Today you had been in a little bit of pain but you didn't think much of it, that is until the pain got worse and you felt a wet splash in between your legs.

"OPTIMUS, OUR BABIES ARE COMING!" You yelled.

Optimus's holoform ran to the kitchen where you were and he picked you up bridle style and rushed to his alt mode.

"Optimus, my hospital bag." You said.

Optimus ran inside your bedroom, grabbed your bag and ran back to his alt mode and started driving to the Crown City hospital.

"Ngh.....O-Optimus.....h-hurry!" You said as you felt a contraction.

"Do not worry Y/n, we will be there soon." Optimus said as he focused on the road.

Suddenly you and Optimus heard a siren so Optimus pulled over.

"Optimus, why are you speeding?" Strongarm asked over Optimus's com link.

"Y/n has gone into labor." Optimus said.

"Oh, well then you may continue." Strongarm said.

Optimus then started driving again and soon he was in Crown City.

"Optimus....I think I can feel a head coming out!" You said as you panicked.

Before you knew it Optimus made it to the hospital and a couple of nurses helped you out of Optimus's alt mode and into a wheelchair.

Optimus then parked his alt mode and ran inside the hospital.
