Jimin's POV
It's been a week since I've started to attend this this new school, and I haven't made any friends. It's like I'm too short for people to see me. They always just look over my head. It's almost like depending on your height, you live a whole different life. But I'm the only one here. Some teachers don't even know I'm a student. The only one who knows me is Taehyung. But I'd rather not be friends with a man slut. Today is also the day Taehyung and I are working on our project. Which is in approximately an hour because I'm walking to my next class at the moment. I haven't even talked to Taehyung since day one. Well, except when I threw his bag at him. However, I did see him around. He's worse than I thought. I once saw him making out with two girls in the hallway. They didn't see me of course, but I saw them. He once was in a fight with some other dude, I believe it was that Jungkook guy. They probably do that for fun, but it does not look fun to me. I wonder if he has any brothers or sisters? I wonder what his family's like? I know it's rude to ask people about personal things, but I might just do so tonight.
Taehyung's POV
It's been a week since that shorty came into my school. I've only been getting into more fights and getting into more girls pants. When he returned my stuff, he looked pretty annoyed. I checked to see what I had. There were so many notes and finished homework pages. I told myself that I'd throw it out once I got home, but I still have it now. Maybe because I really do need help? Or maybe it's because his handwriting is beautiful? I don't know. I don't want to know. I'll be going over to his house very soon to work on our project. I think I may stay for dinner this time because jumping out the window actually did hurt. I wonder how his dinners are? Probably like a normal family. Whatever. I'll just have to find out.
Jimin's POV
An hour later, I found myself waiting at the gate for Taehyung. It's been ten minutes and there's no sign of him. As I was about to leave, I see a rushing Taehyung jogging over.
"Took you long enough," I rolled my eyes before I started to walk home. He looked sweaty and smelled of perfume. It was disgusting.
"I'm thinking that we'll finish this stupid project today, which means you'll have to stay later than you want to," I said before opening the door. "Also, please take a shower before you sit on my bed. I don't want a disease."
"Um okay? But what am I supposed to change into? You're tiny," he pointed out.
"I have these huge sweat pants that will never fit me, with a large T-shirt as well," I answered.
With that, he grabbed a towel and headed to the washroom. I threw the clothes in the bathroom before getting set up to do the project. Ten minutes later, Taehyung was out of the bathroom with semi dry hair and his new clothes. He looked so different without makeup.
"Did you cut holes in my shirt!" I yelled as soon as I saw him. My pastel green T-shirt now has holes. I guess he's keeping that. He did look pretty cute though. He was wearing grey sweat pants as well. It matched pretty nicely.
"It's not like you're ever going to be able to wear these anyway!" He retorted.
"Whatever, let's get to work," I sighed, patting a spot for him to sit.
I looked up at him once more before we started our work. He was wearing glasses. Where did he get them from?
"Were you always wearing glasses?" I asked.
"Uh no! I hate glasses on me. I had to wear them because I had to take a shower and I didn't bring contacts with me. My glasses were in my bag so I wore those," he answered, seeming offended that I thought he'd wear glasses for fun.
"They don't even look that bad on you! Let's just get to work," I mumbled before starting to write.
"How close are we for finishing?" He asked like five minutes after I started writing.
"I don't know. I need to finish writing and then we'll edit," I said. "Also, my mom will be coming up soon. Just to warn you. I mean at least you don't look as bad as last time. Am I right?" I laughed before starting to write again.
"I'm offended! I looked great," he scoffed.
"Really? My mom looked terrified the first time she looked at you," I chuckled.
"Oh shush!- uh hey, Mrs. Park," he said as my mom walked in.
"Hey, Taehyung was it? Nice to see you again! You look very nice today," she said. I giggled at him. He glared at me. "Well, you two can come down for dinner now," she said before leaving the room.
"Let's go," I said, pulling him down the stairs. As we reached the main floor, I realized I was holding his hand so I quickly let go. Shit. His hand fit perfectly in mine. It's so unfair.
"So, darling. Have you made any friends?" My mother asked as we all started eating.
"Mom, do we have to talk about school right now?" I whined. "And no, I haven't made any friends."
"Fine, sweetie. But you have to make friends. I know it's hard because you're new to Seoul and you hate your accent, but you need friends, hunny," she said seriously.
"It's not my fault I'm too short for people to see!" I said pouting while crossing my arms. Taehyung laughed.
"Well maybe you should just ride on Taehyung's back to grow taller," she said sarcastically.
"Mom!" I yelled.
"Sorry, Chimchim," she laughed. "So, Taehyung. How was your day today."
Oh god. Please be nice.
"Um it was good. Thank you. How was yours, Mrs. Park?"
"It was fine. And please, call me eomma," she smiled.
"Oh-okay, eomma," he said with a sad smile. Why so sad?
"Did you at least meet any cute boys?" She asked me. Looking at me, and then at Taehyung.
"Mother!"
"Haha, I'm sorry, baby," she laughed before taking a sip of her water.
"I'm so sorry you have to witness this, Taehyung," I said glaring at my mother.
"Don't be sorry," he laughed. "I find it quite amusing. I never have this much fun with my family," he frowned. Why does he keep frowning?
"Aw, don't frown, Tae. It doesn't suit you," my mom said, giving a warm smile.
"Thank you, eomma. I'll try not to," he said, smiling back.
"Also, whats with the change in style? Do you change your style weekly or something?" She asked.
"Ha, no. I'm just wearing this because someone made me shower," he said, giving me the death stare when he said someone.
"Oh, well you look really adorable in that. It suits you as well," she replied.
"Uh thank you?" He laughed before finishing off his food.
"You guys can go back to work, I'll clean the plates tonight," she winked.
"Thanks, eomma," we said in unison before heading to my room.
"Thank you for being nice," I said, taking a seat on my bed, sighing in relief.
"No problem," he smiled. He. Smiled.?
We started working again. I tried to make casual conversation even though I could tell he didn't want to talk to me.
"Hey, um I know this is quite personal... but could I ask about your family?" I asked.
"Uh, sure I guess. I'm not that interesting though," he answered.
"Okay. Do you have any siblings?" I asked.
"No. I was a mistake... So why would they want more of me?" He laughed.
"Oh," I didn't really know what to say. I felt like comforting him. Yet another part of me was saying that he's a bad boy... remember. "Well, I bet you were the best mistake they made," I smiled. He gave a small grin back.
"Thank you, but that's definitely not true. Even you would know that," he sighed.
"Hey, don't put yourself down like that! Although I don't like you, I still want you to be happy," I admitted. "Also, I know that you changed. You weren't always a bad boy."
"H-how do you know?!" He stuttered.
"I looked through your phone. Only your camera roll though. Why did you change, Tae. I bet we could've actually been friends if you were as sweet and innocent as you were," i pouted.
"R-really?" He asked.
"Really," I smiled. "Also, stop getting all nervous. I won't tell anyone," I promised.
"Oh-thank you," he sighed.
"Why did you change, though?" I asked.
"I'd rather not talk about it," he said.
"Okay," I replied before going back to work.
It was around 10:45pm when we passed out. The work was still on my bed almost finished. We fell asleep next to each other. But somehow when I woke up I was in Taehyung's arms.
"Hmm?" He groaned in a morning husky voice.
"Did I wake you up?" I chuckled.
"Wha- what the heck? I'm so sorry," he exclaimed, unwrapping his arms from around my waist.
"It's fine, you looked comfortable," I giggled.
"Yeah, I uh usually do that with my pillow. It's the only way I can sleep. I'm sorry," he apologized once more.
"I said there's no need to be sorry. It was quite comfortable," I winked.
"Oh shoot. Our works not done," he face palmed.
"Uhhh," I groaned.
"Here, how about I take it home and finish it up," he suggested. "You've been working really hard on it anyways."
"Oh, thank you," I blushed.
"Please don't Thank me. It's weirding me out," he laughed.
"Oh okay."
"Wait. What am I supposed to wear?!"
"I have clothes."
"Yeah but not my clothes."
"Well I washed the clothes you wore yesterday."
"But I wore that yesterday!"
"You wear the same thing everyday!"
"No I don't!"
"Yes you do!"
"Whatever. Give my my clothes."
"Change fast though. My moms going to call us for breakfast. I change here, you change in my bathroom. Also, don't come in until I tell you to," I warned.
"Okay."
Taehyung's POV
It's been ten minutes and he hasn't said anything. Does he really take that long to change? I thought he probably already went down stairs. So, I went out of the bathroom. He was in a pastel pink T-shirt and short black boxers.
"AH!" He yelled. "I told you to wait!"
"Well I thought you were already done! It's not my fault you take forever!" I said, trying not to look. Yet his thighs were just so milky and beautiful. Wait, did I just call his thighs beautiful?
"Well I'm almost done!" He said, pulling up a pair of tight jeans. "All I need to do is my hair."
"Your hair looks fine. Let's just go downstairs!" I yelled.
What a rough start to a probably rougher day.
(A/N. WELL THAT WAS KINDA LONG. Almost 2000 words Ha. Hope you enjoyed:))
