I walk into the house after a long day of school and the boys ditching me after school mind you they were ignoring me all day, "Johnny! Ponyboy! I don't know what the fuck your problem is, but if it's because of what happened with me and Sodapop that has nothing to do with you two!"

Two-bit pops out smirking as he leads me into the living where there is a path made out of rose petals with the greasers standing each with a note card. Two-bit takes his place and I start walking down the row. Darry hands me the first one as he reads it to me, "when you were ten and we met."

I continue walking the next person is Dally, "The lake when I was eleven."

The next person is Ponyboy who is smiling ear to ear, "when you came home from modeling and I tackled you."

The next person is Johnny, "The mud fight we got into before I threw you into the lake the other day."

The next person is Steve, "when we kissed in the backroom after Sandy broke up with me."

The next person is Two-bit, "the drag race, even though it was the 'same' first date as every other girl this one was different, different good."

At this point there are tears of joy in my eyes. I look up the stairs to see a red carpet. Steve and Darry come running to my side as they escort me upstairs. The rose petals start up again and I walk down the aisle all the way to Soda's room. When I walk in I see Sodapop in a suit and tie standing there with a dozen roses.

When he looks up his eyes meet mine he starts to speak, "Lucy, I know you think you're just another one of my girls, but you are so much more.You're my best friend too and I've never been so happy to be able to call one of my girlfriends, my girl. Yes, I did the same thing with you as I have a million other girls, but with you it was different, it was special. I don't want to loose you not as my best friend and not on my girlfriend. I don't want anything with us to change just because of some jealous bitch who's trying to destroy us. I care about you, a lot and nothing will or can change that. Please give us another chance because, I know I'm not the only one who felt the sparks when we kissed even if there were fireworks in the background there was more sparks between us. I don't want us to be destroyed. What do you say are you willing to try again?"

Soda's P.O.V.

"What do you say are you willing to try again?" I finish my speech as I stare into her big brown gorgeous eyes.

She runs into my arms hugging me tightly, "I'm willing to try again. I'm not gonna throw everything we have away because, of one of your bitchy ex-girlfriends."

I bend down pecking her lips lightly, "do you wanna go to the beach now?"

She smirks happily, "I wouldn't have it any other way Pepsi."

I look back to see the whole gang cheering which makes me laugh. Pony and Johnny walk over to Lucy and Pony chuckles, "see we weren't ignoring you by choice, we had to."

She ruffles up their hair laughing as she smiles, "yea, yea yea, but ya'll better NEVER ignore me again. I was going insane!"

"Deal," Johnny and Pony say in unison.

I clear my throat and everybody looks over to me, "can I have some time alone with my stunning, one of a kind, perfect, amazing, girlfriend?"

The gang walks out and she walks over to me laughing, "did you really go through all this trouble just for me?"

I plop down on my bed and she plops down next to me. I turn to look at her, "I couldn't stand the thought of losing you."

She blushes as she bites her lip, "I guess I am special, I mean you let Bethany walk right out of your life after she found out and after Amber found out you didn't do anything special for her. Just me."

"Well you're not just any girl, we have a history together, a great one," I smile as I peck her lips. "I can't imagine my life without you."

She looks away smiling, "I never thought I'd have my happily ever after."

"I never thought I'd have mine either," I say honestly. "Especially with you doll."

"Why not?" She asks her curiosity getting the best of her as I look into her glowing brown eyes. They glow with happiness and joy. She has this bright, light, glow to her look that shows that she's happy. Even when she went through depression the light in her eyes and her smile -when she smiled- never went away.

I shrug, "I always though of us as best friends, nothing else."

"Look at us now," she laughs. "We're more than best friends."

"I don't think we should go to the beach though," I smirk.

She cocks her head to the side, "why not?"

"Because, I've been on that a million times and you're one in a million so I think you deserve a one in a million date," I wink.

"Awe," we hear from outside making us laugh.

"Get it Sodapop!" Two-bit yells at the same time Steve yells, "get it Lucy!"

She giggles, "they are something alright."

I chuckle, "something special. They are one of a kind just like you."

She leans in whispering, "wanna see something funny?" I nod frantically before she yells, "we can't do anything with you standing right there unless you want to hear us moaning. So beat it!"

"Ewe!" Johnny and Ponyboy yell.

"We're joking," I laugh.

"Sure you are," Two-bit jokes.

Awe they made up! How cute? So you think they're love will stay strong? Are they truly the perfect two? Are they toxic? Will they have more fall outs? What will happen in Lucypop? Stay gold. Do it for Johnny!
