I sprinted through the sewers. I had promised I would be back by school ended! It's not my fault mikey is awesome! Besides Raph, his brothers actually seemed to like me. I climbed up the man hole, squinting at the daylight.

People walked up and down the sidewalk, I hurried up that fire escape as fast as my paws or feet or whatever could take me. Now that I think about it, did I have paws or feet? Depends on how you look at it I guess. I slipped through the window, breathless.

"Where have you been all day?" Tiana turned on her light. Oh no. She had my kindle.

"Tiana I don't like it when you touch my kindle!" I wined and crossed my arms.

"I was just looking at your pictures... you've been acting weird since you mutated, your either up in the sky or down a million feet under ground. I thought your kindle might hold a clue... I'm sorry I looked but..." her voice became somewhat cracked. I realized at that moment she was worried. Worried about the "what ifs". What if I was seen. What if I was taken in for experiments or something.

"I'm fine ti. Now if you want to rant, rant." I sat down and braced myself. She did nothing, but show me the current picture she was looking at. A picture of mikey and me.
