I'm going to add in Emmeryn and Lissa after this chapter is up. Any other FE characters that I should add?

Lissa: Emblem City. One of the most corrupt cities in Anime America. Despite the fact that it is corrupt, no one knows anything about the corruption. That is because Mafia Boss Garon Nohr and Yukaza Head Hoshido Sumeragi do everything below the city. However, tensions are rising between these two factions, both vying for control of the city. Their clashes are spilling out into the streets, making it dangerous for all who venture out of their homes.

The only people who are able to stand up to this is ECPD - Emblem City Police Department, and the vigilante known as Grima. Unfortunately, many of the officers are being bribed by either Sumeragi-san or Garon. Only four people in the Department are not corrupt - Ike Greil, Chrom Ylisse, Roy Phaere, and newbie Marth Lowell. Teaming up with Grima, these young heroes may be the only hope for restoring Emblem City to its former glory.

Anna: So, let's get this story started!

Lissa: When did you get here, Anna-san?

Anna: Doesn't matter~. What matters is that we get to the story!

Chapter 1: Let's Investigate! - To the Crime Scene

Marth

Ike drove the squad car to the mayor's office. I hadn't actually lived in Emblem City before, so I marveled at my new surroundings. We passed by clean streets, pristine buildings, and lots of rich people out shopping. Pretty soon we were near City Hall.

"Oi, Marth!" Ike sighed, snapping me back at reality. "Are you looking at all the pretty girls?"

I snap back to reality and glare at him. "I'm looking at the city. I've never been around here before."

"Sure," Ike smirked.

Before I could yell at him, he began to slow the car down. "We're here."

I looked forward and gaped at City Hall. It was several stories tall, inlaid with gold and silver. The layout was like that of a castle meant to intimidate peasants, and the windows were twice the size of an average man. Another police car was parked nearby.

"Is that..."

"Inlaid with gold? Yep. Mayors of Emblem City tend to go overboard with the buildings."

"I can tell...." I muttered.

Ike got out of the car and motioned for me to follow. I got out as well and followed him inside, where he flashed his badge and asked to see the mayor's room. I looked around the place, but it was in pristine condition.

"Let's go, Marth," Ike told me.

I nodded and followed him into the elevator, which all the way to the top floor. We got out, and the first thing we saw was police tape covering a door.

"Here we are," Ike told me.

Another police officer with red hair noticed us and waved, completely ignoring his notepad. "Hey Ike! I see you brought the newbie with you."

Ike nodded. "Yep. I'm working with Marth now."

"A huge improvement over Brunnya," he muttered as went back to his notepad. "Well, I'm just finished talking to one of the witnesses. Chrom's talking to another one."

"Are you sure?" Ike asks suspiciously.

Roy nodded. "Of course."

Ike eyed Roy, then shrugged and looked at me. "Okay Marth.... Let's get to work."

After collecting the data, Ike, Roy, Chrom, and myself met outside of the Mayor's Hall. As Ike looked over the data, Roy introduced me to Chrom.

"Chrom, this is the newbie, Marth," he said to the other blue haired policeman. "Marth, this is Chrom, who isn't allowed near crime scenes."

Chrom scowled. "Really Roy? That's how you introduce me?"

Roy shrugs. "It's just a heads up. I mean, you do break stuff-"

"IT WAS AN ACCIDENT!"

"But it caused us problems," Roy countered.

"That. Was. One. Crime. Scene."

"Reflet tells me differently."

Chroms sighs in defeat, then looks at me. "Ignore Roy."

"Hey!" The redhead pouted.

"Shut up," Ike growled. "I'm actually trying to do my job. You should too."

"We always do our job," Chrom insisted.

"Yet you two played Pokemon Go," Ike smirked.

That shut Chrom and Roy up, allowing him to finish looking at his notes. He looked up and said, "Alright.... I think I know who killed Mayor Daein."

"Who?" The three of us asked.

"Sumeragi's underlings."

This seem to deflate Chrom and Roy. "Oh..."

"Who's Sumeragi?" I asked.

Ike, Chrom, and Roy stared at me in shock, as if I suddenly turned brunette, sprouted wings, and sported a toga. I shifted a bit, then Ike face palmed.

"No duh! You just moved here!" He muttered. "This complicates things...." He looked at me. "Tell you what.... When our shift ends, we'll explain everything."

"Why?" I asked. "Why not now?"

Chrom looked past me. "It's complicated. Really complicated."

"Oh..."

Ike nodded. "Okay.... Based on the facts here, Mayor Daein was in his office when some masked men walked in. After slipping past the workers, they incapacitated the bodyguards-"

"Your mayor has bodyguards?" I asked, but Ike ignored me.

" - who are currently in ICU. They entered the room and shot him in his office."

"How does one slip past people like that?" I asked.

"They were dresses like ninjas. One of the witnesses mentioned this as they saw the culprits jump out the window."

"Who dresses up like a ninja?" I muttered.

"I'm really tempted to explain everything right now, but now is not the right time," Ike explained. "I promise we will."

I nod. Ike exhaled. "Good. Let's get back to the station and fill out the report."

As I followed Ike to the squad car, I swore I saw someone watching me. I looked behind me, only to see a figure in a black robe with their hood covering their face. I blinked, and then they were gone

Is this.... Normal?

Reina: Next chapter will be a bit of a filler, but it'll have some funny scenes.
