This is quite a touchy subject for a lot of people, and one I know a lot of people feel very strongly about. For me personally, right now, I wouldn't say I follow any religion. If I were to label myself, I would probably call myself agnostic, because I think there is something up there you know.

In my opinion, everyone should be allowed to follow what they believe in and have those beliefs respected by those around them. Just because someone may not believe in the same thing as you doesn't mean you have the right to berate or attack them. We let religion divide us, rather than bring us together and help us learn.
