This is a hard one to answer truthfully if I'm honest. If I was asked this two years ago I would tell you that Wattpad is my life, and I am constantly reading books on it. But now, while Wattpad is still a huge part of my life, it's not then biggest anymore. I don't get inspiration to make new books just because I've made over 30 now. I don't read on here a lot because I have to read physical books, books for school or books in preparation to go on and do English as a degree.

I've seen Wattpad change so much in the nearly four years that I've been on this site, and seen it through the lens of so many accounts. There have been some huge developments in the app, like being able to add videos or photos to your chapters. But at the same time, I feel like some parts of it have regressed back to square one. There are so many books now all about the same thing, so many of the same cliches that are being used and used in every other book. What I've always admired about Wattpad was that sense of originality that most of the writers have, and now even that is being eroded away.

But I don't know if I'll ever leave, even when I go to university. It feels too much like home to go.
