

<Timeskip- At night>

  We stood at the top of the grand building, near the helicopter landing thing or whatever it's called, each with a haversack slung over a shoulder or two. We waited for the private jet to come to take us to the place we were ordered to go to-

Japan.

~A/N~
By the way, the thing about the younger sibling being scarier is kind of true because I'm the older sibling and my brother is damn scary. I think it's because they are more pampered so they expect more stuff so they become like that. But  not generalising younger siblings. 😁

And, I was really tempted to put Urk as the country they were going to but I decided not to. For those who have not watched Descendants of the Sun yet, watch it. It's nice.

Another thing, this chap is long which is why I have not updated in a Long Long Long time.
