Hello fellow hetalians, and today I wanna discuss Hetalia Diary fanfictions.

There's a crap ton on wattpad, there's also some on Ao3 and fanfiction.net.

What are Hetalia diary fanfictions?

Basically here's how it starts. One of the characters finds a thick book, a note or the ancients come down and tell them "oh most of y'all are suffering and shit, like just read the book and y'all can leave." And it usually has a ship or something and a depressed nation and stuff.

I used to be in a phase where I would read a crap ton of these books. Seriously, they make up at least 1/5 of my library. Some ships you'll see are:

Usuk
Fruk
Prucan
Rochu
Gerita

I'm pretty sure, every diary entries book has some sort of Holy Rome is Germany entry in it.

Also from my personal experience, people hate England and America is usually the depressed nation. You know, completely ignoring canon information.

So all those books are basically popular headcanons from pinterest. So barely anything in those books are actually accurate.
