Y'all can just ignore this-
































So uhhh- I'm an absolute crybaby, I cry nearly every day and sometimes have a panic attack when I start stressing more while crying. No it is NOT fun, no it is NOT easy to calm down.

It feels like this (If you were wondering)(This is how mine work, not everyone's): heavy breathing, it's hard to breathe. Random scratching at my arm, neck, biting the dead/dry skin off of my lip, or continuous fidgeting. Fear, crying from half an hour up to 3 hours. Crying more when someone cheers me up while I'm having one. Trying to think of comfort characters. Sometimes replacing e with 3 when writing/texting someone. Sometimes twitching of the hand, leg, foot, arm or fingers (not often)

I'm mostly a crybaby because I hold my anger in and I don't cry when I want to, then it just happens anywhere from 6pm to 4 AM

Sorry for the rant(-ish) thingy, I just wanted to write this somewhere :/
