Doug- "okay, I will put Mickey Mouse Clubhouse on for you, That's good that Madison is starting to feel better, when Kamryn's done with her milk we will have dinner"

Doug sits down on the couch next to Kamala.

5 minutes later...

Kamala looks and she sees that Kamryn has unlatched, and she snaps her tank top, she puts the burp cloth on her shoulder, and she puts Kamryn on her shoulder and is rubbing her back and Kamryn burps a few minutes later and she also spits up a little bit on the burp cloth. "Abby can you please be my big helper like you help mommy and get a diaper and the box of wipes from in the Minnie Mouse basket

Abby climbs off the couch and she gets Kamala a diaper, "Abby you're being Kamala's big helper, like your Mommy's big helper with Madison"

Abby- "diapew" "wipe"

Kamala- "Thank you Abby, you're such a big girl"

Abby- "thank you"

Chrisette- "Kamala, here's the portable changing pad from Madison's diaper bag"

Kamala- "thanks"

Kamala lays Kamryn down on the changing pad on the couch and she takes off her shorts, and unsnaps her onesie and cleans her with the baby wipes and then she puts the clean diaper on and closes the tabs and then she snaps her onesie and she wraps up the dirty diaper, and she washes her hands with the baby wipes and she puts the diaper in the diaper genie.

Kamala picks Kamryn up from the couch "Chrisette, thank you"

Abby- "hold baby"

Kamala- "how about you climb up and we can hold her together, Kamryn had to go to the doctor today for her checkup and she's grumpy"

Abby- "ok"

Chrisette- "Abby, give this to Kamala"

Abby- "Baby raddle"

Kamala- "thank you so much and it's Minnie Mouse, is Minnie Mouse your favorite"

Abby- "Yes" "pwincess"

Chrisette- "yes she loves anything princess and Minnie, how was Kamryn's well baby visit"

Kamala- "it was good, she's growing and meeting her milestones. She is just a little grumpy from her shots, her ears aren't hurting from when she got them pierced yesterday, she weighs 8 pounds 5 ounces and she's 21 inches long, and she's wearing size 1 diapers now, I noticed that her tummy was red and I remember Meena said that means her diapers are too small or she's allergic to something she ate. Her ears are healing, they are red, but she got them pierced yesterday, the only food she eats is my milk I haven't changed anything that I'm eating so I knew her diapers were too small"

Chrisette- "that's good, Madison is also in size 1 diapers, she got her ears pierced last month, her ears were red for a few days but they didn't seem to hurt her."

Doug comes into the family room a few minutes later "Dinner is ready, Honey, you go and eat I'll put Kamryn down for her nap"

Chrisette- "Abby mommy going to put you in Amara's high chair Doug made spaghetti for dinner and there's apple juice in your sippy cup"

Kamala- "thanks Dougie hopefully she will get some much needed sleep I know she's tired, she didn't get a very long nap this afternoon"

Kamala gets up from the couch and she has Kamryn on her shoulder, she's looking around while has her thumb in her mouth. Kamala sits down at the table in her chair, "Honey, let me hold Kamryn, while you eat then I will put her in her bassinet in the family room, once she's asleep and then I will eat dinner."

Kamala- "thanks"

Doug- "Honey, what would you like to drink with dinner?"

Kamala- "Diet Coke please"

Doug- "okay, I will get you a plate then while you're eating I will hold Kamryn"

Kamala- "thanks, I know she's tired, she's almost asleep"

Chrisette- "Abby, here's your plate, Kamala got you a small fork to use for the spaghetti, and I see that Doug already cut it up for you and here's your sippy cup, let mommy put on your bib"

Kamala- "thanks Dougie for making dinner, your spaghetti is so good, and so is the garlic bread"

Doug- "you're welcome Honey, look Kamryn's asleep I know I said I was going to put her in her bassinet, once she fell asleep but I don't want to wake her up, so I can eat with one hand, I've gotten really good at it"

Chrisette- "I think all new parents are good at eating with one hand when you have a newborn"
