*five months later*

Cas POV 1st pov

I walk outside and join the others who were in a circle on the pale grass . I have now joined the daily meditation group working on my aura and peace within myself. It really helped my feelings of anger and depression , which many people suffer from when in prison.

I lay my orange mat down on the ground and get in a so called criss-cross position . I feel a hand on my knee , and look to the beautiful man next to me.

"Hey handsome ", he whispers.

"Hi", I smile at him.

Blaine winks at me and I blush a little , focusing on the instructors words.

I look up when I hear a familiar voice talking it up with his little group.

I think Dean felt my eyes on him because he looked back at me by quickly looked away .

It's been like this for months now. Ever since he found out Blaine and I were engaged to get married before he has completely cut me out of his group and life , which meant I was now groupless since my old group wouldn't take me back either.

I was with the misfits as to say , but Blaine was right there with me. He has been so supportive and amazing it's almost unreal that he was actually here with me .

It was nice that Blaine was here with me , but I seriously missed the pair of emerald green eyes who used to stare into mine so intensely .

I couldn't help but think about what happens after this chapter of my life, I'm supposed to be released in a month. Blaine still has two years left unless he gets early release , looking at his good behavior it looks like he might.

But I don't know, I hate to admit that something is missing with Blaine , something that I don't really remember feeling when we're together before . I tried to ignore the "us " conversation with him . We don't know where we both stand with each other , but we agreed for now we don't own each other . We both remembered that we are still in prison which is a huge barrier to our relationship itself.

Although it doesn't stop us from blowing each other in the cell at night.

I get up when the group is dismissed , and walk beside Blaine to put our mats away when all of sudden I hear a fight coming from behind me .

To my surprise it was Dean and Benny.

I drop my map and without thinking I hurry over there and cut through the inmates to get to Dean.

"Don't you ever fucking say that again", growled Dean.

Benny when in for the punch when I jumped in front of dean and pushed Benny to the ground and said ," STOP".

I felt everything go dark when my whole body went into shock, my whole body hit the ground .

I hear Dean scream my name before it all went black.

Cas and Dean POV 3rd person

Cas wakes up later in his cell to find himself on the bed surrounded by two of his favorite guys.

"What happened ", he asked holding his head.

"You had a pretty hard fall", Dean said moving his hand to caress Cas's head.

Cas can see Blaine frown when he leaned into his touch.

"Are you okay Castiel?" asked Blaine.

"I think", he said unsure.

"You scared me cas ", whispered dean faintly . "I don't know what I would've done if you would've gotten more hurt".

Dean admits this to cas and himself. In all truth he has found himself falling for cas everyday , even though they weren't talking anymore.

"Did a guard shock me ? ", asked cas, his eyes softening at dean's last statement .

"No benny did. I have no idea where he had gotten a taser from but it was set on the highest amount of voltage it can be, enough to knock out people three times your size ", chucked Dean .

Castiel feels someone stroking his leg which reminded him of Blaine's presence in the room also.

He sits up quickly only to groan in pain.

"Easy tiger ", says dean . "Here".

Dean pulls out the ibuprofen the nurse left for Castiel .

"What happened to Benny ?", asked Castiel .

"He was thrown in isolation and he also might have extended his sentence ", said Blaine . "It was very idiotic of you for jumping into a fight cas , especially when you know you are getting out soon".

His words were like ice , Castiel knew he was pissed.

"I'd watch your mouth if I were you ", said dean .

"Or what dean ? Don't you see it cas he is fucking trouble ! ", claimed Blaine , running his hand through his black curly hair.

"It's not Dean's fault I jumped in the fight Blaine ", said cas lowly.

"Why were you even fighting Benny anyway dean ?" Asked cas confused .

"Because he disrespected you", mumbled dean.

"That's bullshit Castiel ! ", yelled Blaine .

"Blaine if you are gonna keep screaming please just leave , my head already fucking hurts and I can't deal with you trying to be my dad right now. I am adult !", snapped Castiel .

Without a word he stormed off from the room .

"Cas I'm so sorry", whispered dean.

"I'm fine I just need to sleep", said cas .

Dean let cas fall back asleep watching the man he has now fallen in love with. How perfect he is and how they both will always defend each other no matter what .

For dean , that is what love is. Cas just doesn't know it yet.

Shorter chapter but here's some destiel I've been craving . Literally no one writes destiel fan fics anymore they are all from 2012 😭
