The human stared in awe at the sight around them. All around, the walls and ceiling were covered with a glowing moss, looking like the entire room was covered in stars. As the human looked around, they bumped into a sort of stand. Turning around, they noticed Sans sitting behind it, staring at them.

“Hey, buddy! I noticed you left and I got worried you might have gotten hurt. Looks like I got worried over nothing, heh.”

The human chuckled, a bit nervous after their encounter with the other skeleton. They noticed another one of those weird glowing stars and reached out to touch it.

The sound of rushing water inspires you to persevere.

The voice from the last time they touched a star appeared in their head, and it sounded oddly...comforting. Their mind flashed to that other human they had seen in the reflection of the window at Grillby’s. Was that voice theirs?

The human kept walking, and eventually encountered a small little river. Next to the river were a couple weird plants. Curious, the human picked one up and set it in the water. It floated to the other side and stopped at the edge, taking root in the water and blooming. The human set the other one in the water, and it did the same, lining up with the previous plant to make a bridge. 

Now I don't have to get wet!

The human walked over the plants, which were surprisingly sturdy, and continued on. They encountered several more of those plants, and even had to solve a puzzle with some. Now they were sitting next to a pool of water, admiring the beauty of everything around them. They looked over at the pool of water and noticed that other human floating in its reflection.

The human leaned over the pool of water, and looked at the other human. 

The other human was looking around at their surroundings, seeming bored, as if they’d seen this place several times before. Eventually, they turned to look and see what the human was doing, and noticed that they were staring at the water. They floated over, eventually realizing that the human was watching them through the reflection of the water, and seemed curious. 

The other human pointed at themself, seeing if they were correct in their assumption that they were watching them, and when the human nodded, the other human seemed...excited! Someone could see them! They did a little dance and looked at them, talking. 

Of course, the human couldn’t hear them, only see them. And even then, it was under the condition of using a reflective surface. 

“Uh...I can’t hear you. Sorry.”

The other human looked sad, but it didn’t last long. Instead, the other human looked around and pointed in a direction, looking worried. When the human turned to see where they were pointing, they realised why they looked worried. 

There, in the distance, was Undyne, clad in armor. And she was coming right for them.
