Rubble POV:
While I was screaming in my head, I covered her with mine blanket as well, and fell asleep, feeling the warmth of her body.

In the morning
Chase POV:
"How was the night Chasey?" - Skye asked me after I poured water into 2 bowls.
"Come on! You know, that with you every night is amazing!" - I answered passing one of them to her.
"Awww, that's cute of you! And thanks for the water!" - Cockapoo smiled and gave me a lick on the cheek.
"You're welcome! Anyway, I checked up on Rubble and Angel before you woke up."
"And?"
"Well, I found them sleeping under the same blanket on the sofa, with Angel's head lying down on his shoulder." - Her eyes widened as I shared it.
"Oh, that's great!"
"Yup! What do you think about waking them up?" - I gave a proposition and Skye looked up at me.
"Maybe we should let them sleep for now. They might get embarassed if they'll know we saw them sleeping like that."
"Awww, okay. So, do you wanna cuddle for a bit?" - I said and yawned.
"Sure thing! But only for a bit, alright? I wanna take you somewhere later." - My ears perked up. I love our dates!
"Oooooh! Okay!" - She giggled and hugged me.

1 hour later
Everest POV:
"There we go. I think we got everything settled now." - Dalmatian looked at the list he made and sighed.
"That's great Marshy! Finally we can find some time for ourselves!" – I smiled. But much to my concern, he didn't look really good.
"Is everything okay?" – I came closer while giving him a glare.
"I'm just a little bit tired and stressed." – He admitted and let another sigh out.
"I see. How about you get some sleep? You really deserve it. And when you wake up, we'll talk, alright?"
"Thank you Eve. I love you." – We hugged each other and lied down together.
"It's okay. Love you too, to the moon and back." – A weak smile appeared on Marshall's lips as he closed his eyes. Before I could even realise it, he fell asleep.

20 minutes later
Rubble POV:
Oh gosh, I haven't slept so well for past few weeks now. Fact, that my crush was sleeping lying on my shoulder for the whole night just makes me very happy. But now I have to move carefully, so I don't wake Angel up.

Author's note: And here we are, episode fifty-three of this book! And before I say, who this chapter is dedicated to, I want to apologise. For what? For a break that I took. Will I update more often now? I don't know. I'll do my best, but I can't promise anything, especially with school starting in few days. And again, I'm very sorry you had to wait that long for a new chapter.
