"No Way! This Belongs To The Black Mask!"

Inside a jewelry store, where both sides of the walls had been broken down and left a large open hole, two different smaller groups could be seen inside of said store; one squad that wore black-and-white coats with wool masks with white spots, they were the Penguin's goons, and the other squad that wore black suits and hard plastic masks, they were the Black Mask's goons. These two opposing factions were currently in the middle of having an argument with each other, yelling and demanding the other to leave, and soon, the hostility they had for one another became so intense that it nearly resulted in them aiming their guns at one another with the intention to kill.

"Good morning gentlemen."

However, before any bullets could be sent flying, all the henchmen turned their heads and looked at the person who had simply walked through the door and entered the building with a calm and casual expression, as if not bothered by the large group of criminals with guns; this person was none other than Roman Torchwick and themselves.

"I hope you don't mind the interruption, but as you can see, we also want to rob this place and make some quick cash, so if you please move out the way and let us take everything, we'll be able to leave fast enough for you both to kill each other, sound fair?"

As soon as Roman mentioned that he wanted to rob the place, all the thugs that were aiming their guns at one another were now aiming their guns at him, which caused Neo to glare and about to raise her umbrella, but was quickly stopped by her partner.

"Hell nah man, all this stuff belongs to the Boss, so you and your bitch better leave, unless you both want a bullet in the head?"

One of the goons threatened to shoot them dead if they didn't leave, which he clearly wasn't lying about and was ready to pull the trigger; though, despite that, Torchwick didn't look phased or impressed, taking a big puff of his cigar before leaning back and looking at everyone with a mocking expression.

"Then do it~"

The arrogance of Roman pissed off the threatening henchmen, and quickly he shot his gun at the smirking man, who quickly lifted up a hand and caught the bullet, which shocked all the thugs in the room.

"... OK, catching that was pure luck, but hopefully you goons know what you're dealing with?~"

Roman couldn't help but be surprised that he actually caught the bullet, but all it did was just increase his own ego, and he looked at everyone with a bigger smirk, which only angered them more.

"KILL HIM!"

The thugs tried their luck again to kill him and started shooting at the bowler hat guy; it didn't really end up well for them, as he decided to take this situation a little bit more seriously, dashing toward the group, letting the bullets bounce off his body when they shot at him, and once he got close enough to them, he quickly started to take down the entire gang members one by one, with zero effort or difficulty. One swing of his Melodic Cudgel or a single punch of his gloved fist was enough to knock them down to the ground or send them flying into a wall; the fight was already over as soon as it began, turning a whole squad of armed men into nothing more than a group of nearly broken people.

"Luckily for you guys, I'm not as bloodthirsty as Neo, so I won't kill any of you, but be sure to stay out of the way for the real top dog here."

Roman, who had stretched and rubbed his body after the fight, gave the goons a single warning to not be problems for him, before walking away from them and starting to bag up all the jewels in the store. Neo just silently giggled at them, sticking her tongue out at the fallen men before painfully walking over their bodies to join with her Dum Dum.

"Hey Neo, I think this ring would look good on you."

"...?~"

"N-No I'm not proposing to you!"

"...~"

"Shut up and start looting the place..."

As Roman and Neo continued to rob the store together and teased each other, all the beaten down goons couldn't help but lift their heads off the ground and look at them; the rage and frustration that they once had for them, was now replaced with a different expression - they all looked at one another, as if all sharing the same thoughts and were deeply thinking about something, something that might change their lives forever

"I think this will do for now Neo, let's get out of here before the cops show up."

Both Roman and Neo carried large bags of stolen goods and were about to make their great escape before anyone could catch them in the act.

"W-Wait Sir, What's Your Name?!"

But before the two master criminals could leave, they both stopped in their tracks and looked to see all the thugs slowly getting back to their feet, one of them even asking for their names.

"It's Roman, and this little ice cream girl is Neo."

Roman shrugged and decided to give them their names, not really seeing the harm in it; he even thought it would be a great way to start spreading their origin and infamy to the city, but those dreams were for the future, as he and Neo were still settling into this new world and planning out exactly what they wanted to do specifically.

"Please Take Us And Be Our New Boss!"

But before Roman could continue thinking about the future, his thoughts were suddenly interrupted by the thugs wanting to be his new henchmen and be their new boss, which honestly surprised both him and Neo; clearly, neither of them was expecting to hear such a thing from them, but upon closer inspection and seeing how serious they looked, both him and her couldn't help but suddenly look at each other and the thugs with a small but very mischievous smile on their faces, as if they had something in mind for everyone, no doubt mostly involving some trouble-making.

"Oh?~..."

I think it's fitting for these two to become some kind of Mafia Boss, not only are they somewhat experienced with dealing with crime and controlling some goons, but unlike Black Mask and Penguin, they actually have the power to fight back when needed, not just money and respect, OH, BTW this takes place somewhat before Arkham Origin, so during this time Batman doesn't exist just yet, like he has done a few things here and there, but no one knows who he is.

(Sooooooooo, what kind of relationship should Roman and Neo have with Black Mask and Penguin? Should they be business partners or enemies? Keep in mind that if you pick enemies, then Neo will hunt them down and kill them, since they will be a threat to Roman, BUT, if you pick business partners, then a lot of benefits will come from it)

/Roman And Neo Abilities\

[Roman]

Melodic Cudgel: A special cane that could be used as a blunt object to hit people with or become a gun with enough power to blow up cars.

Fighting Style: He is no noob and definitely knows how to fight, but compared to most, he isn't exactly a master martial artist, however thanks to not having semblance, most of his Aura is being used and focused to increase his physical abilities, technically being stronger than Neo.

Mastermind: Out of the two, Roman is than smarter one, not to say Neo is dumb, but he is the man with the plans and knows what needs to be done.

[Neo]

Hush: An umbrella that can act like a shield and block a lot of bullets and attacks, it also has a hidden sword inside.

Fighting Style: While Roman might have strength, Neo has everything else, like speed, martial art, and even style, she can used others strength against them, evidence with dealing with Yang so effortlessly, however, unless you really pissed her off, she won't fight anyone would could probably best her, would rather run away than risk of getting injured.

Semblance: Her ability is called 'Overactive Imagination', can use to change her appearance, create an illusion, make herself and others invisible, use it as a form of escaping and even can make clones of herself and others to fight, abilities and all.

Aura Durability: I want to give credit to Aura and how strong it really is, they're basically nearly Indestructible when you think about it, like watch rwby and see what kind of punishment they deal with in a daily basis, of course to say they're 100% Invincible is silly, even though this world doesn't have weapons powered by Dust or can transform, I'm sure either a very large army or people with powerful weapons, like a bazooka or anti tank rifle, can break their Aura, but casual low level goons and a unprepared Batman wouldn't be able to do a lot of damage, basically fighting someone Superman at this point, in terms of durability that is.

Physical Abilities: I think you could argue that Roman is stronger and Neo is faster, but they're around the same when it comes to speed and strength, they are somewhat superhuman, could probably crush a human skull with a single hand, they could probably rival the strength of Bane maybe, since they fought characters and Grimm just as strong as him, though anyone above that would be a bit much.
