I'm too lazy and tired to speak with you guys, so let's just get to the point.

Steven, Star and Amethyst were surrounded by the unknown number of corrupted gems; they were closing in and growing in number with every second.

"Does anyone have a plan? Cause it'll be good right about now" Amethyst asked.

"Yeah, we fight and keep on fighting" Steven said jumping into battle; Slash, bubble, block, dodge and repeat.

"Save some for me! Narwhal blast!!!" Star said casting a spell as narwhals come flying out to attack, then containing them in a bubble.

"Guess it's like they say, expect the unexpected" Amethyst said using her whips to cause explosions.

They fought for hours, and they were not making any progress so far.

"We're not getting anywhere" Amethyst said.

"Steven, fighting these monsters isn't helping, they just keep on coming" Star said.

"I'm seeing it, I'm not blind" Steven said.

"Then what's the plan b Athena?!" Amethyst asked.

"Trying to come up with one, besides that, doesn't anyone else have a plan" Steven said as Amethyst gets poofed, Star moves in quickly, and swipes her gem before one of the corruptions shattered and corrupt her as well, passing it to Steven, who sent her to the burning room.

"Mega explosive crystal laser!!!" Star exclaimed firing a large red beam destroying a large number of corrupted gems.

"Damn it!" Steven grunts as a corrupted gem got his gem cracked.

"Steven! Get away from him!! Honeybee tornado swarm!!!" Star said swiping her wand to the side, firing a huge swarm of bees.

"Star, you've got to go, I'll catch up" Steven said holding his gem.

"No! I'm not leaving you behind!!" Star said as Steven incased her in a bubble, kicking the bubble into the air and sending it to a random place within the kindergarten.

"Steven!!!" Star cried watching in horror as the corruptions closed in quick.

"I can manage it, my gem should be healed in a few minutes if I take it easy, but once that's done, I'm gonna have to go all out" Steven said concentrating his energy, and transforming into Asterism.

Somewhere in kindergarten.....

Garnet and Pearl were searching another side of Kindergarten, just as they were about to leave, when the bubble containing Star comes crashing down into the dirty, the bubble pops dropping Star.

"Star, what happened? Where's Steven?" Garnet asked.

"He's fighting of the corrupted gems, he's gems is cracked" Star said with a shaky voice, wanting to cry.

"Why didn't you help him?!" Pearl said.

"I did, he sent me here when I told him, I wasn't going to leave" Star explained but Pearl judged her.

"You knew this would happen! I said it!! Your a liability!!! The power you use is uncontrollable!!!! Your reckless!!!!!" Pearl screamed causing Star to cry.

"Pearl, that's enough" Garnet said.

"It's the truth, and you know it" Pearl said as Star runs off to a hole and cries her eyes out; not knowing, where she had gone and what was going to happen to her.

"Guys, did you see Star by any chance?" A voice asked running over to Garnet and Pearl, they turn to see Steven with not shirt.

"Steven! We're so glad your okay, is your gem okay?" Pearl asked looking to see Steven's gem healed and looking good as new.

"But how, and where's Amethyst?" Pearl asked.

"Asterism, Garnet should have told you and Amethyst, got poofed, Star saved her, so she's at home" Steven explained.

"Thank God" Garnet said.

"Back to my question, where is Star?" Steven asked as a moment of silence fell upon the team.

"What did you do?" Steven asked as they kept quiet, with Pearl backing away.

"What did you do?!!" Steven asked.

"......." The two gems kept quiet.

"Pearl!!! What did you do?!" Steven asked getting angry.

"Why do presume it's me?!" Pearl asked.

"Cause your the number one insect that gets rid of all my girlfriend's that aren't you or Connie" Steven growls.

"Well, I don't know anything" Pearl lied.

"Garnet, where did Star go?" Steven asked but she said nothing.

"Sapphire sucks" Steven said as Garnet immediately unfused, Ruby attacks but Steven caught her by her face with his hand.

"Let me go, so I can kick your ass!!!" Ruby said burning Steven's hand, but he didn't care cause he wanted to know where Star was.

"She ran away, Pearl did it......" Sapphire explained telling Steven everything that happened.

"You did what?!!!" Steven exclaimed in anger.

"Now now Steven, i-it was a-a-an accident" Pearl said.

"An accident! You said things you shouldn't have said" Steven said.

"Calm down, she couldn't have gotten too far" Pearl said.

"Fuck you! I'm tired of your bullshit!! Always destroying my relationships with girls!!! Every excuse you give is always an accident!!!! I'm going to find her and if you lay a finger or as well as insult her, I'll shatter you!!!!!" Steven yelled storming off to look for Star, leaving the two gems shocked by his words.

Somewhere else in kindergarten.....

Star held her knees close to her chest, her eyes bloodshot red from crying, replaying what Pearl told her.

"You knew this would happen! I said it!! Your a liability!!! The power you use is uncontrollable!!!! Your reckless!!!!!" Pearl screamed at her in Star's mind.

"Why? Why did she say that? I already know I'm reckless, why did she have open up the wound and add salt? Why" Star whispered crying more.

"Star! Star!! Where are you Star?!?!!" Steven called as Star heard, but cries harder.

"He deserves better" Star thought as the sound of footsteps were heard and soon coming to a halt.

"Star? Come out please" Steven said.

"No" Star said.

"Pearl isn't here" Steven said.

"I don't care, just go" Star said then hearing a sigh.

"I coming in" Steven said crawling in as Star turns her back towards him.

"Steven, you deserve better and I don't think we can continue" Star said.

"Yeah, I do deserve better, and that better I deserve is you Star" Steven said.

"Don't you get it! I'm tired of being hurt!! I know I'm reckless, that's what I try to work on, but rubbing it in my face is what I can't take!!! So please just g~mphmmm!~" Star exclaimed turning to face him, soon being cut off by Steven, who smashes his lips into hers, kissing her passionately and soon pulling away.

"Someone told me it's frustration" Steven chuckled lightly pulling Star close to him; getting into a better sitting position, setting her in his lap and wrapping his arms around her.

"Why did she have to say those mean things?" Star asked.

"It's Pearl, she's always bitching about a lot of things, and when she knows too much about you, she'll use it against you" Steven said.

"I just don't want to feel hurt anymore" Star said.

"I know, I'll make sure of that" Steven said as Star wipes away her tears.

"You always know how to make me feel better" Star said burying her face into Steven's chest, snuggling with him.

"Yeah, your so cute when you want to snuggle, you know that" Steven said.

"Wait! What about your gem?" Star asked.

"I'm fine, it's good as new" Steven said reassuringly.

"Okay" Star said smiling and snuggling it up with Steven, until it was time to go home.

Star chose to stay with Steven for the night, assuring Marco she was in good hands.

"You ready for bed?" Steven asked in black sweatpants and a white short-sleeve shirt.

"Yes, but before that....." Star said casting a spell that changed her clothes into a pink vest, green shorts and white socks.

"What do you want to do?" Steven said as Star pushes him unto his bed and straddling him, while he holds himself up with his elbows.

"This" Star said seductively with half-led eyes, kissing him while snaking her hand up his shirt, feeling his abs and muscles he had grown form working out, missions, skating and intensive training.

"Hey Steven, Star, y'all up for a ga-...... Oh My God! Y'all are making out" Amethyst said then seeing the couple making out, and leaving immediately.
