As the rain began pouring down in the dark empty streets the odst activities his active night vision and pulls out a M1911 with a silencer checks his surroundings noticing a group of group of Rouge of R.O.T (Red Ops Troopers) all having a USSR or Russian federation flags on their arms.

As he ducked behind a car and fired three shots, the first Man fell, and no one noticed as he pulled the body away behind the car, and he looked around seeing the other two talking in Russian, so when he sunk up on the two, their eyes widened before a knife went up one's lower jaw and into his skull, killing him the second one had his neck snapped, and both bodies hit the floor, when the "leader" noticed the 'Lone Wolf' he yelled at him in Russian and pulled out his combat knife and the two came at each other.

The fight ended faster than anyone noticed as he stabbed the leader in the heart killing him and shot him in the skull, making sure he doesn't get back up. Then the same man shot everyone in the Na*i clothes in the skull each one with a loud "crack" or having part of skull exploded and parts of brain bits, blood or skull fragments flew everywhere, the soldier didn't even look fazed at the killing, and any walkers where headless corpses laying unmoving.

When the black hawks came down the group where bagged over their heads and where loaded up into the helicopters as the mysterious man looked around noticed the duffel bag and loaded it too on the helicopter before hopping on and shutting the door of the helicopter and took off, while the newcomers or survivors were buckled to the helicopter so they couldn't escape, seeing as they were 3,000 feet off the ground....

As a bright flash lit up the sky as a massive mushroom cloud appeared in the distance, luckily the black Hawk helicopters were outside of the EMP range...

Anything caught in the Thermal Nuclear Warhead explosion where either dead or burning away as a 50,000°C or was likely dust now... either way that one lose end, taken care of...
