With his mind and heart at war over the fact that Alexa and Io are his girlfriends at the same time, Alex needed some psychological help.

He woke up to see he was sleeping on the couch as his head was processing the events from the night before.

Alex: the hell happened last night?

He heard a voice behind him which made him jump.

Alexa: ooh, someone is jumpy this morning

Alex: I just had a crazy dream last night

Alexa giggled and cuddled up next to Alex to calm him down.

Alexa: what dream did you have that was so crazy?

Alex: you and Io attacking me with kisses, and you two's love and lust

Alexa giggled and kissed his cheek. She then burst into laughter.

Alex: what's so funny about that, babe?

Alexa: I'm sorry baby, but to tell you the truth...

Then out of nowhere Io came downstairs.

Io: it really did happen

Alex got up from the couch and comically screamed high pitched like Carlton Banks from The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.

Alexa and Io laughed at his comedic scream and discomfort.

The two girls went up to Alex and grabbed his arms before dragging him to the couch. Alexa sat on his lap while Io laid her head on his shoulder.

Alexa: Io, let's give him a good morning session

Io smirked and went on the attack on Alex's neck with her soft lips. The Goddess then targeted the Pharaoh's lips for a passionate kiss. The two girls soothed Alex with their gentle love. The two girls changed their positions with Alexa in front and Io behind, creating a harem sandwich on Alex.

Alex's mind: somebody help me!

Alexa put her hand on his chest.

Alexa: ooh, I can feel your heart beating fast

Io: it means he loves us, Alexa

Alexa: let's make love to him more

The girls got closer to the point where Alex can feel their "chest buns" pressing against his body. Before the girls could unleash their lustful desires, Alex heard his phone ring and saw a message that saved his life.

The message was that all NJPW talent are going around Europe for a tour.

Alex: well I'm going on tour

Alexa: aww, you're gonna leave us?

Alex: it's just for a couple days; I'll be home soon

Io pouted and wrapped her arms around Alex.

Io: we're missing you already

Alexa hugged Alex's arm.

Alex: I'll be home soon, okay?

Alexa: when are you gonna leave?

Alex: looks like the tour starts tomorrow

Io: aww

Alex: well today, let's just spend the day together, just the three of us; make the day most of it

Alexa and Io's faces light up and they sandwiched the Pharaoh with a tight hug. 

Alex: can't...breathe!

The two girls released their hug.

Alex: so what do you two want to do?

Io: cuddle

Alexa: and watch Netflix with you

Alex took a deep breath and gave in.

The harem trio enjoyed themselves with a Netflix marathon while the Pharaoh took care of the food. With the tour tomorrow, Alex really is in desperate help for his harem problem.

(The next day)

The triple champion was packed up and waiting for the Bucks to pick him up. Alexa and Io had cute pouts on their faces.

Alexa: we'll miss you

Alex: I'll be home in a few days

Io: promise?

Alex: yes promise; and while I'm gone don't do anything weird

Alexa: okay babe

Io: we'll behave

Then they heard a car horn.

Alex: it's Matt and Nick

He gave the two girls kisses on their lips. They watched him leave and got into the car.

Alexa: it's just us, Io

Io: wanna continue watching our movie?

Alexa: yeah sure

(With the Elite)

Matt: hold up, two girlfriends?

Alex: yeah, and my mind can't handle it; I need some psychological help

Kenny: well I have a friend who is a psychiatrist

Alex: who is he?

Kenny: Dr. Luka Gabriel

Alex: where's his office?

Kenny: all the way in Croatia

Alex: Croatia?!

Kenny: yes, but don't worry our first stop is there, so you can set an appointment

Alex: Dr. Luka can help me with my two girlfriend situation?

Kenny: he's certified, so he can help

Nick: first Alex has three championships now he has two girlfriends; you're living the life, man

Alex: and I don't like it! Well only the part with the three championships

(Fast forward 9 hours later)

The Elite had arrived at their first stop of the European tour in the nation of Croatia.

Kenny: Luka's office is at his hometown of Osijek and here is his business card

Alex: you had an appointment with him before?

Kenny: well yeah, to discuss my friendship with Riho

Alex: alright, I'll go to Osijek and I'll meet you guys at the hotel

Matt: alright man

Nick: we'll see you later

Alex took a cab going to Osijek. The ride from the airport to Croatia's fourth largest city was about three hours. The Pharaoh told the address of Luka's office to the driver. The cab parked in front of a building. Alex paid the fare and got out. The triple champion was at awe of the architecture.

He went inside and set an appointment with the psychiatrist Dr. Luka Gabriel. He waited for an hour until he heard his name.

Nurse: Mr. Alex Young Blood, the doctor will see you now

Alex: thank you

The nurse led Alex to a door reading, "Dr. Luka Gabriel, certified psychiatrist." He went in to see the office with a chair and a bed along with Luka's medical degree. Alex saw a young man about  close to his age wearing a pair of glasses.

Luka: ah you must be Alex; good to meet you I'm Dr. Luka

Alex: nice to meet you doctor

Luka: well then let's get started, so if you can lie down on the bed couch here

Alex laid down on the couch bed while Luka took a seat while he grabbed a notebook and pen.

Luka: so can you tell me about yourself?

Alex: well doctor, I'm a professional wrestler under New Japan Pro Wrestling

Luka: that's wonderful because I'm a wrestling fan, and judging by your shirt, you are a member of Bullet Club, correct?

Alex: yes doctor

Luka: I've seen you in action, and you have three championship titles

Alex: that's right, so since you're a psychiatrist, you deal with just mental disorders?

Luka: well I want to say that my expertise don't deal with just mental disorders, I also deal with complex relationship issues too

Alex: well doc, you are in for a hell of a story

Luka: well then, are you in a relationship now?

Alex: yes

Luka: and what is the problem?

Alex: I have two girlfriends

Luka's eyes widened in surprise upon hearing the word "two."

Luka: I beg your pardon, did you say you have two girlfriends?

Alex: crystal clear, doctor

Luka: and are they pro wrestlers as well?

Alex: yes they both are; here I show you a picture of what they look like

Alex took out his phone and showed Dr. Luka his two girlfriends.

Luka: wow, you got some beautiful girls there, Alex

Alex: well that's the reason why I came here

Luka: is your brain and your heart at conflict when you're around them?

Alex: well if I'm around Alexa alone, I feel fine because she is my girlfriend

Luka: okay, how about Io?

Alex: well Io was my first love before we broke up because we couldn't maintain a long distance relationship

Luka: and now she's back in your life as your other girlfriend

Alex: pretty much; in Japan, there's an anime genre called harem

Luka: when one guy is surrounded my multiple girls

Alex: that's what my life is right now

Luka: so your brain can only handle one which is Alexa, your current girlfriend; while your heart can handle both her and Io

Alex yes doctor

Luke: do you love the both of them though?

Alex: that's a yes and no question, doctor

Luka: you're stuck between a rock and a hard place huh?

Alex: doc, I love Alexa, but I also love Io as well

Luka: love is a complex emotion and that our brain and our heart always have infinite solutions to figure out. Alexa was the girl in your heart and mind before Io came back right?

Alex: right

Luka: with Io in the picture now, you have both of them etched into your heart. Tell me, did the two had any conflict with each other?

Alex: if they fought over me? No, there was never any conflict, they made an agreement that they'll take turns sharing me

Luka: sharing you?

Alex: yes doc, unlike the anime harem where they fight over the one guy, Alexa and Io agreed to share me

Luka: now on Io; since she's back in your life, how do you feel?

Alex: weird and freaked out, doc

Luka: explain please

Alex: Io is my first girlfriend before Alexa; this was before the deal between Japan and the WWE. When she teamed up with Alexa in a match I felt at odds

Luka: I see and your brain was racing

Alex: don't get me wrong doc, they're both cute and beautiful

Luka: well your heart says that you love them equally. There's no need to be afraid of having two girlfriends, what's important is that the relationship is strong and you give your affection and attention to the both of them equally. Give your undivided attention when they take turns with you

Alex nodded and understood; he felt at ease.

Alex: thanks for the advice doc

Luka: any time, may I ask how do you know about me?

Alex: my friend Kenny Omega recommended since you helped him

Luka: ah yes Kenny needed some advice on his "friendship" with Riho

The two shared a laugh and shook hands as Alex took his leave.

Luka: if you need any more help, don't hesitate to call me

Alex: thank you, Dr. Luka

The Pharaoh left the office and rode a cab to the hotel where Kenny and the Young Bucks were staying at.

(Time skip)

After a week of traveling the European continent going to places from Spain, Italy, France and the UK, the Bullet Club Elite were boarded on a plane back to the Land of the Rising Sun.

The time was 8:45 a.m. and Alex was looking forward to spend time with his two favorite people. Putting Luka's advice for him into effect, he is ready to be part of a three way relationship.

He went in the house and noticed it was quiet.

Alex: Alexa? Io?

No response from either. Alex put his bag down and looked around, but what he doesn't know is that the girls were hiding behind the kitchen counter. Alexa and Io were sneaking and tiptoeing behind the Pharaoh before they jumped him.

Alexa: you're home!

Io: we missed you!

Alexa wrapped her arms and legs around Alex while Io hugged him from behind.

Alex: I missed you too!

Io: our lips were cold and lonely

The Genius of the Sky had a cute pout on her face.

Alex: what did you two do while I was gone?

Alexa: just went out with friends, binged watch whatever is on Netflix

Io: while we thought about you

Alex: well I'm home now, but I'm still jet lagged

Alexa: oh we have a surprise for you

Alex: oh?

Io: come see!

Io and Alexa dragged him by the arms and led him to their bedroom. Alex's eyes widen as the bed was now bigger and enough for three people.

Io: now we can sleep together!

Alex: wow, that's a big bed

Alexa: come on babe, you said you're still jet lagged, so come lay down and we'll be next to you

The Pharaoh laid in the middle while Alexa and Io laid down beside him. The two girls cuddled up next to him and fell asleep. Alex smiled and kissed their foreheads before taking his rest.
