Start off with a pair of very thin ovals.

Add a line above them for the back and a head wherever you'd like it to be placed.

Add the one front leg and one hind leg. I shifted the head up as well.

Connect the head with a neat line below the jaw and a line behind the ear. Add a stomach.

Draw the remaining legs and a light curve where the muzzle will be.

Create the face shape.

Add a tail. Don't leg it get too high above the back at its base.

Create the outline for the paws.

Add the toes and clean up some of the lines.

Add a face :)

Clean up the drawing (which I did poorly at) and you're done :)
