(NJPW New Year's Dash)

New Year's Dash was going live with the first segment being the 20 man battle royal to determine the next challenger for Kenny's IWGP Heavyweight title. The field has 10 wrestlers from WWE and 10 wrestlers from NJPW; among the participants were the likes of Seth Rollins, Finn Balor, AJ Styles, Kazuchika Okada, Roman Reigns, Shinsuke Nakamura, Cesaro and many others.

While the match was going, Alex was in his locker room organizing his stuff until he heard a knock on the door.

Alex: it's open

The door open and in came Alexa wearing her attire. 

Alex: well hello you cute and sexy Goddess

Alexa: hello to you too

She closed and locked the door.

Alex: why did you lock the door?

Alexa: so no one can barge in and bother us

She grabbed his hands and placed them on her biscuit butt.

Alexa: let's have a session on the couch

Alex: as you wish

He lifted and carried the Goddess to the couch, and knowing what she wanted, Alex let Alexa lay on top of him.

Alexa: now then, where shall I target? Oh, I know!

Alexa targeted Alex's lips and gave him a passionate kiss while she felt his hands on her biscuit butt. The Goddess continued down to his neck while letting her teeth and tongue out occasionally. Alex moaned and gave Alexa a relaxing booty rub while soft moans came out from the Goddess.

After 15 minutes, Alexa has finished her work on his neck leaving a tiny mark.

Alex: you always look so beautiful when you wear that

Alexa: and I make you feel good

Alex: you're unbelievable sometimes

Alexa: so who are you picking in the battle royal?

Alex: so far it's between Seth, AJ or Kazuchika

Alexa: well let's watch and find out

In the ring, the final seven in the ring were Roman, Seth, Finn, Shinsuke, AJ, Okada and Jay White. The Rainmaker eliminated White and Reigns. The final five were Finn, Seth, AJ, Shinsuke and Kazuchika.

While the Beastslayer and the Phenomenal One were fighting, Okada and Shinsuke stared down at each other as memories of their time together in the CHAOS faction as the current leader meets the founder and first leader. Shinsuke and Okada traded shots before they were met by Finn's missile dropkick.

After some time, AJ threw Seth out of the ring for an elimination. The final four men were all worthy challengers for the Cleaner. 

After nailing Okada with a Phenomenal Forearm, AJ eliminated Okada while Finn threw out Nakamura. The final two were Bullet Club's former leaders.

After minutes of trading shots back and forth between the Prince and the Phenomenal One, the match suddenly ended with both men going over and landing on the floor at the same time. Referees were debating on who won as one side said AJ won while the other said Finn won. However, the solution came in the form of the IWGP Heavyweight Champion; the Cleaner came out to address the situation.

Kenny: well I came out here and I'm disappointed on how this match ended. AJ, Finn you two impressed me enough to make this decision. I would love to challenge the both of you for my title

The crowd cheered as Kenny made the groundbreaking decision to challenge his Bullet Club predecessors. The match was approved by WWE and New Japan management and it will take place at WWE Elimination Chamber.

Alex: wow, that will be a great match

Alexa: Finn and AJ were Bullet Club's leaders in the past

Alex: the past meets the present

The next segment was Andrade calling out Tetsuya Naito following the events at Wrestle Kingdom. With his business associate by his side, Andrade wasted no time in calling out the leader of the similar faction he used to lead, Los Ingobernables. Naito answered the call and instead of talking, Naito went to trade punches with El Idolo. The former IWGP Intercontinental Champion sent Andrade packing after throwing him out of the ring.

The next segment was Alex addressing the events at Wrestle Kingdom involving Kota Ibushi and Jushin "Thunder" Liger. Before he left, Alexa gave her man a crash course on Elimination Chamber.

Alex: so there's chain link structure with 6 participants in the match

Alexa: yes and every five minutes a chamber pod opens

Alex: seems you know how these stipulations work

Alexa: well not to brag because I won the first ever women's Chamber match

Alex: so I may assume that Liger and Ibushi won't be my only challengers

Alexa: yes, so keep your eyes peeled

Alex: thanks baby, I have to go now

He kissed her lips and left the locker room.

(In the ring)

Alex: at Wrestle Kingdom after I captured the WWE Intercontinental Championship, my celebration was cut short by Kota Ibushi and Jushin "Thunder" Liger.

Alex nodded as the crowd cheered for the two men.

Alex: now then, it seems the two have a common goal and it's this

He raised his IWGP Jr. Heavyweight title. Then he heard Ibushi and Liger coming out. The three men exchanged verbal shots as a match for the title seems imminent. However, the three were interrupted by another theme.

The three turned to see the One and Only Ricochet, who is also interested in Alex's IWGP Jr. Heavyweight title. The former United States champion joined the fray and got face to face with Alex before going to have a verbal argument with Ibushi. Then another theme played.

The high flying Mustafa Ali went to stake his claim at the Pharaoh's title. Alex looked at the four men all wanting a shot at him.

Alex: very well, I welcome all challengers, I fear no one!

Then another theme played, but it sounded all too familiar for the Pharaoh.

Out came the man who Alex defeated for the title at Dominion, the Aerial Assassin Will Ospreay. He wasted no time and started trading punches with Alex while the other four went to brawl as well. 

A brawl erupted between the six men until Triple H came out to stop it.

Triple H: okay, if this is how you six want to fight; then do it inside the Elimination Chamber, and Alex it's for your IWGP Jr. Heavyweight title!

The match was now official as Alex must defend his Jr. Heavyweight title inside the demonic chain link structure.

Alex walked into the locker room after the altercation with Ospreay.

Alexa: you okay baby?

Alex: I'm fine, and now I'm nervous because I'm gonna defend my title against five others

Alexa: I know you're nervous because it's your first time in this kind of match, but trust me, you'll win this

Alex: I love you

Alexa: I love you too

The main event was a women's tag match between the dual women's tag champions Alexa and Nikki taking on Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville, however Nikki was attacked from behind by the former Goddess of Stardom champions Kyona and Konami. With her partner sidelined, Alexa might have to fight two on one.

Alex: I want to be at ringside for your match, just to support you

Alexa: aww, I would love that babe, thank you

Alex: come on, baby

As the two left for the ring, they were approached by Triple H.

Triple H: Alexa hold up, I just to let you know that we have a partner to take Nikki's spot

Alexa: oh who is she?

Triple H: you'll find out once you're in the ring

Alexa: okay thank you

The Pharaoh accompanied the Goddess to the gorilla, not knowing that Alexa's partner is someone who Alex knew.

(In the ring)

Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville were waiting for Alexa to come out.

Alexa's theme played and she made her signature entrance while wearing both titles around her waist. Alex hyped up the crowd as the Goddess made her way to the ring.

The arena went silent, Alexa and Alex were curious on who did Triple H arranged to team with the Goddess.

After 20 seconds the music stopped and it transitioned into another theme, but this time the tune sounds familiar to Alex.

The partner who Triple H arranged to team with Alexa was Alex's ex-girlfriend and first love, Io Shirai. The Genius of the Sky wore her black leather attire while coming out to her Stardom entrance music. Her entrance was a combination of her Stardom and NXT gimmicks.

Alex was at awe to see his first love after nearly two years. Alexa snapped him back into reality.

Alexa: you okay, babe?

Alex: y-yeah I'm fine

Alexa: I know this is awkward, but this is just one time

Alex: o-okay, I'll be here at ringside

Io joined Alexa and saw Alex and waved at him.

The bell rang and the two to start were Io and Sonya.

Alex was watching to see his current girlfriend teaming up with his ex-girlfriend. To the Pharaoh's surprise, Alexa and Io were working well together.

After Deville was taken out, Alexa nailed Rose with the snap DDT and then went to tag in the Genius of the Sky. Io flattened Mandy with her moonsault and then went to tag in Alexa to finish it. The Goddess went and nailed the Twisted Bliss for the pinfall victory.

The Bullet Club triple champion felt a little uneasy seeing his ex teaming with his current with no altercations.

He got in the ring and he kissed and hugged Alexa before he stared down at Io. The Pharaoh turned to Goddess who nodded, telling him it's okay.

Alex then turned back to the Genius of the Sky; he nodded and waved her over to join them in a group hug. Io smiled and joined in. Then Alex raised their arms in victory.

The three disappeared behind the curtain as New Year's Dash came to a close. With his past and present officially met, Alex has a lot of explaining to do.
