I hobble into school walking over to my locker. I feel as somebody's hands go over my face, "guess who gorgeous."

"Randy!" I squeal as I turn around.

"Hey pretty girl," he pecks my lips.

"Pretty girl?" I ask. "I don't look so pretty like this."

"Are you insane?" He asks. "You're the most beautiful girl in the world even when you're completely beat up. I love you Lucy."

I smile blushing as I bite my lip, "I love you too Randy. Are you still up for our date tonight even though I look like this?"

"Of course beautiful," he says as he puts his hand on my cheek, "I wouldn't care if you were cut up, broken, bruised, stitched up, bed ridden, throwing up, 105 degree fever I would still go over to the Curtis house and spend Friday night with you in your room watching a movie. I mean we don't have to do that because, we're gonna watch it at my place, but still."

I walk down stairs wearing a light pink strapless dress with tan wedges and a ten belt around where my body curves, "do I look okay?"

All the boys look over to me and their mouths drop. Soda walks over to me, "okay? You look perfect. Randy's a lucky guy."

"You sure?" I ask insecurely. "Even with all these bumps and bruises on me?" I look away. I've never felt so insecure, so little, in my life.

Sodapop puts his thumb under my chin making me look at him, "those bumps and bruises are nothing compared to your beauty."

I smile as I look into his eyes before hugging him, "thank you Sodapop. I love you, like a brother."

"I love you too, like a sister," he smiles. "Now go show Randy what he got and remind him to hold on tight because, everybody loves you." I smile back at him before I walk outside sitting on the porch.

I wait and I wait and I wait and I wait and I wait and I wait. I glance inside at the time on the verge of tears making sure the gang doesn't see me, 7:45. He's an hour and forty-five minutes late. I put on my shoes and hop in my old beat up pink pick-up truck. I drive down to the Soc side of the town all the way until I get to Randy's. I don't even bother knocking, I just walk right in and what I see shatters my heart.

Aj and Randy are on the couch making-out as a movie plays in the back ground. He stood me up for Aj. The tears try to make their way out, but I hold them back as I yell, "how could you Randy? I thought you loved me! I thought I was your 'best girl'! I asked you time and time again if you wanted this date and this happens. Screw you!"

He stands up, "please Lucy, it's not what it looks like, I can explain. Just please let me explain."

"I think you've done enough and oh trust me, you've explained enough!" I yell as the tears start to make their way down my cheeks. "I trusted you Randy. I loved you. I would of done anything for you. I meant everything I said to you."

"I did too," he walks over to me. "I love you, Lucy! I love you with all my heart, just please let me explain. I can explain everything."

I look over to Aj who has a pleased smirk on her face, "you were my friend. How could you? Why? Why did I deserve this?" She gets up bumping my shoulder with her body as she walks out of the house not saying a word. "I should go. Goodbye Randy forever. Don't bother calling or trying to talk to me at school. I'm done with you Randy and everything we've ever had is now over! Thanks for the perfect date Randy."

"Wait!" He yells after me as I walk away. "Lucy, please I love you! I love you Lucy! You can't do this to me!"

I turn around tears running down my face at this point, "I loved you too Randy, but I can't believe a single thing you say. I'm sorry, but we're over." I turn and run away into my car as I hear him yelling for me to stay. I speed away as I cry the tears blurring my vision.

Soda's P.O.V.

Lucy walks into the house with tears streaming down her cheeks. She looks at us all before running upstairs and slamming her door closed. The whole gang looks at me before I say, "I should probably go see what's wrong."

"Uh yea," Dally says as I follow her to her room.

I knock on her door. "Go away!" She yells.

"C'mon Lucy," I urge. "It's just Sodapop."

"I said go away!" She yells once again.

"Lucy, tell me what's wrong please," I beg. "I really wanna help and I hate seeing you like this."

She walks over opening the door and gosh my heart breaks for her, she looks so broken, so hurt, so upset, "why Sodapop? Why aren't I good enough for anybody? Am I not pretty enough? Nice enough? Rich enough? Why Sodapop?"

I try to pull her in for a tight hug, but she backs away, "Lucy?"

"Just please go," she cries.

"Lucy, what happened?" I ask.

"He stood me up!" She sobs. "Then I went to his house and caught him sucking face with my friend Aj."

I gasp as I walk over to her, "Lucy, it's gonna be okay."

She shakes her head, "no, it's not. How can you say that it's gonna be okay when I know it's not? Can you just go?"

"I'm so sorry," I shake my head as I walk down stairs. I look at the gang, "ready to kill Randy tomorrow?"

"Oh shit!" Steve mumbles.

"You're right, oh shit," I say. "He stood her up and cheated on her. He broke her heart and now we're gonna take care of him."

Darry walks over to me, "we all love Lucy, but we can't just go and rumble with every guy who breaks her heart."

"Why not?" Dally asks.

"This has happened before," Darry reminds us. "She's never been cheated on before, but she's had her heart broken before. She'll be okay. I promise."

The gang and I look around before we give in at different times, but I still want to kill Randy for breaking her heart.

Awe poor Lucy! Heartbroken and cheated on by one of her friends. They gang is ready to kill Randy though lol. I think her deserved it though. Will Lucy stay heartbroken? Will everything change? Will her and Randy get back together? What happens with Aj? How long will she be upset? Why did he say yes yes yes then ditch her? Did he want her to catch him? Why was it with Aj? What happens with Lucypop after there? Will Soda cheat on Sandy? Stay gold. Do it for Johnny!
