××3××

You found your self being awakened by a bucket of cold salt water on your face. A surprised cry escaped your lips. Your body shot up from the couch your ever glared daggers at the laughing blonde. Astrid. It was early and you had been up most of the night talking to your friend that you allowed yourself to have.

"Rise and shine (Y/N)," Astrid smirked, "Today is your first official day here and you have a whole village to tour and tons of vikings to meet!"

You groaned, "I don't want to!"

"Quit your whining, " She grabbed your hand and pulled you out the door.

"Astrid I soaking wet!" You exclaimed.

"So you'll air dry now come on," she demands.

You didn't understand how someone could be this full of energy this early. Slowly you followed dragons and vikings ran around never had you seen so many. A smile formed on your lips the place was amazing you then remember you'd have to add it to your map.

The sun was almost completely up in the sky maybe it wasn't as early as you thought.  Astrid gave you a tour that you barely payed attention to and introduced you to villagers whos names you didn't bother to remember.

Why would you even bother you weren't going to be here long! Right? As soon as you found away to get Stardust back it was goodbye Berk. You weren't sure how long you and Astrid walked all you know was you could barely feel your feet by the time you were done.

"Are we finally done?" You asked slightly praying it was true.

"Actually theres one more place to show you and a few more people to introduce," You groaned,  "Oh come on its not that far."

You followed her to a strange weird doom thing, it had chains that made up the ceiling and random things set up around. What really caught your eye was the dragons there riders stood around them.

A guy stood in the middle he was slightly taller than you and had brown hair and sparkling green eyes. You didn't pay much attention to what he was saying only to the sound of his voice. It was the same voice who had been talking to Astrid when you first awoke.

The same voice who didn't trust you. The boy didn't notice you or Astrid yet it wasn't intill she shouted, "Welcome to Dragon Training!"

Astrid did a wave presenting the room all eyes fell on you. A sink feeling filled you, never had so many eyes been on you at once. It was obvious you didn't like attention. Your blonde friend pulled you over to the group and started to introduce.

"Thats Fishlegs, The twins Ruffnut and Tuffnut, Snoutlout, and last but not least the Chief of Berk, owner of the possibly last night fury, best dragon trainer,-"

"I get it," You cut off Astrid.

"Hiccup," She finished.

You ran over all the things she had said possibility last night fury You laughed don't count on it. One of the twins you failed to remember names started to complain about why Hiccup? you believed his name was got such a long introduction.

After a few moments of just standing there you had enough, "Can I please go back!"

Astrid looked at you, "No, class just started!"

"For you," You remind.

"And now for you," She said.

"Failed to forget Im dragonless!" You pointed.

"Im sure Hiccup will let you borrow Toothless, right Hiccup?"

"What no wa-" He stopped when he saw the death look Astrid gave him her threw his hand up, "Fine you can use Toothless."

The black dragon didn't hesitate to come to your side. You scratched its ear feeling the scales remind you of Stardust you held back tears. Hiccup started to go on about well How to train your dragon or in this case his dragon since yours was on a ship somewhere in the middle of the ocean. Atleast you think so...

You wished you could say that you had actually learned something. But of course you'd be lying.

You weren't sure how long it was until the hell also known as Dragon Training all you know is that it was longer than you liked. Astrid made her way towards you smirking. You raise a eyebrow.

"Good luck," she says.

You were confused, "What?"

She didn't answer you stood there watching as everyone left you were about to do the same but was stopped by a voice you weren't sure you could ever get tired of. "Wait um..." Hiccup ran his hand through his hair.

"(Y/N)" You grumbled.

"(Y/N) I need to question you to make sure you aren't a threat to Berk," He explained.

"Because I look so threatening," You snarled.

Toothless made what sound like a laugh you childishly stuck out you tongue. "I still have to question you."

You sighed tapping your foot crossing your arms. Hiccup stood there silently making you slightly annoyed. "Well?" You raised a eyebrow.

"Oh okay were did you come from?"

"Um nowhere I travil a lot, " You replied.

"How did you end up in the ocean anyway?"

You thought for a moment, "Its kind of blurry I remember me and Stardust flying and then being shot out of the sky, then these guys threw me over board."

"Stardust?"

"My dragon," you tell him, "Now are we done here?"

"Um yah I-"

"BYE HICCUP!"

You quickly rushed away you didn't liked being questions. Maybe it was because you weren't used to it or maybe it was because you didn't like people knowing more than your first name. As your walked away you couldn't help but wonder if Stardust was okay.

Silently you made a wish even though you knew it was useless you couldn't help it. Please let me find her, you whispered before starting to the woods. Maybe if you walked far enough you'd fall of the edge of the earth.

You laughed one could only hope...
